Abstract

Abstract. Performance is the result or achievement that has been achieved by employees for the tasks and responsibilities given. Many factors can improve performance, one of which is organizational culture. The organizational culture applied by PT. JNE Station Center Gedebage Bandung, namely Kaizen Culture. Kaizen culture is an organizational culture derived from Japanese culture, namely "kai" change and "zen" goodness, meaning a culture that implements a process of continuous change for the better supported by the 5R movement (Concise, Neat, Clean, Care and Diligent).This study aims to 1) Know the existence of the implementation of kaizen culture 2) Analyze employee performance 3) The influence of kaizen culture on employee performance at PT. JNE Station Center Gedebage Bandung. The method used in this research uses descriptive analysis and verification with a quantitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study was 100 people and the researchers used a simple random sampling method or as many as 80 people.Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: 1) The application of the kaizen culture is categorized as very good. 2) The results of employee performance are categorized as very good. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between the kaizen culture variable and employee performance. But from the test results of the coefficient of determination the R Sqaure value in the kaizen culture only has a 10.4% effect on employee performance in the "weak" category, meaning that 89.6% is influenced by other factors not tested. Abstrak. Kinerja merupakan hasil atau prestasi yang telah dicapai oleh karyawan atas tugas dan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Banyak faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja salah satunya budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan PT. JNE Station Center Gedebage Bandung yaitu Budaya Kaizen. Budaya Kaizen adalah budaya organisasi berasal dari budaya Jepang yaitu “kai” perubahan dan “zen” kebaikan artinya budaya yang menerapkan proses perubahan terus menerus menjadi lebih baik didukung oleh gerakan 5R (Ringkas, Rapih, Resik, Rawat dan Rajin). Penelitian ini betujuan untuk 1) Mengetahui adanya penerapan budaya kaizen 2) Menganalisis kinerja karyawan 3) Pengaruh budaya kaizen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. JNE Station Center Gedebage Bandung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan penyebarakan angket. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang dan peneliti menggunakan metode simple random sampling atau sebanyak 80 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Penerapan budaya kaizen dikategorikan sangat baik. 2) Hasil kinerja karyawan dikategorikan sangat baik. 3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel budaya kaizen dengan kinerja karyawan. Tetapi dari hasil uji koefisien determinasi nilai R Sqaure pada budaya kaizen hanya memberikan pengaruh 10,4% terhadap kinerja karyawan dikategorikan “lemah”, artinya 89,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diujikan.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the conditions of team work, workload and employee performance at the Sukabumi Regency Inspectorate Office, as well as to determine the effect of team collaboration, workload, on employee performance. This research is a type of descriptive and verification research using a quantitative approach. The sample in this research was stratified random sampling and used a saturated sample. The sample used in this research is all functional employees of the Sukabumi Regency Inspectorate Office, totaling 50 respondents, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been tested. The data obtained was then analyzed using the t test, f test, cokfficient of determination, and multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that teamwork (X_1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload (X_2) has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously teamwork and workload on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R^2) of 0,718 shows that the influence of the two independent variables together on the dependent variable is 51,55% and the remaining 48,45% is another variable not examined in this research.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi kerjasama tim, beban kerja, dan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Sukabumi, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim, beban kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai. penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan pengambilan sampel acak berstrata (stratified random sampling), serta menggunakan sampel jenuh. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai jabatan fungsional Kantor Inspektorat Kabupaten Sukabumi sebanyak 50 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama tim (X_1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan beban kerja (X_2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara simultan kerjasama tim, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R^2) sebesar 0,718 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh dari kedua varibel independen secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependennya adalah sebesar 51,55% dan sisanya sebesar 48,45% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract. Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung is one of the official Coca-Cola product distribution companies in Bandung that distributes these products. Coca-Cola Official Distributor Bandung always strives to improve the welfare of its employees by implementing appropriate compensation. Apart from that, the company strives to create a comfortable organizational culture, the family value felt by employees is quite high so that many people work there for a long time. To achieve this goal, Coca-Cola Official Distribution employees must have high loyalty which is supported, among other things, by compensation and organizational culture in the company. Based on this phenomenon, the problem in this research is formulated as follows: (1) How is compensation implemented at Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung? (2) What is the organizational culture at Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung? (3) How is employee loyalty at Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung? (4) How big is the influence of compensation on employee loyalty at Coca-Cola Official Distributor Bandung? (5) How much influence does organizational culture have on employee loyalty at Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung? (6) How big is the influence of compensation and organizational culture on employee loyalty at Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung? Researchers used an active quantitative approach method. The population selected in this research were all employees of the Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung, totaling 60 employees. Using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method which took the entire population as research respondents, a total research sample of 60 employees was obtained. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires, interviews, observation and literature study. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of this research are: There is a positive and significant influence between compensation on employee loyalty at Coca-Cola Official Distribution Bandung which is in the weak category, there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee loyalty at Coca-Cola Official Distributor Bandung in the weak category and also Based on simultaneous hypothesis testing, the Compensation variable and the Organizational Culture variable have a positive and significant effect together (simultaneously) on the Employee Loyalty variable which is in the very weak category. Abstrak. Coca-Cola Official Distributor Bandung selalu berupaya dalam mensejahterakan karyawanya dengan penerapan kompensasi yang sesuai. Selain itu perusahaan tersebut berupaya dalam menciptakan budaya organisasi yang nyaman, nilai kekeluargaan dirasakan oleh karyawan cukup tinggi sehingga banyak sekali yang bekerja disana dengan waktu yang lama. