Abstract

Soft Skills are the non-technical abilities that a person possesses when dealing with himself (intra-personal skills) and others (inter-personal skills). While morals are the nature of deeds that have been embedded and rooted very strongly in a person so that to do it will be easy and easy without any thoughts and considerations. The role and duties of teachers are not limited to transferring knowledge. Personality competence and social competence are needed as soft competences to educate students' morals. This shows that the soft skills of a teacher become software that always accompanies the learning process.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Research on the formulation of Al-Qur'an learning strategies needs to be done. The findings obtained can be used as the basis for implementing the formulation strategy to increase the competitiveness of Islamic educational institutions. This study aims to describe the formulation of Al-Qur'an learning strategies at MI Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang which is focused on two research focuses, namely: (1) Analysis of the position of Al-Qur'an learning in the SWOT quadrant. (2) Determination of strategies in the development of Al-Qur'an learning to increase the competitiveness of madrasas. TPQ Al-Ichsany is part of the business unit strategy managed by MI Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang to serve the learning of the Qur'an. Analysis of the total IFAS score for strength is 2.38 and weakness is 1.96. The EFAS score for opportunity is 2.52 and threat is 1.6. The position of learning the Qur'an at MI Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang is in Quadrant I (+,+). Learning the Qur'an is in a prime and steady condition. The strategy formulation applied is to support an aggressive growth policy (growth oriented strategy). Intensive strategies by conducting market penetration and market development are strategies to expand, increase growth, and seize opportunities to the fullest for the advancement of sustainable Al-Qur'an education. Keywords: Strategic Management, Strategy Formulation, SWOT ABSTRAK: Penelitian tentang formulasi strategi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an perlu dilakukan. Temuan yang diperoleh dapat menjadi dasar penerapan strategi formulasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing lembaga pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan formulasi strategi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di MI Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang yang difokuskan pada dua fokus penelitian yakni: (1) Analisis posisi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an pada kuadran SWOT. (2) Penentuan strategi dalam pengembangan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an untuk meningkatkan daya saing madrasah. TPQ Al-Ichsany merupakan bagian dari strategi unit bisnis (business unit strategy) yang dikelola MI Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang untuk melayani pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Analisis total skor IFAS untuk kekuatan adalah 2,38 dan kelemahan 1,96. Skor EFAS untuk peluang adalah 2,52 dan ancaman 1,6. Posisi pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di MI Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang berada pada Kuadran I (+,+). Pembelajaran Al-Qur’an sedang berada dalam kondisi yang prima dan mantap. Formulasi strategi yang diterapkan adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (growth oriented strategy). Strategi intensif (intensive strategies) dengan melakukan penetrasi pasar (market penetration) dan pengembangan pasar (market development) menjadi strategi untuk melakukan ekspansi, memperbesar pertumbuhan, dan meraih peluang secara maksimal demi kemajuan pendidikan Al-Qur’an yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

This study aims to describe prophetic education at the Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang Islamic Boarding School. A case study technique is employed in the qualitative research methodology. The findings revealed that there are three pillars of independence for students at the Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang Islamic Boarding School: independent worship, independent knowledge, and independent economy. The prophetic derivation is taken from Surah At-Taubah verse 128 and Ali Imran verse 110. The concept of humanization, which involves the nature of mercy, compassion, and amar maruf, is closely related to the independent pillar of knowledge to form students who have noble morals. The concept of liberation, which arises from a sense of heartlessness towards the suffering of humanity and then makes efforts to nahi munkar, plays an important role in forming santri who are committed to good deeds as an implementation of the economic independence pillar. The transcendent concept, which includes a strong desire to believe in Allah Swy and achieve the salvation of mankind, is related to the pillar of worship, which seeks to form santri to have tawhid awareness, maintain purity, and always think. Pondok Pesantren Kiai Mojo Tembelang Jombang internalizes the prophetic value in Surah At-Taubah verse 128 in a personal-individual context, then transforms it through the interpretation of Surah Ali Imran verse 110 in a communal-social context, in an effort to fulfill the goals of the greatest individuals (khoiru ummah).

