Abstract

Salah satu usaha memanjakan adalah melalui pelayanan yang diberikan. Kesuksesan dalam persaingan akan dapat dipenuhi apabila perusahaan bisa menciptakan dan mempertahankan. Nasabah juga dibuat rasa nyaman dalam ruangan yang tidak membosankan dengan fasilitas ruangan yang menyenangkan. Peranan customer service juga merupakan salah satu sumber daya manusia yang diperlukan suatu perusahaan. Customer service harus mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan dan keluhan nasabah, serta mampu menjelaskan beragam produk dan informasi bank dengan detail. skripsi yang berjudul “Peran Customer Service Dalam Mengatasi Keluhan Nasabah Pada BPR Syariah Al-Falah Palembang. Penelitian pada tanggal 30 Maret, penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Narasumber langsung berjumlah 5 orang, 2 orang karyawan BPRS Al-Falah dan 3 orang nasabah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan data. Kemudian data tersebut diuraikan, dianalisis dan dibahas untuk menjawab permasalahan yang diajukan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa peran customer service pada BPRS Al- Falah Banyuasin yaitu melayani nasabah dan memberikan informasi dengan menggunakan SOP (Standar Operasional Prosedur). BPRS Al-Falah berperan menarik nasabah baru mempertahankan nasabah lama, menangani pinjaman bermasalah dikarenakan penurunan kondisi perekonomian,anggota pindah domisili, angsuran pembayaran tidak masuk disistem bank BPR Syariah Al-Falah

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has increasingly influenced various aspects of life, including the field of education. In learning processes, AI functions as a system capable of analyzing data, providing learning recommendations, and adapting materials to students’ needs. This literature review aims to describe the application of AI in intelligent learning systems and the benefits it brings to teaching and learning activities. The method used is a literature study based on relevant national and international journals published within the last five years. The findings indicate that AI implementation can enhance learning personalization, improve assessment effectiveness, and support teachers in making data-driven decisions. However, its implementation still faces challenges, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and teachers’ readiness to operate the technology. Therefore, AI holds significant potential to support adaptive and efficient learning, yet it requires improved teacher competencies and adequate facilities to maximize its application.

Abstract

This study examines the application of the jurisprudential maxim “darʾ al-mafāsid muqaddam ʿalā jalb al-maṣāliḥ” (Averting harm takes precedence over procuring benefit) in the domain of personal status law, with particular reference to early marriage, polygamy without spousal consent, and marital dissolution on the grounds of infertility. These issues simultaneously encompass both potential benefits and harms. The objective of this research is to elucidate the manner in which legal maxims function as analytical tools for engaging with contemporary legal challenges, particularly within the framework of Islamic family law. Methodologically, this research adopts a descriptive-analytical approach. The study first explicates the maxim and the three focal issues, followed by an assessment of how the maxim may be applied to each case. The findings demonstrate that the maxim is applicable across the three contexts under consideration, underscoring the primacy of preventing harm even at the expense of relinquishing certain benefits. The analysis reveals that both early marriage and polygamy without spousal consent generate harms that outweigh their purported benefits, and should therefore be eschewed in light of the maxim. With respect to marital dissolution on the grounds of infertility, the applicability of the maxim is contingent upon the specific circumstances of the spouses. Where the marriage remains harmonious notwithstanding the absence of offspring, the prevention of dissolution is prioritized. Conversely, where infertility constitutes a persistent source of marital discord, dissolution may serve as a viable recourse to avert greater harm.
