Abstract

Gaya hidup masyarakat saat ini dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi, protein dan karbohidrat yaitu melalui produk-produk organic. Salah satu produk organic yang diminati yaitu beras organij dengan jenis “Mentik Susu”. Bumdes Sidan merupakan salah satu badab usage yang menjual beras organik “Mentik Susu” di Bali. Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengambilan keputusan pembelian konsumen dan faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh pada keputusan konsumen untuk membeli beras “ Mentik Susu”. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskripstif kuantitaif dan logistic biner dengan variable yang digunakan yaitu bauran pemasaran 7P. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa factor harga mempengaruhi pemebelian beras.

Abstract

Pembangunan pertanian ke depan diarahkan pengembangan green  economy melalui pertanian organik. Kelompok tani berperan penting dalam upaya pengembangan pertanian organik yakni Wahana pembelajaran dengan penerapan saran produksi dan strategi pemasaran pertanian, unit produksi dengan menerapkan teknologi dan strategi pemasaran pertanian, serta wadah kolaborasi dengan penggunaan teknologi dan strategi pemasaran pertanian. Riset ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menginformasikan terkait peran dari kelompok tani dalam penerapan padi berbasis organik dan melakukan analisis terkait komparasi pendapatan padi organik dan anorganik pada Kelompok Tani Padi Sehat Subak Karang Dalem dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Metode analisis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan skala likert, analisis komparasi dengan uji t. adapun hasil riset setelah melakukan olah data yakni ditemukan adanya peran dari kelompok tani yang memiliki kemampuan dalam pengembangan padi berbasis organik memiliki tingkat presentase 47,96% yang berada pada kriteria cukup baik berdasarkan aspek  kelas belajar, wahana kerja sama dan unit produksi. Selanjutnya, komparasi pendapatan usaha tani padi berbasis organik dengan anorganik terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dengan nilai pendapatan usaha tani padi organik yang lebih tinggi sebesar Rp 34.435.420,00 dibandingkan dengan padi anorganik sebesar Rp 22.549.870,00 dengan nilai dengan Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000<0,05. Hal yang disarankankan adalah petani sebaiknya menerapkan pengembangan pertanian organik secara kontinyu melalui peningkatan aspek kelas pembelajaran dan pelatihan kerja yang memiliki tujuan dalam meningkatkan perokonomian para petani

Abstract

Farmers do not get certainty of grain price. The construction of Rice Milling Unit guarantees the price of grain received by farmers. The main objective of the study is to analyze the feasibility of the construction of Rice Milling Unit from the aspect of grain availability, rice needs and financial aspects. The study uses a descriptive method, the study was conducted in Badung Regency. Data were collected by questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis of the feasibility of the aspect of grain availability and rice needs was analyzed descriptively, and the feasibility of the financial aspect was analyzed using investment criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV) Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback period. The results of the study found that from the aspect of grain availability and rice needs it was feasible, from the financial aspect it was feasible with an NPV of Rp. 171,931,999.193, Net B / C 1.2900, IRR 25.05% and Payback Period 1.44. The construction of Rice Milling Unit by the government guarantees the price of grain to farmers and the community's rice needs are met with stable prices.

Abstract

Global competition between tourism destinations is increasing, more and more countries are valuing tourism resources. The aim of the research is to analyze the prospects and challenges facing the development of natural resource-based agrotourism in tropical villages in Bali, analyze the physical assets owned by Sibetan village as an agrotourism destination (agrotourism in East Bali) Analyze agrotourism development strategies in Sibetan Village. This research was conducted in Sibetan Village, Banyakdem District, Karangasem Regency, Bali Province, Indonesia.  Research data was obtained from primary data regarding Sibetan village agrotourism, agrotourism activities, characteristics of agrotourism actors and agrotourism visitors at home and abroad. The research results show that the prospects and challenges for developing natural resource-based agrotourism in Bali are local culture that is open to general visitors and provides the experience of participating in cultural attractions in Sibetan Village. Challenges include weak promotion, the distance between agrotourism and the airport for national and foreign tourists and competition between agrotourism.  The physical assets owned by Sibetan Village are local culture which only exists in Sibetan Village, Sibetan Salak only found in Sibetan Village, and outhor recreation.  The strategy for developing agrotourism in Sibetan Village is to develop an aggressive strategy, so as to be able to create alternative agro-based tourism in Sibetan Village with superior Balinese salak products. The novelty of the research is agrotourism opportunities based on local cultural traditions, Sibetan snake fruit agricultural commodities, full participation from the community, government and management, collaborating with international tourism institutions and celebrity  for promotion

Abstract

Abstract The rice commodity is the main food of the Indonesian people which requires its availability all the time. In line with population growth. Tabanan Regency as a rice producer, especially Jatiluwih Village, Penebel District, is known as an area that produces several types of rice. The rice variety cultivated in the Jatiluwih area is the Jatiluwih Cendana Red Rice variety. The objectives of this research are: To analyze the structure of red rice supply chain activities in Jatiluwih Village. To analyze the competitive advantage of red rice in Jatiluwih Village. The research method used competitive analysis at UD WS Jatiluwih with 13 respondents consisting of farmers, millers and marketers of Cendana red rice. The results of the research show that the supply chain structure for local rice (Cendana red rice) in Jatiluwih Village is: Local rice varieties in Jatiluwih Village are proven to have a relatively high competitive advantage compared to superior rice varieties (Ciherang varieties). Socially, the competitiveness of local varieties of rice is demonstrated by the high position of local varieties among society as consumed by middle and upper class people. Economically, the competitive advantage of local varieties of rice is shown by the relatively high selling price compared to superior varieties.

