Abstract

Education is a structured journey designed to enhance awareness and transform the attitudes and behaviors of individuals or groups Education serves as the cornerstone for the ongoing journey of life. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and assess the impact of capital structure, profitability, and investment policy on firm value in the energy sector, focusing on firms that were publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2021 and 2024. Using a documentation method and a quantitative approach, the data is derived from the annual financial statements of energy companies officially published on the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). Following the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests to determine the most appropriate model, Panel regression model with the Common Effects Model was employed as the analytical method. The findings indicate that while capital structure does not have a significant partial effect, both profitability and investment policy exert a positive*and*significant influence on firm value. However, when assessed simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly affect firm value. The adjusted*R-squared value of 97.58% suggests that the model effectively explains the dependent variable. These findings imply that corporate management should prioritize improving profitability efficiency and implementing targeted investment strategies, as both are key factors in enhancing long-term firm value and attracting investor interest.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Sintang Regency students manage their personal finances related to the hedonism lifestyle, consumptive behavior and financial management. This research employs a quantitative methodology using a survey technique.The questionnaires were sent to collect the data 100 respondents who were Sintang Regency students, the data collected was then processed with tools by SPSS 27 data. The data are analyzed using multivariate linear regression. The results of this study show that financial literacy significantly and favorably affects Sintang Regency pupils, the Hedonism Lifestyle has a positive and significant impact on their financial management, and Consumptive Behavior has a negative and significant impact on their financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of product and promotional techniques on consumer purchasing decisions at Saga Cake & Cookies in Sintang Regency. The research employed a quantitative methodology via a survey approach, with data gathered via survey forms administered to 100 participants. The employed data analysis procedures encompass validity assessments, reliability evaluations, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity), multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The data indicates that neither product nor promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions, whether considered together or individually. This is demonstrated by a significant value of 0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.006, indicating that merely 0.6% of the purchasing decision variable might be clarified by the goods and promotion. Consequently, variables beyond product and promotion are likely to exert a more substantial influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Saga Cake & Cookies.

Abstract

Urgensi dan rasionalisasi kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan disebabkan faktor anak yang tumbuh tanpa pendampingan orang tua secara intensif, potensi ekonomi yang belum tergarap secara maksimal, jiwa kewirausahaan pada warga di Kecamatan Bayat. Klaten. Program pelatihan pendampingan pengembangan diri diikuti oleh peserta Perwakilan Cabang Muhammadiyah dan Perwakilan Cabang Aisyiah Bayat, Klaten. Dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Januari 2019, hari Ahad, pukul 08.00 pagi sampai dengan pukul 12.30 siang WIB, berlokasi di SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Kecamatan Bayat, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metodologi pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui program pendampingan dan pengembangan diri keluarga muda. Beberapa tahapan telah dilaksanakan yaitu tahapan persiapan, pelaksanaan, penyusunan laporan, dan publikasi. Subyek pengabdian masyarakat di adalah keluarga muda dan warga Aisyiyah yang tinggal di Bayat yang mempunyai latar belakang pekerjaan sebagai buruh tani, pedagang di pasar, guru, pegawai swasta, pegawai negeri sipil, dan ibu rumah tangga. Materi menitikberatkan pada apa saja tantangan yang dihadapi keluarga muda di era digital ini serta langkah-langkah yang dapat dilakukan orang tua untuk membangun keluarga dengan penuh cinta sehingga tujuan keluarga sakinah mawaddah warohmah dapat tercapai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of halal awareness, brand image, and viral marketing on the purchasing decisions of halal skincare and cosmetic products (a study on Generation Z in  the environment of Muhammadiyah University Pontianak). The research is conducted within the Muhammadiyah University Pontianak environment. The population of this study includes all students of Muhammadiyah University Pontianak born between the years 1995-2010. The sample for this research consists of 200 students from Muhammadiyah University Pontianak. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire employing a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS with the SmartPLS Version 3.2.9 program. The results of this research show that halal awareness and brand image do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, whereas viral marketing has a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions for halal skincare and cosmetic products among Generation Z in the Muhammadiyah University Pontianak environment. This study contributes theoretically by exploring the influence of halal product awareness, brand image, and viral marketing variables on purchasing decisions among Generation Z in a university setting. The findings enhance insights into academic literature related to halal skincare and cosmetics, even though halal product awareness and brand image are not significant. Practically, these findings provide guidance for industry practitioners to enhance marketing strategies, especially in the context of viral marketing that has proven to have a positive impact on purchasing decisions. The novelty of the research lies in its focus on Generation Z and the use of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS analysis method, contributing to theoretical, practical, and methodological understanding in the context of marketing halal skincare and cosmetic products among Generation Z in a university environment.

Abstract

Vertical farming is an example of urban farming, defined as a technique for cultivating plants vertically with tiered planting to maximize land use for crop production. Utilizing home gardens can be an essential part of supporting food security because the quantity and quality of family food needs can be adequately met. Nutritious and safe food supplies can be regularly provided from home gardens. The goal of this community service activity is to empower partners (the Muhammadiyah Sintang Orphanage) in utilizing narrow yard spaces through plant cultivation using vertical farming methods, as well as to enhance the partners' knowledge and skills in economic empowerment at the Muhammadiyah Sintang orphanage. The methods used in this community service include focus group discussions, counseling, socialization, and demonstrations of vertical farming methods. The result of this activity was a 75% increase in the knowledge of the orphanage children, from an initial 63% understanding of utilizing narrow yard spaces with vertical farming methods, which is expected to raise awareness of the importance of utilizing narrow yard spaces.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membuat instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL) di Klinik PKU Pratama "Aisyiyah Sintang" dengan menggunakan teknologi biofilter anaerobik-aerobik. Pertama, limbah cair dari klinik Pratama ditandai dengan penentuan kualitas air limbah yang harus diolah. Kemudian, teknologi biofilter anaerobik-aerobik digunakan untuk membangun instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL). Proses aerobik mengoksidasi sisa senyawa organik menjadi produk akhir yang lebih aman, sedangkan proses anaerobik menguraikan zat organik kompleks menjadi senyawa yang lebih sederhana. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini diawali dengan observasi permasalahan di Klinik PKU Pratama "Aisyiyah Sintang", pengembangan dan pembuatan alat teknologi praktis, sosialisasi dan uji coba alat yang dibuat. Media drum plastik digunakan dalam sistem instalasi untuk mengumpulkan dan mengolah air limbah. Dengan menggunakan teknologi biofilter anaerobik-aerobik sebagai instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL) di Klinik Pratama PKU "Aisyiyah Sintang" diharapkan limbah dapat diolah dengan baik sehingga dapat membantu menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat sekitar.

Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat ini membahas optimalisasi digital marketing untuk siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Sintang dalam menghadapi pasar global dan industri kreatif. Pentingnya topik ini didasari oleh kebutuhan mendesak akan peningkatan kompetensi digital di kalangan siswa SMK untuk menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat dan perkembangan pesat industri kreatif.  Keterampilan digital marketing yang memadai menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam berwirausaha maupun bekerja di era digital. Pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode pelatihan dan workshop yang interaktif, memadukan teori dan praktik, dengan materi meliputi strategi pemasaran media sosial, SEO, dan periklanan online. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh sejumlah siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Sintang. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa terkait digital marketing, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan.  Siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam menerapkan strategi digital marketing. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital siswa dan mempersiapkan mereka untuk menghadapi tantangan pasar global dan industri kreatif.  Peningkatan kompetensi digital ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMK Muhammadiyah Sintang dan berkontribusi pada perkembangan ekonomi lokal.