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut para karyawan Coca-Cola Official Distributor harus memiliki loyalitas tinggi yang didukung salah satunya oleh kompensasi dan budaya organisasi yang ada di perusahaan Peneliti menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif verikfiaktif. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Coca-Cola Official Distributor Bandung yang berjumlah 60 karyawan. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh yang mengambil seluruh populasi sebagai responden penelitian diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknis analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Coca-Cola Official Distributor Bandung yang termasuk kategori lemah, terdapat pegaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di Coca-Cola Official Distributor Bandung kategori lemah dan juga berdasarkan uji hipotesis secara simultan, variabel Kompensasi dan variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara berama-sama (simultan) terhadap variabel Loyalitas Karyawan yang termasuk kategori sangat lemah.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is related to the influence of work coordination and work discipline on the work productivity of employees of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Pasir Kuda Branch Office. The aim of this research is regarding the influence of work coordination and work discipline on employee work productivity at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Pasir Kuda Branch Office, designed to determine the influence partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this research include distributing questionnaires, observations and documents. The population and sample in this study were 61 employees of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Pasir Kuda Branch Office. The sampling technique in the research uses a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is the sample in the research. The data analysis technique used to process the data is multiple linear analysis and is equipped with classic assumption tests in the form of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests and calculated using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that partial work coordination has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Permodalan employees. National Madani (PNM) Cianjur Pasir Kuda Branch Office with a significance value in the calculated t test of 2.134 greater than t table 1.670 while work discipline partially has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Pasir Kuda Branch Office with a significance value of The t test count of 4.276 is greater than the t table of 1.670. And simultaneously both have a significant effect on employee work productivity with a significance value in the f test of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Abstrak. Penelitian ini terkait dengan bagaimana pengaruh koordinasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Kantor Cabang Pasir Kuda. Tujuan penelitian ini mengenai pengaruh koordinasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Kantor Cabang Pasir Kuda dibuat untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengeumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya melalui penyebaran angket atau kuesioner, observasi, serta dokumen. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 61 karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Kantor Cabang Pasir Kuda. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh dimana seluruh populasi merupakan samel dalam penelitian. Teknik dalam Analisa data yang dipakai untuk mengolah data yaitu analisis linier berganda dan dilengkapi dengan uji asumsi klasik berupa uji normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas serta dihitung dengan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa koordinasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Kantor Cabang Pasir Kuda dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t hitung 2,134 lebih besar t tabel 1,670 sementara disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) Cianjur Kantor Cabang Pasir Kuda dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji t hitung 4,276 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,670. Dan secara simultan keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikasi pada uji f 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract. Employees who are satisfied with their work will deliver good performance for the company. To enhance job satisfaction, companies can provide fair and adequate compensation, as well as reduce employee job insecurity. The objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction. 2) To assess the impact of job insecurity on employee job satisfaction. 3) To evaluate the combined effect of compensation and job insecurity on employee job satisfaction. This study employs a quantitative approach with regression analysis statistics. Data collection was done using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study totaled 173 individuals. The data obtained from the distributed questionnaires will be processed by the researcher using SPSS Version 27. The findings of this research indicate that: 1) There is a positive effect of compensation on employee job satisfaction. 2) Job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. 3) Both compensation and job insecurity simultaneously affect job satisfaction. Abstrak. Karyawan yang puas bekerja diperusahaan akan memberikann kinerja yang baik untuk perusahaan. Dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, perusahaan dapat memberikan kompensasi yang adil dan layak, serta menurunkan tingkat ketidakamanan kerja karyawan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain; 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh ketidakamanan kerjaterhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. 3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi dan job insecurity, terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan statistik analisis regresi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Responden pada penelirian ini adalah 173 orang. Hasil data dari kuisioner yang disebarkan akan diolah oleh peneliti menggunakan spss Versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. 2) Job insecurity memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan 3) Kompensasi dan ketidakamanan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Groups, comprising two or more interacting individuals, exert mutual influence on each other's behavior. This influence can be both positive and negative, affecting group cohesion. Negative effects may include dysfunctions like special interests, norm violations, role ambiguity, and kemalasan sosial. Social loafing involves an individual reducing effort when working collectively with others. It's a habitual behavior where one person's low contribution influences others. The study aims to investigate how difficulty in task distribution influences perceived inequality in contributions. Hypotheses were formulated to test the influence of Costs/Inconvenience, Coercion, and their combined effect on Kemalasan sosial. Results showed a significant positive influence of Costs/Inconvenience and Coercion on Social Loafing. Costs/Inconvenience had a greater individual impact. Respondents faced challenges in adjusting group work schedules, leading to rushed tasks and a perception of social loafing.

