Abstract

Lingkungan internal memberikan gambaran bahwa perusahaan memiliki kekuatan (strengths) atau kelemahan (weakness) di bidang manajemen produksi, operasi pemasaran dan distribusi, organisasi sumber daya manusia, keuangan dan akuntansi. Sedangkan lingkungan eksternal adalah analisis yang tersusun dari sekumpulan-sekumpulan kekuatan-kekuatan yang timbul dan berada di luar jangkauan serta biasanya terlepas dari situasi operasional perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal bauran pemasaran pada UKM Kopi Dadong di Desa Belantih. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah bapak Dharma dan ibu Dewa Ayu sebagai pemilik usaha kopi dadong. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif. Rancangan penelitian ini di gunakan karena mampu menggambarkan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal dalam bauran pemasaran produk Kopi Dadong. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui faktor eksternal Bauran Pemasaran kopi Dadong adalah Adanya dukungan pemerintah dalam hal pameran produk pertanian dalam pengenalan produk kopi; Besarnya minat pemuda dengan lifestyle diperkotaan dalam mengkonsumsi kopi, terutama di coffee shop; Adanya kenaikan permintaan kopi; Munculnya UKM pengolahan kopi baru sebagai kompetitor utama; Adanya Negara penghasil kopi lainnya; Munculnya sektor usaha baru yang membuat karyawan lebih memilih profesi lain yang menguntungkan. Sedangkan faktor internal Bauran Pemasaran kopi Dadong adalah Produksi dari biji kopi pilihan; Kondisi keuangan stabil dan cenderung meningkat; Reputasi yang baik dalam pelayanan baik pemesanan, produksi dan kecepatan dalam pengiriman barang; Memiliki kebun kopi mitra disekitar area produksi; Inovasi dalam proses pengolahan kopi terfermentasi; Belum menggunakan tenaga mesin kapasitas besar; Perencanaan jadwal produksi belum maksimal, dimana perencanan ditentukan dari besar kebutuhan; Tidak adanya pelatihan secara khusus kepada para karyawan baru sehingga proses produksi terganggu; Jaringan pemasaran secara nasional maupun ke luar negeri belum terjangkau; Kurangnya promosi. Abstract

This study is to analyze marketing costs, marketing margin, farmer income, marketing efficiency and inhibiting factors in marketing institutions. Sampling using the theory of Slovin as many as 67 farmers. The number of samples was taken by taking proportional random sampling, with the analysis method of marketing margin, farmer share, and marketing efficiency. The results of the research on Siamese oranges in Bayunggede Village showed that channel I totaled 20 people, channel II amounted to 27 people, channel III amounted to 20 farmer respondents. Based on the results of research on the marketing of siam oranges in Bayunggede Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, the following conclusions are obtained: The largest margin in this study is in channel III: amounting to Rp. 7,000. The biggest Farmer Shere is on channel I at 100%. The most efficient marketing efficiency is at marketing channel I at 0.00%, and channel II at 37.50%. The biggest marketing obstacle to farmers is the price of oranges which has decreased by 65%, the biggest obstacle to collectors is the high transportation cost of 66.66%, the biggest obstacle to retailers is the number of damaged oranges as much as 62 ,5%. The biggest obstacle to consumers is the price of oranges which is expensive as much as 80%.

Abstract

Government support for increased vegetable consumption continues to be done by limiting the import of fruit and vegetable products. One type of vegetable that is widely consumed is long beans. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of production that affect the production of long bean farming and analyze the income of long bean farming. This research was conducted in Banjar Demulih, Demulih Village, Susut Subdistrict, Bangli Regency. The location of the study was determined intentionally (purposive sampling), and carried out from April to May 2021, the sample in this study was determined by census method, where the entire population was made respondents numbering 30 long bean farmers. The data analysis methods used in the study included an analysis of cobb-douglas production function estimates and cost and revenue analysis. Independent and dependent variable data includes long bean product (Y), land area (X1), Seed (X2), urea fertilizer (X3), NPK fertilizer (X4), Gandazil fertilizer (X5), pesticide (X6), and labor (X7). The results found that two (2) factors of production, namely land area and seeds, had a noticeable influence on long bean production, while the other five (5) factors had no real effect. The average profit of long bean farming in Banjar Demulih, Demulih village of Susut district of Bangli regency amounted to Rp 7,709,565 per 11.3 are per growing season, which is equivalent to Rp. 2,569,855 per 11.3 are per month. This profit is higher than bangli regency UMR which is Rp. 2,494,810 per month

