<![CDATA[Pengolahan data tentunya merupakan pekerjaan yang memerlukan ketelitian dan keterampilan, kecepatan pengolahan data dan distribusi informasi memegang peranan penting dalam suatu instansi atau organisasi. Selain itu diperlukan peralatan pendukung agar pengolahan data dapat dilakukan secepat mungkin. Google telah melengkapi layanan Google Suites-nya dengan aplikasi pengolah data bernama Google Sheets, merupakan perangkat lunak spreadsheet yang mirip dengan perangkat lunak Microsoft Excel, tersedia bagi siapa saja yang memiliki akun Gmail. Dan yang terbaiknya adalah dapat digunakan secara gratis. PKK Paledang Bogor merupakan perkumpulan aktif para ibu, Gerakan PKK adalah Gerakan Nasional dalam pembangunan masyarakat yang tumbuh dari bawah, pengelolaanya dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat. Salah satu tugasnya melakukan pendataan, pencatatan sampai dengan pelaporan kepada pembina TP PKK. Permasalahan pada mitra adalah sulitnya mencatat, menyimpan dan membagikan data sesama pengurus PKK dan masih dilakukan secara ofline. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode peningkatan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan data menggunakan Google Sheets yang meliputi 2 tahap yaitu tahap 1 yaitu identifikasi dan memberikan pelatihan. Keberhasilan pelatihan diukuran melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 22 peserta didapat presentase kepuasan peserta sebesar 100%. Disimpulkan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan lancar, para peserta pelatihan dapat memahami materi dengan jelas, terbukti dari hasil angket yang diberikan.]]>

<![CDATA[Rumah sakit adalah tempat untuk merawat pasien yang datang dari berbagai daerah dengan berbagai macam penyakit, karena gaya hidup dan lingkungan berperan dalam perjalanan penyakit. Beberapa permasalahan yang timbul dalam menangani penyakit antara lain kurangnya informasi tentang penyebaran penyakit dan tingkat prosentase penyebaran penyakit yang ada di masyarakat. Salah satu solusi dari masalah tersebut yaitu penerapan metode association rule yang mencari pola atau hubungan antar item dalam suatu dataset yang ditentukan dengan algoritma apriori yang dapat melakukan penelusuran terhadap data historis untuk mengidentifikasi pola data yang didasarkan pada sifat yang teridentifikasi sebelumnya. Metode penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif dengan data primer yang diambil dari data rekam medis RSUD Johar Baru Jakarta. Yang kemudian dapat diperoleh suatu informasi penyakit apa yang paling sering muncul bersamaan pada rumah sakit sehingga dilakukan pencegahan penyakit tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan pola penyakit yang sedang berkembang di masyarakat. Informasi yang dihasilkan selanjutnya dapat digunakan oleh pihak rumah sakit untuk dapat memaksimalkan ketersediaan obat, kelengkapan peralatan medis, dan ruangan di rumah sakit.Kata Kunci : Data Mining, Association Rule, Algoritma Apriori, Pola Data Penyakit]]>

<![CDATA[The progress of smartphone technology is now very rapid, supported by many renewable features, even many users are competing to get the latest products without regard to the costs that have been incurred. The problem that arises is that it is increasingly difficult to select technology-based products with many criteria. The purpose of writing this paper is to provide the best solution for selecting technology-based products with multi-criteria to suit user needs by taking into account the costs incurred effectively and the use of contradictory multi-criteria applications. The presence of technology products always has many criteria that make it more difficult for users to choose products as the right choice according to their needs, thus the right method is needed as a solution to obtain technology-based products such as smartphones. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used for the evaluation and selection process. This AHP method will collaborate with the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods as a comparison solution for smartphone product selection. The resulting comparison will be an applied model for smartphone selection that produces the best decision-making support according to user needs. The results of the collaborative implementation process of the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods provide a decision on the rating system. The collaborative application of the AHP method to the ELECTRE and PROMETHEE methods provides optimal decision support for the selection process, so that this can be used as a comparison material in making decisions regarding the selection of smartphones as technology-based products.]]>

