Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulum berbasis lingkungan dengan kearifan lokal melalui reading worksheet di Sekolah Dasar Negeri (SDN) 008 Samarinda Ilir adalah kegiatan yang dilakasanakan oleh tim penulis yang hadir sebagai solusi atas permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir yang membutuhkan penguatan terhadap implementasi kurikulum berdasarkan pada pelestarian lingkungan dan berkearifan lokal. Adapun untuk menjawab permasalahan terhadap penguatan implementasi kurikulum tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan Menyusun bahan ajar yang sesuai. Salah satu bahan ajar adalah worksheet. Lebih lanjut lagi worksheet yang disusun berfokus pada kegiatan membaca untuk membantu guru meningkatkan minat baca dan melatih kemampuan membaca siswa. Sehingga tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk merancang reading worksheet berdasarkan pada pelestarian lingkungan dan berkearifan lokal dan melatih guru untuk menggunakannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah dan demonstrasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah prototipe reading worksheet berdasarkan pada pelestarian lingkungan dan berkearifan lokal, peningkatan kemampuan 25 guru SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to analyze and prove the effect of electronic service quality, perceived risk, information quality, on loyalty through satisfaction and trust in BNI Mobile Banking users in Samarinda City. This study used a questionnaire with a sample of 160 BNI Mobile Banking users in the city. This research used a quantitative approach with path analysis which was processed with IBM SPSS Statistic 23.0 software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 5.0 software. Accidental random sampling was employed in this study, with a measurement scale using a Likert scale with a score of 1 to 5. The test instrument was validity and reliability test and the classical assumption tests such as linearity test, normality test, multicollinearity test were used. Then the estimation test and structural model fit test were carried out. Based on the structural model, it could be proven that there was a significant influence between the variables electronic service quality and Information Quality on Satisfaction; Electronic Service Quality, Information Quality, and satisfaction on trust; trust on loyalty for BNI Mobile Banking users in Samarinda City. Meanwhile, there was an insignificant influence between the variables perceived risk on satisfaction; perceived risk on trust; electronic service quality and satisfaction on Loyalty.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of a holistic approach to moral education, focusing on the distinct challenges Generation Z encounters in developing moral character within the dominant presence of digital media. Using a literature review with descriptive analysis, this research explores various educational resources to identify key factors in implementing holistic education for moral development. The results show that a balanced approach, which integrates cognitive skills and emotional intelligence, effectively cultivates an ethical and empathetic mindset among students. Holistic practices, such as Community Service Learning, role-playing, and mindfulness, enhance students' social responsibility, empathy, and critical thinking skills. This research highlights practical implications for educators and policymakers by identifying several challenges in implementing this approach, including resource allocation, teacher training, and cultural adaptability in diverse educational contexts. These findings underscore the need for systematic support from academic institutions and policymakers to make holistic moral education more effective. This study concludes with recommendations for further research on the long-term impact of holistic moral education on character development across various cultural backgrounds, emphasizing its role in creating an empathetic and socially responsible generation.
