Abstract

Japung Zain Logistic is a logistics company that offers delivery services for partner companies to destinations within the city, Java, Sumatra, Bali, and throughout the archipelago. To improve employee performance, PT. Japung Zain Logistic conducts monthly evaluations where the leadership assesses the performance of their subordinates. The employee with the highest evaluation score is considered the best employee. Therefore, the author has taken steps to design a decision support system. Through the application of the SAW method, it is expected that the developed decision support system can become a more effective tool in supporting the decision-making process related to selecting the best employee at PT. Japung Zain Logistic. After performing calculations using the SAW method, as shown in Table 10 above, Oktiliani received the highest rank with a score of 0.80 or 80%, while Darsono received the lowest rank with a score of 0.41 or 41%. This system allows decision-makers to evaluate employees promptly and quickly, where previously HRD and the leadership faced difficulties in selecting the best. As a result, this system can provide direct reports.

Abstract

Surat adalah sebuah alat komunikasi tertulis yang digunakan untuk mengirimkan berita atau informasi kepada penerima. Surat juga memiliki fungsi dokumentasi yang berisi rekaman tentang aktivitas suatu instansi. Pembuatan surat pada Dinas Sosial Kota Tangerang Selatan masih menggunakan sisitem konvensional sehingga proses pembuatan surat cukup memakan waktu dari hasil analisi untuk memperoleh informasi yang akurat membuktikan bahwa pada proses bisnis yang ada sangat tidak efektif untuk digunakan lagi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan solusi untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan membuatkan sistem informasi berbasis website (Silra-PBI). Metode Sistem Development Life Cycle (SDLC) digunakan untuk perancangan dan analisis pada perancangan penulis membuat UI/UX low-fi design sebagai langkah awal menentukan gambaran dari website, serta diagram ERD dan LRS sebagal gambaran database sistem, pembuatan sistem seperti kebutuhan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada website, proses analisi dilakukan secara intensif untuk menspesifikasikan kebutuhan perangkat lunak agar dapat dipahami, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui diskusi, wawancara, dan survei. Untuk pembuatan website bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dengan menggunakan PHPmyadmin, framework codeigniter3, dan javacript selanjut proses pengujian program dengan menggunakan black box testing

Abstract

Model peramalan persediaan sangat penting untuk mengoptimalkan dan mengelola jumlah produk yang diproduksi karena peramalan yang akurat dapat menghindari kelebihan pasokan bahan baku yang mahal atau kurangnya pengendalian persediaan yang menghambat Anda dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Salah satu bahan baku yang potensial untuk diramalkan adalah bahan baku kelapa. Metode yang digunakan untuk peramalan persediaan kelapa moving average, exponential smoothing, Trend Analysis. Data yang digunakan merupakan data tahunan produksi kelapa Tahun 1980-2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan tiga tahun kedepan moving average sebesar 2862170 Ton/Tahun, exponential smoothing sebesar 2887527 Ton/Tahun. Peramalan Trend Analysis untuk Tahun 2024 sebesar 3376062, Tahun 2025 sebesar 3406679 Ton/Tahun dan Tahun 2027 3437296 Ton/Tahun. Moving average dan exponential smoothing termasuk peramalan yang sangat akurat karena nilai MAPE kurang dari 10 % sedangkan trend analysis termasuk peramalan yang bagus karena nilai MAPE di atas 10 %

Abstract

Vendor selection techniques are very important to maintain supply chain services, optimal service creates strong consistency in maintaining the continuity of supply chain business processes. The aim of this research is to provide an objective and consistent understanding of the best techniques in vendor selection which are implemented openly through the collaboration of multi-criteria decision making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and ELECTRE. Empirical studies show how this approach is able to provide optimal decision-making support for the vendor selection process. Eight criteria are required which have contradictory meanings in their apps. These criteria include quality of goods (QG), payment methods (PMs), payment terms (PTs), minimum transactions (MTs), discounts (DS), delivery times (DTs), inventory (IN), and service (SV). The comparison importance value of the criteria is used as a measure of weighting the criteria through two testing approaches, namely mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps, through accurately assessing the optimal eigenvector from the two test approaches. Decision making support was carried out by comparison using 342 preference matrices which were developed into concordance and discordance matrices, the elimination process with threshold matrices found that the ranking results of four vendors were ranked first as worthy of being a selection priority and fifteen other vendors were ranked below.

Abstract

Pemetaan usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) melalui pendekatan sistem manajemen perencanaan strategis menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif dan PEST Analisis untuk melakukan pemetaan UMKM. Keberhasilan bertahan saat covid-19 membuat UMKM memiliki peran yang cukup baik dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja, contohnya karyawan maskapai penerbangan setelah purna kerja atau pensiun dini membuka usaha pempek. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan wawancara dengan pemilik UMKM serta melalui analisis dokumen terkait UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan sistem manajemen perencanaan strategis dapat digunakan untuk memetakan UMKM. Dalam pemetaan ini, ditemukan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan UMKM, seperti faktor internal (misalnya, keunggulan produk, manajemen keuangan) dan faktor eksternal (misalnya, persaingan pasar, kebijakan pemerintah). Selain itu, pemetaan ini juga mengidentifikasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM dalam mengembangkan bisnis mereka. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman tentang pentingnya sistem manajemen perencanaan strategis dalam memetakan UMKM. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengembangan strategi bisnis yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan bagi UMKM. Selain itu, pemetaan ini juga dapat membantu pemerintah dan stakeholder terkait dalam merancang kebijakan dan program yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan perkembangan UMKM. Mapping of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through a strategic planning management system approach using qualitative methods and PEST analysis to conduct MSME mapping. The success of surviving during COVID-19 has given MSMEs a significant role in absorbing the workforce, for example, airline employees who, after retirement or early retirement, start a pempek business. Data was collected through surveys and interviews with MSME owners as well as through the analysis of documents related to MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that a strategic planning management system approach can be used to map MSMEs. In this mapping, various factors influencing the success of MSMEs were found, such as internal factors (e.g., product excellence, financial management) and external factors. (such as, market competitives, policy of goverment). In addition, this mapping also identifies the opportunities and challenges faced by SMEs in developing their businesses. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of strategic planning management systems in mapping SMEs. The results of this study can be used as a basis for developing more effective and sustainable business strategies for SMEs. Additionally, this mapping can also assist the government and related stakeholders in designing policies and programs that support the growth and development of SMEs