<![CDATA[Pada era digital saat ini bidang pendidikan harus berinovasi dalam memberikan pembelajaran yang interaktif, dibutuhkan konten pembelajaran yang menarik agar peserta didik mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan. Tingkat pemahaman dan kemampuan pengajar sangat menentukan kualitas konten pembelajaran yang diberikan, penggunaan media pembelajaran PowerPoint masih belum maksimal oleh pengurus dan staf TPQ Nurul Jihad, PowerPoint digunakan tanpa menggunakan animasi yang membuat pembelajaran kurang interaktif. Tujuan dari dibeirkanya pelatihan ini agar pengurus dan staf TPQ Nurul Jihad dapat memanfaatkan efek animasi yang terdapat pada Ms.PowePoint dalam membuat bahan ajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah indentifikasi dan pelatihan, pelatihan pemanfaatan efek animasi PowerPoint yang diberikan kepada 19 peserta memberikan perkembangan tingkat pemahaman dan peningkatan kopetensi dalam membuat konten pembelajaran yang interaktif pada pengurus dan staf yaitu berdasarkan survei pra dan pasca pelatihan, kegiatan pelatihan mendapatkan umpan balik yang baik dengan 98,95% peserta puas. Pelatihan aplikasi Microsoft Office selain PowerPoint direkomendasikan sebagai materi pelatihan selanjutnya guna menambah pengetahuan pengurus dan staf TPQ Nurul Jihad dalam membuat konten pembelajaran yang interaktif.]]>

<![CDATA[Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan manusia, terutama dalam dunia kerja. Pengetahuan dalam menggunakan program pengolah kata, khususnya Microsoft Word sangat penting untuk kesuksesan di dunia kerja. Peran Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di masyarakat merupakan kekuatan utama, tujuan PKK adalah memperkuat komunitas di tingkat rukun tetangga melalui berbagai kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Menggunakan metode pembelajaran service learning (SL) yang efektif dalam menerapkan ilmu akademik di masyarakat digunakan pada edukasi kepada pengurus dan anggota PKK Kelurahan Babakan. Materi disampaikan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan praktik langsung sehingga peserta dapat dengan mudah memahami materinya. Edukasi Microsoft Word untuk PKK Kelurahan Babakan dilakukan dan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kompetensi di antara para peserta, hasil kuesioner peserta menunjukan peserta sangat puas dengan skor rata-rata 4,35. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan berhasil dilaksanakan, namun merekomendasikan pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan pemahaman penggunaan aplikasi Microsoft Word dalam kasus lain.]]>

<![CDATA[Vendor selection techniques are very important to maintain supply chain services, optimal service creates strong consistency in maintaining the continuity of supply chain business processes. The aim of this research is to provide an objective and consistent understanding of the best techniques in vendor selection which are implemented openly through the collaboration of multi-criteria decision making-analytic hierarchy process (MCDM-AHP) and ELECTRE. Empirical studies show how this approach is able to provide optimal decision-making support for the vendor selection process. Eight criteria are required which have contradictory meanings in their apps. These criteria include quality of goods (QG), payment methods (PMs), payment terms (PTs), minimum transactions (MTs), discounts (DS), delivery times (DTs), inventory (IN), and service (SV). The comparison importance value of the criteria is used as a measure of weighting the criteria through two testing approaches, namely mathematical algebra matrices and expert choice apps, through accurately assessing the optimal eigenvector from the two test approaches. Decision making support was carried out by comparison using 342 preference matrices which were developed into concordance and discordance matrices, the elimination process with threshold matrices found that the ranking results of four vendors were ranked first as worthy of being a selection priority and fifteen other vendors were ranked below.]]>

