Abstract

Indonesia is one og the countries with a high precipitation. The high precipitation and lack of water catchment areas resulted in flooding. This community service aims to improve the quality of the environment by applying biopore technology as an alternative to flood control in the Malingkapoto Village area, Kwandang District, North Gorontalo Regency. Biopore technology is not only for flood prevention, but can be used as a composting technology. The result of this service activity is that 30 biopore have been installed at several points prone to the largest puddles of water due to high precipitation. This activity is in accordance with what has been planned, such as: increasing community knowledge and skills in flood management, provide business opportunities for biopore pipes and compost fertilizers, and support the local government of Gorontalo Regency in dealing with environmental problems.

Abstract

Molingkapoto Village is one of the villages in North Gorontalo Regency most often affected during the rainy season. The way to overcome this problem is to use flood management technology, namely Biopore Infiltration Holes (LBR). This activity aims to teach people about other ways to prevent flooding and reduce waterlogging during the rainy season. The training participants were the people of Molingkapoto Village. The method used is a field survey, a participatory approach by providing socialization and technical training on how to make Biopore Infiltration Holes (LBR). The results of socialization and training show that the enthusiasm of the people of Molingkapoto Village in reducing the impact of high rainfall every day is very large. Making Biopori Infiltration Holes (LBR) was carried out at 12 points of residents' houses and village public facilities. The choice of location for the installation of the Biopori Infiltration Hole (LBR) was based on the results of a survey of locations that are often affected during the rainy season. This service activity provides positive benefits for the people of North Gorontalo Regency, especially in overcoming the problem of flooding and standing water sustainably.

Abstract

In providing health services, narcotics have an important role because they are used for medical and research purposes, so their availability needs to be guaranteed through production and import activities. Evil conspiracy is an act of preparation. Many law enforcement officers in Indonesia apply Article 132 paragraph 1. For example, two people have been arrested and charged for purchasing, carrying and subsequently using these narcotics. This research aims to analyze the judge's decision regarding criminal acts involving malicious conspiracy. The approach method uses primary data by conducting observations and interviews with related parties. Based on the facts, the author concludes: Narcotics crime with malicious intent because the defendant when committing the act was in good physical and mental health and there was no reason to expunge the crime and fulfilled the elements in Article 114 paragraph 2 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics and Judges imposed a prison sentence of 8 years and a fine of IDR 2,000,000,000.00, with the provision that if the fine is not paid it will be replaced by a prison sentence of 3 months
