Abstract

Honda Pondok Pinang, which is located on Jl. Ciputat Raya No.80 Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta, in customer service using an android application called HONDA e-Care. HONDA e-Care is very helpful in making it easier for consumers to access Honda service services. Customers can book services at Honda dealers online, get notifications of periodic maintenance schedules, and search for the nearest dealer from a location that can be seen on a digital map by first accessing the Honda e-Care application. But consumers often also face problems, such as when booking a service, but the ongoing booking service does not appear. Until now, no one has conducted research on the quality of the Honda e-Care application. This study aims to measure the extent of the usability of the HONDA e-Care android application and provide suggestions for developing the HONDA e-Care application in the future. Based on the gap analysis, it was found that in general the HONDA e-Care android application on the Honda Pondok Pinang was not satisfied with the quality of the current applications. Based on the IPA analysis, the priority scale for improving the quality of the HONDA e-Care android application can be mapped where quadrant I is the highest priority scale according to the user's perspective, namely: [2], [5], [7], [8] and [9]. These four items must be upgraded immediately by the manager to meet user expectations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze membership activity at the Rimba Baca Library in South Jakarta using the K-Means algorithm. The background of this research is the library's need to understand membership patterns and improve services based on visit and book borrowing data. The dataset for this study consists of 81 membership records collected from 2023 to 2024. The methodology involved collecting visit and book borrowing data, then applying the K-Means algorithm to cluster members based on their activity levels. The results of the study indicate the presence of three clusters with different characteristics. Cluster 1 comprises very active members, while Clusters 0 and 2 exhibit lower levels of activity. These findings provide insights for the library to develop more effective service strategies, such as special promotions and programs to increase activity among less active member groups. Additionally, the study shows that membership types allowing for more book borrowings do not necessarily correlate with high activity levels. With this information, the library can enhance member engagement and optimize the use of existing resources, thereby creating a more dynamic and interactive environment for all visitors

Abstract

Educational progress is largely determined by human resources who have the best qualifications, with the ability of human resources to provide hope for educational development for a creative and potential future. The ability of human resources to create various variants of knowledge that can be developed to enlighten the progress of thinking through education to create expert education personnel. The aim of this research is to provide techniques to guarantee the quality of the selection process for expert education personnel for the competitive progress of mastering educational technology who are able to independently increase the creative and potential thinking of graduates. To achieve this, of course, strict collaboration techniques are needed in the selection process to obtain expert education personnel. The method proposed in this research is MCDM-AHP in collaboration with CODAS. These two methods can collaborate in providing guarantees for an optimal selection process for education personnel through eight selected assessment criteria and twelve alternatives. From the results obtained, the highest priority was obtained by ALT10 with a weight of 0.229. This gain goes through the stages of normalizing criteria and alternatives with the optimization results of both. With the research results that have been described in detail, the collaboration of the MCDM-AHP and CODAS methods can be used as a measuring tool for optimal assessment of the acquisition of decision support results and can be used as a comparison with other methods for measuring the level of optimization of results.

Abstract

The evaluation process of employee selection is very important for organizations that want to carry out quality leadership, the purpose of this study is to objectively prove the results of the selection of job promotions that have been evaluated continuously every time leadership occurs. The evaluation results of the leadership selection process become routine, so that the results of leadership promotions can provide improvisation to organizations that are increasingly advancing towards future leadership targets. The proposed method for the evaluation and selection process uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and specifically Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA). Both of these methods utilize expert intervention in providing input in providing assessments of multi-criteria and alternatives. So that the priority of the criteria is carried out by an index process similar to that owned by the two methods, thus providing more optimal results for decision-making support. The assessment of the results requires seven criteria and twenty-four alternatives. The results obtained require two index processes for both criteria and alternatives. The first rank is determined by the weight of the calculation results of the seven criteria and alternative assessments from experts. The first rank of twenty-six employees was given to K20 with a weight of 0.932 and followed by K2 with a weight of 0.08. Thus, job promotion can be developed with a double index that can provide optimal results in supporting job promotion decision making

