Abstract

Abstract This research is quantitative research with an exploratory approach, an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference in order to obtain elements of novelty and research gaps in the research being carried out. The data used in this research is primary data that researchers obtained through online distribution to rural communities who have MSMEs with a net income of under 5 million. The questionnaire that the researchers distributed contained several statements, namely strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree and strongly disagree. These data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this research show that the the Community Business Credit variable can have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on MSME performance because the P-Values value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.013. This is because People's Business Credit can make MSME capital stronger so that MSME stakeholders can innovate more, produce more varied products, and other things so that ultimately they can improve MSME performance. In contrast to the results of the first hypothesis, in the results of the second hypothesis, the third table of the Path Coefficient shows results that are inversely proportional if the Direct Cash Assistance variable cannot influence employee performance because the P-Values value is above the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.062. This is because the Direct Cash Assistance does not relate to business needs but rather personal needs and other things. Thus, the first hypothesis in this research can be accepted and the second hypothesis in this research cannot be accepted. Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam suatu perekonomian Negara, karena sebagian besar dari sumber pemasukan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) adalah kontribusi dari hasil penerimaan pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan capital intensity terhadap tax avoidance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa bahwa rasio profitabilitas berpengaruh tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Sedangkan capital intensity berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Rasio Profitabilitas, Capital Intensity, Tax Avoidance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics and role of fishermen's wives in improving family welfare in Saramake Village, South Wasile District. This research is descriptive qualitative through interviews and observations. The research results show that the role of fishermen's wives in helping the family economy has increased family income from combined income. The fisherman's wife uses her income for daily needs. health care in hospital, The roles of fishermen's wives in Saramake Village include as wives, as housewives, and as educators for their children. The role of fishermen's wives in improving the family's economy has achieved prosperity, namely in terms of protecting the soul by fulfilling all daily needs and having a good and decent place to live. The reason for choosing to work at an anchovy processing place in Saramake Village is so that they can send their children to school, so that they can have the income earned by fishermen's wives as working women, to meet their family's daily needs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pendapatan asli daerah, dana alokasi umum dan dana bagi hasil terhadap belanja daerah serta apakah terjadi flaypaper effect di Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini variabel pendapatan asli daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dana alokasi umum berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dana alokasi khusus berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan dan dana bagi hasil berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja daerah, dalam penelitian ini diketahui terdapat flaypaper effect.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of zakat in alleviating poverty in Indonesia. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques and library research. The research results show that zakat has an important role in reducing poverty rates in Indonesia. With professional management of zakat funds, it is possible to increase the level of demand and purchasing power of the community, so that the community becomes more prosperous. Apart from that, zakat funds are also able to increase investment activities and community productivity in business activities, so that in the end, professional management of zakat funds can reduce poverty rates.

Abstract

The research objectives are to provide an overview of investment potential based on the sectoral classification of West Halmahera Regency and to calculate the business/economic feasibility of several leading sector products in West Halmahera Regency. The type of research data uses quantitative and qualitative data consisting of primary and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses economic feasibility on commodities from potential sectors to be developed so that the analysis used in this research is Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Return on Investment (ROI) and Payback Period (PP). The results showed that based on the analysis of investment potential in West Halmahera Regency, there are great opportunities in three main sectors, namely agriculture, fisheries and tourism. In the agricultural sector, leading commodities such as coconut, nutmeg, cocoa and cloves have significant room for development, especially with the availability of land that has not been fully utilised. The fisheries sector also has great potential with the abundance of marine and inland fisheries resources, although they have not been optimally utilised. In addition, the tourism sector, especially nature and marine tourism, shows promising prospects for further development, especially in the form of ecotourism and cultural tourism that can support regional development. In terms of business feasibility, economic analysis shows that superior products such as coconut, cocoa, and cloves have promising investment values based on economic indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). Overall, products from the agriculture and fisheries sectors in the region are worth investing in, with competitive profit opportunities. Therefore, it can be concluded that West Halmahera Regency has high investment potential in various sectors, with economic viability that supports long-term investment growth. Abstract

Penerimaan Asli Daerah merupakan salah satu sumber utama pendapatan daerah yang tidak berasal dari transfer pemerintah pusat. Pendapatan ini mencerminkan kemandirian ekonomi yang diperoleh dari kekayaan wilayah tersebut. Penerimaan Asli Daerah merupakan salah satu sumber pengeluaran pemerintah daerah. Pengeluaran yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah pada dasarnya ditujukan untuk kesejahteraan rakyatnya. Sebagian dari pengeluaran ini diarahkan untuk pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah. Melalui pengadaan barang/jasa, pemerintah diharapkan dapat meningkatkan perekonomian daerah, yang dapat dilihat dari besarnya Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB). Studi ini meneliti 34 provinsi di seluruh Indonesia, menggunakan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan Bank Indonesia. Data yang dikumpulkan diproses menggunakan analisis regresi panel. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan bahwa kebijakan fiskal yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah daerah secara signifikan mempengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah melalui realisasi pengadaan barang/jasa pemerintah.

Abstract

This research aims to empirically test how big the influence of labor, work force and investment is on economic growth in North Maluku Province. This research uses quantitative data, namely data in the form of numbers or can be calculated, statistical analysis is more appropriate to use on this data. This method must also use computer software quantitative tools. Regression Analysis Statistical Test is a procedure used to test whether there is an error or truth in the null hypothesis results from the sample. There are 3 types of criteria in testing, including the coefficient of determination test (R2), statistical t test, and statistical f test. Based on partial research results, the labor variable has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth, the labor force variable has a positive and significant effect on growth, then the investment variable has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth in North Maluku Province. And simultaneously or simultaneously, it can be seen that the three variables of labor, labor force, and investment have an influence on economic growth in North Maluku Province

Abstract

                One of the most important developments is infrastructure development. However, to build an infrastructure, developing countries such as Indonesia must have a large enough capital supply to carry out its development. Indonesia as a developing country has limitations in providing capital. This study aims to determine the impact of direct investment on infrastructure development in Indonesia. Infrastructure development is considered one of the main keys to driving economic growth and public welfare. The method used in this study is regression. Using secondary data processed with the help of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that direct foreign investment has a positive impact on infrastructure development in Indonesia. Foreign investors directly provide financial resources and technology, which can accelerate infrastructure development which is the basis for long-term economic growth.

Abstract

The importance of understanding digital-based economic governance to achieve effectiveness in implementing profitable and sustainable small business development is essential to research. The author sees that only a few technology-based minor business development themes have shown the effectiveness of economic governance with the help of technology. We searched our data electronically in several journals, which included several publications, including Emerald Group Publishing, Elsevier publication, Pearson, UK, Willy online library, Taylors & Francis publications, Springers publications, IEEE publications, and several publications that discuss issues of economic development based on technology. After a series of data analyses involving several data analysis techniques under a phenomenological approach, we can finally conclude that the effectiveness of digital-based economic governance is an essential strategy and approach in developing a sustainable and profitable small business enterprise. The reason is that technology with innovative capabilities and transformation can provide convenience for business implementers to run their businesses effectively and efficiently toward being productive.