Abstract

Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy supports student-centered learning and emphasizes student freedom and responsibility in learning. The purpose of this study is to explain the theoretical basis of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka, which places students at the center of learning, the role of prophetic education in shaping educational awareness in students, and Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka from the perspective of prophetic education. The research uses qualitative analysis with a literature study approach. Sources of research data are taken from journals, papers, and other literature on the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka policy, which is student-centered learning; prophetic education in shaping educational awareness in students; and the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka policy seen from the perspective of prophetic education. The study results show that through the student-centered learning approach, students have a more authentic learning experience. This experience must be supported by the internalization of monotheistic values to form a solid educational awareness. Prophetic education can guide students in integrating humanization, liberation, and transcendence into independent learning. Personal experience, educational awareness, and prophetic education create an effective synergy to create a quality academic climate.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the Head of Madrasah performs the dimensions of transformational leadership through the Quran learning program to improve competitiveness in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang. This research used the field and case study qualitative methods. The research results show that this leadership dimension includes the following: (1) idealized influence: socializing the vision, mission, and goals of Quranic learning consistently; (2) inspirational motivation: inspiring and motivating the performance of educators to consistently maintain the quality of Quranic learning; (3) intellectual stimulation: understanding internal weaknesses and external threats from various perspectives to find solutions; and (4) individualized consideration: receiving suggestions, criticisms, and complaints about the Quranic learning process and having direct dialogue with educators and parents. Implementing transformational leadership in madrasah, especially in Quranic learning, can improve the competitiveness of educational institutions. These transformational leadership attitudes make a significant contribution to developing Islamic educational institutions and increasing their competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how SWOT analysis based on the marketing mix is used in Qur'anic instruction at MI Islamiyah Jombang. This research answers: 1) How does SWOT analysis based on marketing mix place the quadrant of Al-Qur'an learning? 2) How can the SWOT analysis results based on the marketing mix optimize the marketing strategy of Al-Qur'an Learning? The results showed that TPQ Al-Ichsany became part of the business unit strategy managed by MI Islamiyah Jombang to serve Qur'anic learning. The analysis of the total IFAS score for strengths is 3.025, and for weaknesses is 1.122. The EFAS score for opportunities is 2,392; for threats, it is 1,012. The position of Al-Qur'an learning at MI Islamiyah Jombang is in Quadrant I (+,+). Al-Qur'an learning is in excellent and steady condition. A marketing services strategy was used to support the aggressive growth policy. Intensive strategies through market penetration and market development are strategies to expand, enlarge growth, and seize maximum opportunities for the continuous progress of Qur'anic education.

Abstract

Abstract

Pengelolaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat peserta didik. Namun, masih terdapat berbagai tantangan dalam implementasi manajemen yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik manajemen ekstrakurikuler dalam mengembangkan minat dan bakat peserta didik dari perspektif teori pengembangan mengembangkan minat dan bakat peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus di Mi Manbail Futuh dengan pendekatan analisis kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen ekstrakurikuler yang efektif melibatkan perencanaan yang matang, pengorganisasian yang baik, kepemimpinan yang inklusif, serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, pengelolaan yang berorientasi pada pengembangan minat dan bakat peserta didik juga memerlukan dukungan dari seluruh pihak di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler di sekolah untuk mengoptimalkan potensi minat dan bakat peserta didik.

Abstract

Manajemen kinerja pengurus menjadi faktor kunci yang menentukan efektivitas pembinaan karakter santri di pesantren, namun aspek ini sering terabaikan dalam studi manajemen pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana praktik manajemen kinerja pengurus memengaruhi pembentukan karakter santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus digunakan untuk menggali data dari pengasuh, pengurus, dan santri melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan program dilakukan secara visioner dan kolaboratif, pengorganisasian bersifat hierarkis-partisipatif, pelaksanaan yang konsisten melalui keteladanan dan pengawasan harian, serta pengendalian kinerja berbasis evaluasi berkelanjutan. Pola tersebut menghasilkan internalisasi nilai disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kemandirian yang nyata pada diri santri. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa manajemen kinerja pengurus berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembentukan karakter santri melalui tata kelola yang integratif antara fungsi manajerial dan nilai spiritual

Abstract

Cupak Village, located in the Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, has significant potential in local food production. However, the main challenges faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in this area are limited market access and conventional marketing methods. This community service program is designed to empower MSMEs in Cupak Village by implementing digital marketing strategies to increase production capacity and expand the distribution of local food products. Through ongoing training and mentoring, MSMEs will be equipped with the skills to utilize various digital platforms, such as social media, e-commerce, and content marketing, which are expected to significantly broaden their market reach. The steps in this program include several phases: 1) identifying the needs and challenges MSMEs face in terms of marketing, 2) providing basic training on digital marketing concepts, 3) offering technical assistance in creating marketing content and using digital platforms, and 4) evaluating the impact of digital marketing on increasing production and distribution. With the optimization of technology, this program is expected to enhance the local competitiveness of MSMEs while promoting economic growth in the village. The expected outcomes of this program include improving the knowledge and skills of MSME actors in digital marketing, which will ultimately contribute to increased sales and distribution of local food products. Additionally, the implementation of digital marketing is also expected to open up new market opportunities beyond Cupak Village, which in turn can improve the overall welfare of the local community.