Abstract

The fundamental problem in this research is to explore a more profound understanding of both performance and efficiency in quantity computing. Successful implementation of algorithms in computational computing environments can unlock the potential for significant improvements in information processing and neural network modeling. This research focuses on developing Madaline and Perceptron algorithms using a quantum approach. This study compares the two algorithms regarding the accuracy and epoch of the test results. The data set used in this study is a lens data set. There are four attributes: 1) patient age: young, prepresbyopia, presbyopia 2) eyeglass prescription: myopia, hypermetropia, 3) astigmatic: no, yes. 4) tear production rate: reduced, normal. There are three classes: 1) patients must have hard contact lenses installed, 2) patients must have soft contact lenses installed, and 3) patients cannot have contact lenses installed. The number of data is 24 data. The result of this research is the development of the Madaline and Perceptron algorithms with a quantum computing approach. Comparing these algorithms shows that the best accuracy is the Perceptron algorithm, namely 100%. In comparison, Madaline is 62.5%, and the smallest epoch is the Madaline algorithm, namely 4 epochs, while the smallest Perceptron epoch is 317. This research significantly contributes to the development of computing and neural networks, with potential applications extending from data processing to more accurate modeling in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and understanding complex patterns.

Abstract

Masjid Asy-Syarifah merupakan organisasi nirlaba keagamaan yang dibentuk tahun 2020, masjid ini terletak di Nanggewer mekar Cibinong kab bogor, organisasi ini menaungi Kegiatan Keagamaan masjid seperti kajian ilmu, sholat berjamaah harian , pekanan dan tahunan, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen keuangan masjid yang efektif dan efisien dengan memanfaatkan desain UML (Unified Modeling Language), editor AppSheet, serta visualisasi data menggunakan Looker studio. Sistem ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kemudahan akses informasi keuangan bagi pengurus dan jamaah masjid. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Sedangkan metode pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode prototipe, Penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem yang dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pengurus masjid dan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber literatur terkait manajemen keuangan. Desain sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan UML untuk memodelkan proses dan alur data. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi pengurus masjid dan lembaga keagamaan lainnya dalam mengelola keuangan secara lebih profesional dan transparan.

Abstract

This activity aims to increase the efficiency and accessibility of legal services at LBH Hade Indonesia Raya Cibinong Bogor through the use of digital-based information systems. The main problem faced is the lack of integration of technology in the legal service process, which results in limitations in obtaining legal aid information. Through output targets in the form of increasing accessibility, service efficiency, and increasing internal capacity, the activity plan includes needs analysis, system development, training and implementation, as well as periodic system evaluation and maintenance. Thus, this activity will be a significant breakthrough in efforts to improve legal services in the community

Abstract

Palm oil is a strategic commodity for Indonesia, significantly contributing to state revenue and foreign exchange. In 2022, its export value reached USD 33.7 billion. Accurate forecasting of palm oil exports is crucial due to fluctuating market conditions influenced by global demand, prices, and government policies. However, existing studies on forecasting Indonesian palm oil exports are limited, with most research focusing on other agricultural commodities. This study applies Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Analysis methods to forecast palm oil exports and determine the most accurate method. The results show that the Trend Analysis method yields the lowest Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD = 18505.67) and Mean Squared Error (MSE = 436747200), indicating superior accuracy compared to the other methods. The findings suggest that Trend Analysis can provide stakeholders government, companies, and farmers with valuable insights for strategic decision-making. This research contributes to the development of more precise forecasting models, supporting Indonesia's palm oil industry in maintaining its global competitiveness.

Abstract

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, aplikasi e-commerce seperti Klik Indomaret dan Alfagift bersaing dalam memberikan layanan terbaik kepada pengguna. Penelitian ini menganalisis perbandingan waktu respons dan stabilitas sistem dari kedua aplikasi serta dampaknya terhadap pengalaman pengguna. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner dan pengujian performa menggunakan GTmetrix. Sebanyak 29 responden terlibat dalam studi ini. Analisis statistik dilakukan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Alfagift memiliki waktu respons dan stabilitas sistem yang lebih baik dibandingkan Klik Indomaret berdasarkan hasil pengujian GTmetrix dan kuesioner pengguna. Meski demikian, hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan antara kedua aplikasi tidak signifikan. Kesimpulannya, meskipun Alfagift memiliki beberapa keunggulan teknis, pengembangan lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk meningkatkan performa keduanya agar sesuai dengan standar industri. Rekomendasi mencakup pengoptimalan waktu respons, stabilitas sistem, dan pengurangan ukuran halaman serta jumlah permintaan data untuk pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik.