Abstract

Abstract. Employee work effectiveness is an important aspect for companies in supporting the development and achievement of predetermined goals. However, many companies face challenges in ensuring that employees can work optimally. This study aims to determine the description of work discipline, supervision, and work effectiveness, and to obtain an overview of how much influence work discipline and supervision have on work effectiveness in employees of the Secretariat of the West Java Provincial Environmental Service. The type of research method used in this study is a descriptive and verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability method using a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique uses field research by collecting data through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The object of this study was the employees of the Secretariat of the West Java Provincial Environmental Service with a sample size of 35 respondents. Data analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 computer program. The classical assumption test was used to ensure data quality, and validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the research instrument. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the variables of work discipline, supervision and work effectiveness were very high. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that work discipline and supervision partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on work effectiveness. Abstrak. Efektivitas kerja pegawai merupakan aspek penting bagi perusahaan dalam mendukung perkembangan serta pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun, banyak perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam memastikan para pegawai dapat bekerja secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang disiplin kerja, pengawasan, dan efektivitas kerja, serta mendapatkan gambaran seberapa besar pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pengawasan terhadap efektivitas kerja pada pegawai Sekretariat Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Barat. Jenis metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan metode non-probability dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian lapangan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumentasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai sekretariat Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer SPSS 25. Uji asumsi klasik digunakan untuk memastikan kualitas data, dan uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan ketepatan dan konsistensi instrumen penelitian. Hasil dari analisis deskriptif menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja, pengawasan dan efektivitas kerja sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja dan pengawasan secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja.

Abstract

Abstrak. PT Tectona Cipta Niaga merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang konveksi yang sudah memiliki mitra hampir diseluruh Indonesia. Tingginya beban kerja, work life balance  yang sulit tercapai sehingga menurunkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode wawancara, lalu melakukan survey dengan alat berupa kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT Tectona Cipta Niaga dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 84 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini  adalah probability sampling.  Terdapat empat hipotesis yang dirumuskan pada penelitian ini. Teknik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah uji t, uji f, uji sobel dan path analysis (analisis jalur). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan work life balance mampu memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja PT Tectona Cipta Niaga. Abstract. T Tectona Cipta Niaga is a company engaged in the convection sector which already has partners in almost all of Indonesia. high workload,work life balance  difficult to achieve thereby reducing employee job satisfaction. The method used is the interview method, then conducting a survey using a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The object of this research is PT Tectona Cipta Niaga with a total of 84 employees as respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling.  There are four hypotheses formulated in this study. The technique used to test the hypothesis is the t test, f test, and sobel test path analysis (path analysis). Abstract

Figuring out what motivates Gen Z is interesting since it means that learning techniques and goals must be in line with what makes Gen Z special. This study seeks to delineate the framework of students' motivational variables in lecture activities, grounded in McClelland's theory of wants, which encompasses the need for accomplishment, power, and affiliation. The research was performed on students enrolled in the Management Study Program at Bandung Islamic University, employing a quantitative methodology and the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) technique. Data were gathered via a questionnaire employing a Likert scale, administered to 89 respondents picked through a simple random sample method. The analysis reveals four primary factors that affect students' learning motivation: (1) Achievement-Oriented with Social Control, indicating a drive to enhance performance, obtain feedback, and derive satisfaction from accomplishments; (2) Powerful Achievement, reflecting a desire to lead, assume responsibility, and confront challenges; (3) Social-Collaborative, encompassing the need for acceptance, social interaction, and collaboration; and (4) Achievement with Competitive Drive, focused on reaching objectives and fostering competition. These four factors account for 61.812% of the overall variance in student learning motivation. The findings of this study present a student motivation profile characterized as a "Collaborative Achiever," who seeks academic success through social cohesion rather than individual rivalry. These findings present strategic alternatives for the implementation of higher education, including the utilization of problem-based teaching approaches tailored for small cohorts of Generation Z students.