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi kondisi internal dan lingkungan eksternal dari usaha kue di KWT Ayu Tangkas, serta menentukan strategi dalam pengembangan usaha kue di KWT Ayu Tangkas. Pemilihan responden dengan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 21 responden. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan manajemen strategi terdiri dari: 1) Tahap pengumpulan data (Input Stage) dengan menggunakan matriks Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) dan External Factor Evaluation (EFE); 2) Tahap analisis (Matching Stage) dengan menggunakan matriks Internal External (IE) dan matriks Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT); dan 3) Tahap pengambilan keputusan (Decision Stage) dengan pengambilan keputusan menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi internal yaitu: Kualitas dari produk, Harga terjangkau, Hubungan pengurus dengan anggota, Produk sudah dikenal masyarakat, Ketersediaan Bahan Baku, Rendahnya Kualitas SDM, Keterbatasan memperoleh modal, Keterbatasan mendapatkan informasi pasar, Jenis produk 1 macam, dan Kurangnya promosi. Sedangkan Lingkungan eksternal yaitu: Bendu jajanan Khas Daerah Setempat, Permintaan Bendu, Perhatian Institusi pada KWT, Perkembangan Sistem Informasi, Teknologi Produksi, Kemudahan dalam duplikasi produk oleh pesaing, Munculnya Pesaing baru, Naiknya harga Bahan Baku, Keterbatasan waktu dengan kegiatan adat, dan Perubahan selera konsumen. Strategi tebaik yaitu memberikan pelatihan dan penyuluhan Manajemen produksi.

Abstract

Impatien balsamina flower is one of the agricultural products of rural communities as an agribusiness product that has economic and cultural values. The purpose of this study was to determine the profit, profit sharing and marketing margin of Impatien Balsamina agribusiness, to find out the benefits of Impatien Balsamina flowers in preserving local culture in community activities. daily. The impatient model of balsamina agrbinis research was conducted in Sibang Village, Mengwi District, Badung Regency. This study involved 25 respondents consisting of farmers, marketers and consumers of impatien balsamina flowers. The data analysis method used in this research is the analysis of farmer share and marketing margin of impatien balsamina flower. As well as the economic benefits and its role in preserving local culture which is reflected in everyday life. The results showed that the impatien balsamina flower marketing model involved farmers, village collectors, large collectors, retailers and consumers. The highest profit of agribinis impatiens balsamina interest is obtained by agribinis actors in channel III, namely retailers with an average flower sale of Rp 11,500 per kg. The farmer's share of the research shows that the average share received by the farmer is 120% if the farmer sells it to collectors in the village. And the biggest marketing margin is obtained in marketing channel III. Impatien balsamina flowers as a means of ceremony in the local culture of the Balinese people.

Abstract

Quality control is needed by the company to improve the quality of the products produced so that they are by the company's standards and by consumer desires. Maintaining the quality of the products made is also necessary to reduce the company's quality assurance costs. The research objective was to analyze the quality control of the products produced and identify the factors that damage the products produced by the Ayu Tangkas Women Farmers Group (WFG). The method used in this research is the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method with analysis using the p-control chart and the Fishbone Diagram. The population in the study were all products produced by WFG Ayu Tangkas in December 2019. The results showed that the quality of snacks made by WFG Ayu Tangkas, as many as 4280 pieces, were under control. This can be seen from the 28 points between the Lower Control Limit (LCL) and Upper Control Limit (UCL). There are only two points that are above the UCL control limit. The factor that causes deterioration in Ayu Tangkas WFG snacks' quality is that the ingredients are not measured with certainty using only the snack maker considerations. Besides, they do not use manufacturing machines, so that the sizes are often not the same because there is no definite SOP for the manufacturing process. There is no promotion so that snacks are made still at a constant volume and the use of firewood in the manufacture so that the heat generated is unstable, causing the snacks to burn and break frequently.

