Abstract

In the fact, students in the school were seen that most of them have low learning spirit, students were less active, because lack of using instructional media that corresponded with students characteristics in the learning process. This study aimed to know about effectiveness of instructional media based on interactive CD learning that had developed. Effectiveness test was carried out by giving pretest and posttest instruments to the students. The instruments of effectiveness was using test, and the data was processed by Independent T-test formula. Instructional media based on interactive CD learning was said effective to improve students outcomes because 87,60% students had reached Minimum Mastery Criteria. Based on the result, can be concluded that instructional media based on interactive CD learning on Basic Network was effective to use as instructional media on Basic Network learning process.

Abstract

This study discusses about design of static electricity and dynamic electricity learning media based on Android. designed learning media containing static and dynamic electrical materials that are abstract and not visible to see. The material is described in real and easily understood by learners. The method used in the design of learning media is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) Waterfall model. And the design model of learning media using UML (Unified Modeling Language) with Use case diagram, flowchart and then developed using Adobe Flash CS6 tool. The results of this study indicate that the learning tool of static and dynamic electricity based on android easy to use for learners and teachers in the learning process. Abstract

The reason for this paper is to acquire execution data from the application of online learning from 3 aspects, in particular: planning learning, implementing learning, and evaluating learning using a quantitative technique approach. he sample in this study was 30 lecturers of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET). The outcomes showed that: (1) the learning planning obtained was 82.26% classified as good category; (2) carry out learning with a percentage of 78.96% belonging to the fairly good category; (3) online learning obtained by 79.13 percent is quite good. The overall results obtained are 80.12 percent which shows the performance of lecturers in the application of learning in the category of being brave and good.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran langsung berbantuan media hand out terhadap hasil belajar dasar pola pada siswa kelas X Tata busana di SMK Negeri 1 Stabat tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Post Test Only Design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling dari populasi seluruh siswa kelas X Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Stabat yang terdiri kelas X-1 yang berjumlah 35 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung (Direct Intruction) berbantuan Media Hand out dan X-2 yang berjumlah 35 orang sebagai kelas kontrol dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran  konvensional berbantuan Media hand out. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar pengamatan yang telah dinyatakan valid oleh validator. Hasil perhitungan uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh thitung > ttabel  (20,05 > 1,66), yang artinya bahwa Hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima, yaitu adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan tinggi pada hasil belajar pembuatan pola dasar badan atas dengan teknik draping dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran  langsung (Direct Intruction) berbantuan media hand out pada siswa kelas X Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Stabat. Kata Kunci: Direct Intruction, Media Hand Out, Hasil Belajar ABSTRACTThis researh have purpose to know the effect of direct instruction model aided hand out media toward learning outcomes of basic patterns in class X fashion at vocational high school 1 Stabat in academic years 2016/2017. The type of researh is quasi-experiment with design Post Test Only Design. The sampel was take by using total sampling, that is class X-2 which totaled 35 people as experiment class using direct intruction model assisted hand out media and X-1 which totaled 35 people as control class using conventional learning models aided hand outs media. The instrument used in this research is the observation sheet that has been declared valid by the validator. The calculation result of hypothesis testing by t test obtained tcount > ttable (20.05 > 1.66), which means that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. the existence of positive and significant influence on the learning result of basic pattern making upper body with a draping technique using direct intruction model aided hand out media in class X fashion at vocational high school 1 Stabat. Keywords: Direct Intruction, Hand Out, Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Education is very functioning for the nation and youth, especially for children in the world of education in achieving goals. The implementation of useful education can be seen from qualified teachers who also teach wholeheartedly in conveying material. There are many factors that lead to success including learning methods where teachers are expected to be even more creative in developing learning methods, therefore there is an evaluation of learning. This research method is a literature study with a qualitative approach. Abstract

