Abstract

Based on the results of this research, it is revealed that 1) According to the Islamic economics perspective, increasing sales at Miki Jaya grocery stalls is a strategy of product, price, place/distribution and promotion or 4P. The strategy used is in accordance with the provisions of Islamic sharia because it imitates the nature of marketing carried out by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. 2) The marketing strategy for increasing sales according to an Islamic economics perspective is using the 4Ps (product), price, place, promotion. 3) Analysis of marketing strategies for increasing sales at Miki Jaya grocery stalls Hutarimbaru Village, Barumun District, according to an Islamic economic perspective, is in accordance with the analysis carried out by researchers that the marketing strategy used by the Miki Jaya grocery store using a marketing mix strategy or 4P (product, price, place, and promotion) is in accordance with the Islamic economic perspective which uses the principles honesty, transparency in doing business so that it becomes a marketing difference between Miki Jaya grocery stalls and other stalls.

Abstract

This research aims to: (1) determine the effect of qardhul hasan financing on the economic growth of the people of Padang Garugur Jae village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. (2) find out whether there is a significant influence between qardhul hasan financing on the economic growth of the people of Padang Garugur Jae village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: 1) The influence of qardhul hasan financing on empowering the economic growth of the Padang Garugur Jae village community, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency can be seen from the results of the t-test on the qardhul hasan financing variable, tcount<ttable or 1.047<2.007 which shows Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The decision to reject Ho means that there is a significant positive relationship or influence between qardhul hasan financing and the economic growth of the Padang Garugur Jae village community. 2) The significant influence of qardhul hasan financing on the economic growth of the people of Padang Garugur Jae village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency can be seen from the results of the influence percentage of 82.7%. This shows that this financing has contributed greatly to the economic growth of the Padang Garugur Jae village community, especially small and medium businesses.

Abstract

Based on the results of the research conducted that (1) the application of business ethics from an Islamic economic perspective, namely maintaining Muslim entrepreneurial behavior such as the ethics carried out by the Prophet Muhammad in business, namely the characteristics of shiddiq, amanah, fathanah, tabligh, because in Islam there are also ethical rules that must be followed by business people and businesses. Alone. (2) The application of business ethics at Café Dedy is largely in accordance with Islamic business ethics. Islamic ethics includes the nature of shiddiq, which is demonstrated by not doubling the price of goods, being honest in measurements, and ensuring that the products sold do not include items prohibited in Islam. The characteristics Tabligh Café Dedy implements include communicating in a friendly manner, having a vision and mission that does not conflict with Islamic law, and establishing friendship with consumers. Trustworthiness also means keeping promises and providing reports to the owner regarding the money received and expenses made, which is a characteristic of hard working people. The nature of fathanah reflects the spiritual state of owners and employees who do not forget to worship Allah. Some of Dedy's cafes are not yet in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely in terms of keeping promises; keeping promises to consumers in terms of ordering time, which is promised to be a maximum of 25 minutes, but sometimes it can be longer due to various factors such as kitchen factors and employees who work slowly and also employees' less careful attitude in checking delivery orders so that orders can be made wrong.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konsep sewa menyewa dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam adalahharus memenuhi syarat dan rukun yaitu ‘aqidayan yaitu musta’jir, mu’ajir, shigat, Ma’jur (upah) dan manfaat dari barang yang disewakan. Untuk lebih jelasnya lagi dalam akad sewa menyewa adanya kesepakatan di mana penyewa harus membayarkan atau memberikan imbalan atau manfaat dari benda atau barang yang dimiliki oleh pemilik barang yang dipinjamkan. Hukum dari sewa menyewa adalah mubah atau diperbolehkan. Dalam sewa menyewa harus ada barang yang disewakan, penyewa, pemberi sewa, imbalan dan kesepakatan antara pemilik barang dan yang menyewa barang. (2) Analisis sewa menyewa minibus pada PT. Barumun Jaya Mandiri Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam di lihat dari rukun dan syarat sewa menyewa sudah sesuai dengan konsep ekonomi Islam, akan tetapi dalam pelaksanaan akadnya tidak ada salaman antara kedua belah pihak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti melalui wawancara yaitu ada orang yang menyewakan mobil, penyewa mobil, akad sewa menyewa minibus PT. Barumun Jaya Mandiri dilaksanakan shigat secara lisan, uang atau upah dari sewa menyewa minibus pada PT. Barumun Jaya Mandiri sesuai harga yang berlaku dipasaran, manfaat barang yang disewa PT. Barumun Jaya Mandiri adalah mini bus dan sesuai dengan mobil yang diinginkan penyewa. Apabila terjadi kerusakan menjadi tanggung jawab dari penyewa atau sesuai dengan kesepakatan di awal akad. Dalam pelaksanaan sewa menyewa minibus pada PT. Barumun Jaya Mandiri bisa dilakukan lewat secara online atau via telepon dan whatsapp jika sudah saling mengenal.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to utilize competitive visual media, such as displaying images with English vocabulary, to enhance the English vocabulary acquisition of elementary school students. English is one of the subjects taught at the elementary school level and is considered an additional subject. English language proficiency is essential in the modern era and should be introduced from an early age to improve children's vocabulary absorption and comprehension. Vocabulary is one of the most critical components in learning a language. Visual media serve as an engaging and enjoyable tool for elementary students, as it allows them to learn while also playing. The use of instructional media is a supporting aspect that helps students master specific fields of study, particularly English. The results of the community service activity conducted at SDN 1403 Tiga Serangkai, Handio Village, show that songs are highly effective and can be used to introduce English vocabulary to children.