Abstract

This study aims at finding  an optimal model of integrated farming systems development (henceforth Simantri) on implementing Simantri  079 farmer groups based on existing farming constraints and available technology. Primary data were collected  from  20 respondents by applying   survey methods with census techniques  in Simantri 079 farmer groups in Tabanan regency. Secondary data were obtained from various sources to specify all the parameters used in the model. Data were analyzed by using gross margin and   a linear programming (BLPX88 package program). Linear programing aimed at selecting combination and levels of  activities in order to achieve the goal without compromising  to the availability of resources and specified constraints. The use of gross margin aims at determining the farming income under the simantri 079.  The results showed that the average of farm size is about 0,33 hectars. Those area are utilized to grow rice twice a year and corn once a year with cropping pattern : paddy- paddy-second crop. Land for cattle obtained from a member of Simantri group is about 0.1 hectares. Actual income of farmers per hectare got from the operation of the Simantri equal to Rp 15,239,000.00 from the first rice production, Rp 20,896,000.00 from the second rice production and Rp 3,678.000,00 from corn production in the last session. Income of cattle production per year is Rp 3,819,000.00. Under the optimization overall farmer income at amount of Rp335,562,600.00 on 6,61 hectars and 20 cattles a year. But the real income Rp 332,026,141,45.00 making a different of 1.07% above from real income.

Abstract

Subak is a farmer organization that regulates the irrigation system for rice cultivation in Bali. The research examines the behavior (knowledge, attitudes, skills) of subak members within the framework of the Hindu religious philosophy of Tri Hita Karana, three forms of harmony, namely spiritual, social, and environmental. The case study was conducted in Subak Aseman III, Selemadeg Timur District, Tabanan Regency. This study applies a qualitative method with data collection techniques by observation, interviews, and literature review. The results showed that the behavior of farmers in mastering knowledge was obtained both formally and informally. Farmers are selective in accepting various technological innovations. In implementing the values ??of Tri Hita Karana, subak members carry out rituals on auspicious days to pray for a better harvest result, maintain social harmony through collective decision making, and preserve the environment. This spirit in implementing the Tri Hita Karana philosophy is in line with the spirit to realize sustainable agriculture.

Abstract

Agrarian life, especially in Bali, agriculture tradition still maintains the religious aspect in farming. It is seen clearly in the application of ceremonial culture that the cultivating culture land, the implementation of ceremonial farming, and the farming of the harvest received by the farmers, there is a trust that arises in hereditary to the existence of a good and a bad from nature.The participation of women farmers today is not merely demanding equality of rights but also expressed its function has meaning for development in rural society. This research was conducted in Subak Begawan Kelod, SelemadegTimurSubdistrict, TabananRegency, the selection of this research location was done by purposive sampling.This study was conducted with the aim to know the role of women farmers in the application of agricultural culture and to know the income of women farmers who work as wetland farm workers and its contribution to household income of farmers.The results suggest that the Subak culture and the sustainability of agriculture in SubakBeghawanKelod as follows include the implementation of the rituals in the subak act from start to cultivate the land until the harvest ends. Farm income earned by female peanuts asRp 2.378.000 every production. The involvement of women farmers in farm management is 83.33%, indicating that women farmers have a very high role in farming in SubakBeghawanKelod. The independent variable (X) has a proportion of influence on the sustainability in Subak Begawan Kelod (Y) of 82.2% while the rest17,8 is influenced by other variables that are not in the linear regression model.

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah penduduk akan mendorong peningkatan kebutuhan lahan untuk rekreasi, jasa pendidikan, jasa kesehatan, ekonomi dan pemukiman. Keunikan Kawasan metropolitan Sarbagita adalah keharusannya mempertahankan lahan pertanian dengan sistem subaknya. Persaingan pemanfaatan sumber daya untuk pertanian dan non pertanian akan memiliki dampak pada tingkat kesejahteraan petani, pola pemanfaatan ruang dan struktur kepemilikan lahan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pola kepemilikan lahan pertanian di kota Denpasar dan mengkaji dampak pola kepemilikan lahan pertanian terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan petani. Penelitian dilakukan pada Subak Intaran Barat dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 48 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode Slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam peneleitian teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata luas kepemilikan lahan adalah 11,56 are per orang, 84,58% mengelola lahan pertanian dengan sistem sewa sedangkan 10,42% mengelola lahan milik sendiri. Pola kepemilikan lahan berpengaruh positif terhadap kesejahteraan petani. Peningkatan satu satuan kepemilikan lahan akan meningkatkan Rp. 159.713.,828 pendapatan petani. Diharapkan kepada petani agar tetap eksis dalam melakukan usahatani sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap keputusan pemerintah dalam mempertahankan lahan terbuka hijau. Kepada Pekaseh agar memberikan pengarahan kepada petani akan pentingnya subak dan juga memperkenalkan sistem pertanian subak kepada generasi muda.