<![CDATA[GoJek's GoPartner application has many obstacles so this application does not fully provide service satisfaction to driver partners. The problem is the high level of complaints from driver partners on the GoPartner application which has the potential to reduce the quality of delivery services. Based on concerns and facts in the field regarding the GoPartner Application, it is necessary to analyze the satisfaction of Gojek driver partners as an object to find out what factors influence user satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the satisfaction of Gojek driver partners with the GoPartner application. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 94 drivers in the Kebagusan and Jagakarsa areas. The research results show that all factors simultaneously have an influence on user satisfaction. However, in the results of this research, there are only 3 variables that show that accuracy, format and timelines have a significant effect on user satisfaction, therefore there is a need to improve and increase several factors that have not had a significant effect, namely the Content and Ease of use variables due to these factors. is very important in influencing the satisfaction of GoPartner application users, so that in the future Gojek driver partners can provide maximum service]]>

<![CDATA[Perusahaan memerlukan media untuk mengolah data menjadi informasi yang dibutuhkan. Salah satu penunjang untuk mewujudkannya adalah dengan cara mengolah data perusahaan dengan menggunakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Proses pendaftaran kursus umumnya dilakukan di tempat melalui administrasi, pada penelitian ini penulis merancang sebuah sistem berbasis website untuk memudahkan siswa-siswi dalam mendaftar kursus. Pencatatan pendaftaran dinilai masih belum efektif dikarenakan seringnya ditemukan ketidaksesuaian antara siswa dan pilihan paket kursus yang dipilih yang menyebabkan pemilik kesulitan dalam menerima laporan transaksi. Sebagai solusi dari permasalahan tersebut penulis mengusulkan untuk membuat aplikasi pendaftaran kursus berbasis web sebagai alternatif masalah. Aplikasi ini akan akan berisi fitur untuk pendaftaran/registrasi (non member), kemudian member bisa mengakses video pembelajaran. Aplikasi ini dibangun dengan berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrogaman PHP, HTML, JS dan CSS menggunakan tools atau framework CodeIgniter3 dan Bootstraps.]]>

<![CDATA[Leadership changes are very urgent in maintaining organizational stability. A good relay can build significant strength in carrying out organizational operational activities, of course this must be done with good selection. The purpose of this writing is to provide a consistent picture of the selection of branch heads in carrying out business competition which is measured based on the competencies possessed by the selected employees. The barometer is determined based on eight criteria as an assessment that is declared objective by the leadership, namely critical thinking, communication, analyzing, creative and innovation, leadership, adaptation, cooperation, and public speaking. The method used will be implemented in an integrated manner from the two MCDM-AHP methods and the MABAC method. These two methods have similar applications to the selection process. MCDM-AHP is used to select eight criteria as determinants of weighting and the MABAC method is used to determine the ranking process assessment for integrated decision making. The results obtained based on the weighted matrices of the branch head office selection process were measurably obtained, namely that the first priority was held by A11 with a weight of 1,406. The results of the integrity of both methods can provide evidence of decision support for the branch head selection process consistently with optimal results. The ranking system can be regulated and utilized for the purposes of selecting leaders to be placed in other positions.]]>

<![CDATA[Honda Pondok Pinang, which is located on Jl. Ciputat Raya No.80 Pondok Pinang, South Jakarta, in customer service using an android application called HONDA e-Care. HONDA e-Care is very helpful in making it easier for consumers to access Honda service services. With the Honda e-Care application, customers online carry out ordering services, traffic notification of periodic maintenance schedules, and look on digital to find dealers with the closest distance from the location. But consumers often also get security such as when making an order service but ordering service that is not showing up. Research on the quality of the Honda e-Care application has yet to be carried out. This study aims to measure the usability of the HONDA e-Care android application and provide suggestions for developing the HONDA e-Care application in the future. Based on the gap analysis, it was found that in general the use of the HONDA e-Care android application on the Honda Pondok Pinang was not satisfied with the quality of the current applications. With the IPA analysis, the priority scale for improving the quality of the HONDA e-Care android application is mapped where quadrant I is the priority scale based on the user's perspective, namely: The HONDA e-Care android application is easy to operate; The search facility on the HONDA e-Care android application is functioning properly; The HONDA e-Care android application is easy to download; Image symbols on the HONDA e-Care android application easy implementation; and Access product information on the HONDA e-Care android application is easy to obtain. Managers must increase the four items in order to meet user expectations. ]]>