Abstract

Jatiluwih Village is one of the villages in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. The main agrotourism capital of Jatiluwih Village is the agribusiness activity of red rice production, terraced rice fields and natural beauty. In creating various products that empower the community in Jatiluwih Village. The home industry aims to promote local products produced by the community in Jtiluwih Village. The aim of implementing the activity is to empower groups to become economically active groups through home industry productivity. Increase the knowledge and skills of group members in the field of production and marketing of the home industry of red sandalwood rice crackers. Developing the Jatiluwih Village PKK group to be economically independent. The activity method is carried out through socialization, training and mentoring in the PKK Group in Jatiluwih Village, Penebel District, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province. Community service activities carried out by PKK members in Jatiluwih Village, in an effort to develop the home industry, are as follows: Socialization of product hygiene shows that the knowledge of PKK members in Jatiluwih Village has increased by up to 100%. Training given to Jatiluwih Village PKK members in the use of grinding machines and mixers showed an increase of up to 80%. This shows that home industrial activities in Jatiluwih Village make it possible to increase production volume with training and mentoring.

Abstract

Agrowisata merupakan rangkaian kegiatan wisata yang memanfaatkan potensi pertanian berupa pemandangan alam kawasan pertaniannya maupun keanekaragaman aktivitas produksi dan teknologi pertanian serta budaya masyarakat petaninya sebagai destinasi wiasata. Produk pertanian yang dijual oleh para petani di Agroekowisata Subak Sembung belum dipasarkan secara baik dimana produk pertanian yang dijual memiliki potensi sebagai oleh-oleh Agroekowisata Subak Sembung. Pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan pemahaman para pedagang dalam memasarkan produk pertanian dengan hasil terjadi perubahan pemahaman dari pedagang kurang paham menjadi sangat paham dengan persentase sebesar 60% dan paham sebesar 40%.

Abstract

Yard land is one of the important sectors in supporting food security, environmental sustainability, and improving family welfare and family food provision. The purpose of implementing community service is to empower communities to utilize yard land as a source of organic horticulture-based food production. Increase community knowledge and skills in organic plant cultivation techniques, such as making compost, botanical pesticides, and environmentally friendly plant management. Create productive yards that support household food security and have the potential to become an additional source of family income. The implementation of community service was carried out in Megati Village, Tabanan Bali. Community service activities were carried out in three stages, namely socialization, training and mentoring which showed that farmers had the knowledge and skills to increase the use of organic inputs in family food crop production by 100%.

Abstract

Organic horticulture is one of the important sectors in supporting food security, environmental sustainability, and improving farmer welfare. The purpose of implementing community service is to increase farmer knowledge in managing horticultural products, improve farmer skills in providing input for horticultural commodity production, especially organic fertilizers. And improve the quality of products to be marketed. The implementation of community service is carried out at Gumi Alami Farm, Baturiti Tabanan Bali. Community service activities for organic horticulture farmers are carried out through several stages, namely socialization, training and mentoring. Community service activities are carried out in three stages, namely socialization, training and mentoring which show that farmers have the knowledge and skills to increase the use of organic inputs in horticultural production by 80%.

Abstract

Chocolate is a processed product derived from cocoa beans that has undergone fermentation, drying, roasting, and grinding to produce high-quality cocoa powder. The processing of chocolate in a company involves many lengthy stages. Implementing a marketing mix is used as a technique to increase sales. The company needs to identify the superior products favored by consumers to develop priority marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze the application of the marketing mix in the chocolate industry and generate prioritized marketing strategies for the superior chocolate products produced by a company in Bali. The research method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results indicate that the marketing mix includes chocolate products such as chocolate cream, chocolate bars, and liquid chocolate. Product pricing depends on the form, with the most apparent pricing being for chocolate bars, calculated based on weight in grams. The production site is located at the main factory, which processes cocoa into chocolate cream, chocolate bars, and liquid chocolate, allowing consumers to experience the chocolate processing firsthand and try packaging chocolate at the factory. Chocolate promotion is continuously carried out through offline and online media, such as the company's website, which provides background information on chocolate production to the industry in Bali. The priority in chocolate marketing, based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process, is chocolate cream, followed by chocolate bars and liquid chocolate.