Supervisi adalah berbagai macam bantuan dari pimpinan sekola, yang tujuannya adalah untuk berkembangnya jiwa-jiwa kepemimpinan pada guru dan seluruh anggota sekolah lainnya dalam mencapai tujuan bersama yaitu pendidikan (Purwanto,1994). Pada dasarnya supervisi pendidikan adalah program mengajar dan belajar yang dilakukan guna meningkatkan pendidikan terlebih lagi yang terlibat adalah guru dan siswa dengan arahan, tidakan dan bimbingan sehingga mencapai proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur. Selain itu, peneliti juga menggunakan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Supervisi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan kualitas mengajar guru di kelas dan meningkatkan kualitas belajar siswa dalam mutu pendidikan hingga memastikan para guru menjalankan tugasnya secara ahli dan lebih bermutu lagi. Supervisi pendidikan juga dapat membantu dan mempermudah pendidik dalam mengembangkan potensinya secara profesional dan optimal. Teknik pembelajaran semakin canggih sehingga pendidik dapat lebih mengembangkan lagi cara mendidik siswa tersebut dengan kreativitas masing-masing.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of showing how important the basic concept of educational supervision is to improving the quality of education. Educational supervision has a very significant role in improving the quality of education. The basic concept of educational supervision covers various aspects, such as the purpose of supervision, the process of supervision, the relationship between supervisors and teachers, supervision techniques, the competence of supervisors, and the focus on student learning. The main purpose of educational supervision is to ensure that educational goals are achieved and students can achieve their best potential. The supervision process involves supervising, directing, and coaching teachers or teaching staff to help them develop professional skills, solve problems, and improve the quality of learning in the classroom. By implementing the basic concepts of proper educational supervision, it is expected to be able to create an effective, efficient learning environment and improve the overall quality of education.

Abstract

This paper investigates industry perceptions regarding the relevance of the courses in the curriculum provided by universities and whether they are in accordance with the demands that exist in the industrial world. This research uses a descriptive survey method. The sample taken from electrical engineering alumni who worked in industry was 242 people. This research uses a stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used is a 4-point scale. The assessment was rated Strongly Agree, Agree, Disagree, and Strongly Disagree with weights of 4, 3, 2, and 1, respectively. Three vocational education experts validated the instrument. Reliability was performed with Aiken-V. The questionnaire contains 34 questions. Research data was analysed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings show that the soft skills and hard skills achieved in each course in the curriculum are arranged in accordance with industry needs. Soft skills and hard skills in the curriculum can be provided to students so that they can look for related jobs.

Abstract

Objectives from the study This is an instrument for reliable online project-based learning assessment for vocational education students. Study This uses 10 procedures for the non-ttest instrument developed by Mardapi. The population study covers the whole Electrical Engineering Education student’s year at the First Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang. The sample consists of the 250 students selected through two stages: the trial stage, which uses the cluster random sampling method, and the stage measurement, which uses the simple random sampling method. Data analysis was performed using validity tests using the Aiken index as well as validity and reliability tests. Findings study These are (1) instruments. The assessment of project-based learning online consists of 30 valid and reliable items, so it can be used by lecturers. (2) Ability to measure cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills in the learning process Cognitive, affective, and psychomotor vocational education students tend Good.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa baik Model PjBL berbasis 4C berfungsi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tentang konsep perencanaan dan pengalamatan jaringan di SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Metode penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain eksperimen untuk grup kontrol pretest dan posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI TJKT SMK Negeri 5 Padang berjumlah 44 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI TJKT-A berjumlah 22 siswa adalah kelas eksperiman dan siswa kelas XI TJKT-B berjumlah 22 siswa adalah kelas kontrol. Model PjBL berbasis 4C secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa tentang konsep perencanaan dan pengalamatan jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol dengan nilai signifikansi post-test kedua kelas 0.001 dan hasil uji effect size 5,6 pada kategori tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan model PjBL berbasis keterampilan 4C memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this study is to find out how well the 4C-based PjBL Model functions to improve student learning outcomes about the concept of network planning and addressing at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The quantitative research method used an experimental design for the pretest and posttest control groups. The population of this study is all students of class XI TJKT SMK Negeri 5 Padang, totaling 44 students. The study's sample consists of 22 students from class XI TJKT-A, 22 students from the experimental class, and 22 students from class XI TJKT-B, who are part of the control group. The 4C-based PjBL model significantly improves students' learning outcomes on the concept of network planning and addressing. The results showed that the posttest scores of the experimental and control groups were similar, with the significance value of the second post-test class being 0.001 and the effect size test result being 5.6 in the high category. Therefore, we can conclude that the 4C skill-based PjBL model influences student learning outcomes.