Abstract

Website quality is a vital element for the sustainability and customer satisfaction within the digital business landscape, especially for prominent brands like Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang that rely on an online presence. This study was designed to investigate the impact of website quality, measured by WebQual 4.0 (encompassing Usability Quality, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality), on user satisfaction with the lapisbogor.co.id website. A quantitative approach was applied through the dissemination of questionnaires to 150 respondents who are users of the Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang website. Regression analysis results indicate that all three WebQual 4.0 dimensions collectively have a significant influence on user satisfaction. This finding suggests that the website quality of Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang has successfully met user expectations, with website quality variables contributing approximately 58% to the perceived satisfaction level. Therefore, this research recommends that Lapis Bogor Sangkuriang continue to invest in monitoring and improving its website quality. Continuous efforts in optimizing the WebQual 4.0 dimensions will be crucial for maintaining a positive user experience and strengthening the company's competitive position in the market.

Abstract

Currently PT. Telkom Indonesia (Indihome), uses the role of social media as a form of concern for its customers to handle complaints. Tweets from indihome customers on social media twitter are handled by the customer service division of Indihome. The manual of the categorization process carried out by the customer service division of Indihome on every narration of the "complain" complaint tweet that  goes  to  @indihome  twitter,  makes  the  process  considered  inefficient.  The purpose of this research is to provide solutions related to the problem of categorizing complaint tweets and to develop tools that can extract the narration of "complain" tweets in Indonesian. The research method used is comparative. On the other hand, gataframework and rapidminer tools are also used in this research to assist in preprocessing and cleaning of datasets to help create corpus and sentiment analysis. The total dataset after cleansing and preprocessing is 1,510. Based on the method proposed in this study on the Support Vector Machine classification algorithm, the highest  category  was  found  to  have  82.42%  accuracy,  75.33%  precision,  and 98.75% recall with an AUC of 0.826

Abstract

Penggunaan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) di perkotaan penting untuk keseimbangan ekosistem dan kualitas lingkungan. Taman Rekreasi Wiladatika di Depok, dengan luas 32 hektar, adalah salah satu RTH utama di kota ini. Meskipun demikian, pengelolaan taman ini masih menghadapi tantangan dalam pemetaan dan pencatatan infrastruktur publik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi geografis (SIG) berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan dan pemeliharaan taman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan SIG berbasis web untuk Taman Rekreasi Wiladatika, memetakan lokasi objek dan infrastruktur publik dengan presisi, meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan taman melalui informasi real-time, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam pengembangan taman berdasarkan data spasial yang akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Extreme Programming (XP) dalam pengembangan sistem, meliputi perencanaan fitur dan fungsi, perancangan sistem dengan UML, pengembangan aplikasi web dengan Laravel dan MySQL, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan Black box testing untuk memastikan kualitas dan fungsionalitas perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) efektif dalam mengelola data spasial di Tanaman Rekreasi Wiladatika. Melalui pengembangan web GIS, informasi lokasi, karakteristik, dan fasilitas tanaman rekreasi dapat diakses dan dikelola dengan efisien. SIG dan web GIS menjadi solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan sumber daya geografis di wilayah tersebut.

Abstract

Business competition is very important in controlling product-savvy customers. Strong basic service techniques will be the main factor that binds vendors as the final destination in the supply chain through the strength of business network processes. This research aims to create a strategic basis for evaluating and selecting vendors through the integration process services of the multi-criteria decision-making method analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluation (PROMETHEE) methods. Empirical studies show how this approach can provide optimal decision support for the vendor evaluation and selection process. Eight different types of criteria are required in its apps and must be realized as a barometer of the strategic basis for selecting vendors so that business processes are of high quality. These criteria include quality of goods, payment methods, payment terms, minimum transactions, discounts, delivery times, inventory, and service. The optimal weight for each criterion will be determined based on its importance to the synthesis process and its feasibility tested using mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps. Decision-making was based on the results of ranking evaluation of selected vendors through the development of 342 preference matrices, ten vendors were deemed worthy of acceptance and nine other vendors were rejected.