Abstract

Low levels of knowledge and understanding of sharia-based financial management within mosque environments remain a major obstacle in achieving transparent and accountable financial governance. This study aims to enhance sharia financial literacy among mosque administrators through training in mosque financial management aligned with sharia principles. The training was conducted in a structured manner and involved all mosque administrators in Handio Village. The results show that after each training session, there was a notable improvement in the administrators' understanding of fundamental sharia financial principles, such as honest financial recording, trustworthy management of social funds, and more orderly and transparent financial reporting. This activity also fostered collective awareness of the importance of sharia-based financial management in strengthening the congregation's trust in the mosque institution. Therefore, the training proved effective in promoting sharia financial literacy at the village level.

Abstract

English language learning for early childhood in Handio Village has increasingly been introduced since the preschool (PAUD) level. This demand has led parents to enroll their children in schools where English is used as a medium of instruction. As a foreign language in Indonesia, English is gradually being introduced at the early childhood education (PAUD) level. Children aged 0–6 years are in their golden age, a critical period in human development that significantly influences their future growth. Therefore, all aspects of language should be introduced before this phase ends. English is now being introduced at the kindergarten level. To effectively teach English, appropriate learning methods must be employed to spark students’ interest and motivation in using English in fun, engaging learning activities—both in spoken and written forms—in ways that are fluent and socially contextual. This research aims to explore the implementation of English learning at the early childhood education (PAUD) level in Handio Village. Data collection was carried out through interviews to obtain direct verbal information. Among the preschools in Handio Village, one kindergarten (TK) was selected as the research site. From the data obtained, this TK has already integrated English learning into its teaching and learning process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: (1) the use of Islamic mobile banking in the Islamic economy, (2) the interest of semester VIII Islamic banking students in using Islamic mobile banking. This research is a field research, namely describing and explaining facts as they are, not adding and not subtracting, which is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis, describing social problems and research that produces findings that can be obtained by means of observation, interviews, documentation and literature. Data analysis is done by data collection, data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that (1) interest in using sharia mobile banking in Islamic economics is permissible as long as it fulfills sharia principles that there is no usury, maisir, and other activities that are contrary to Islamic ethical principles (2) interest in using sharia mobile banking in semester VIII students of Islamic banking is still low because they do not have full cellphone memory, do not really understand the use of sharia mobile banking, BSI bank which only exists in Sibuhuan and has no branches so it is difficult to reach, and is not too important in the use of sharia mobile banking in everyday life.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the business marketing strategy from an Islamic economic perspective and the marketing strategy of the dance chili crackers business in improving the family economy from an Islamic economic perspective in Neighborhood IV Sibuhuan Market. The research conducted by the author is field research (field research) which is directly related to the object under study. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. While the object of research is the marketing strategy of Sambal Tari crackers in improving the family economy according to an Islamic economic perspective. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that business marketing strategies in the perspective of Islamic economics are: 1) Sambal Tari Crackers Business Owners in Neighborhood IV Sibuhuan Market have been true and honest while doing business, 2). They have explained frankly about the price of the merchandise sold, 3) have the nature of fathanah, namely all activities in the management of a company must be intelligent, by optimizing all the potential of the existing mind to achieve the desired goals of the company

Abstract

The Indonesian Ulema Council's Da'iyah Training is a strategic effort to improve the competence and capacity of Da'iyah (Islamic preachers) in carrying out their da'wah duties professionally and effectively. This training activity is designed to equip Da'iyah with in-depth religious knowledge, persuasive communication skills, and managerial skills that support the implementation of da'wah in various levels of society. In the training, participants receive material on the principles of da'wah, engaging delivery techniques, the use of modern da'wah media, and strengthening the character and ethics of da'is in accordance with Islamic values. The training process is conducted through interactive methods, group discussions, simulations, and case studies to optimally enhance participant understanding and engagement. In addition to technical aspects, this training also emphasizes the importance of adapting da'wah in the digital era by utilizing information technology and social media as a means of disseminating da'wah messages. This is crucial considering the highly dynamic and complex challenges of da'wah in the modern era. Training evaluations show a significant increase in participants' abilities to deliver da'wah in a more systematic, engaging, and contextual manner. By improving the quality of Da'iyah, it is hoped that their contribution to building a society with noble morals, tolerance, and harmony can be realized. Overall, this training by the Indonesian Da'iyah Council has had a positive impact in strengthening the role of Da'iyah as agents of social and spiritual change in Indonesia.
