Abstract

Kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam mencapai keberhasilan organisasi atau lembaga. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, implementasi tehnologi informasi sangat dibutuhkan dalam proses monitoring penyerapan anggaran karena proses monitoring penyerapan anggaran menggunakan data spreadsheet pada Lembaga keuangan akan memperlambat proses kerja para pihak yang berkepentingan dalam menyusun keputusan yang strategis terkait penyerapan anggaran. Penerapan sistem informasi akan mempercepat proses kerja pegawai dengan kuantitas dan kualitas kerja yang tinggi dalam melakukan monitoring penyerapan anggaran. Monitoring dilakukan untuk memantau proses pengawasan terhadap kemajuan penyerapan anggaran dan mengelola masalah serta memastikan bahwa tujuan kegiatan terpenenuhi. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dalam penelitian menggunakan model Rapid Application Development. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisasi dan memberikan solusi alternatif terkait proses sistem monitoring penyerapan anggaran untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dengan adanya sistem informasi yang terintegrasi proses monitoring penyerapan anggaran akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai karena setiap divisi akan terhubung secara realtime.

Abstract

Project financial reports are documents used to track and present information about expenditures, and project financial performance. This report is usually prepared or created periodically (for example, every two weeks or every month) to help project management monitor the costs incurred. The project financial report must be in accordance with the Cost Budget Plan (RAB). The problem is that making the project financial report will be hampered if the costs to be reported are not listed on the RAB, the RAB must be revised. Every cost that will be included or reported in the project financial report must be cross-checked with the RAB first. The solution to the problem is to build a web-based application. The methodology used in making this application is the Waterfall method. If this application is implemented directly in the organization, it can be a solution in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the project report creation process

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the digital era, including in the field of education, encourages continuous efforts to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in managing academic and administrative activities. The process of new student admissions that is still carried out manually has caused various problems, such as long queues, the risk of data recording errors, lost documents, and a lack of transparency of information. This research aims to study the existing registration system, design an effective online registration system based on a website according to the needs, and compile detailed documentation of the system design. The software development method used in this research is the waterfall model. To collect the necessary data, the author conducted data collection activities using several methods, including observation, interviews, and literature studies. The result of this research is a design of a web- based information system for new student admissions that can improve time efficiency, facilitate the registration and selection process, support structured data storage, and provide easy access to information for prospective students and parents. Based on the analysis and system design described, it is expected that this system will provide time efficiency in the registration process and assist administrators in managing data.
