Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the farmers’ perception level on performance of extension workers in organic paddy development, the factors related to farmers’ perception on the performance, and the difference of perceptions between organic paddy farmers’ and nonorganic paddy farmers’ in performance of extension workers in organic paddy development in Pagelaran Subdistrict, Pringsewu district.  This research was conducted in Pagelaran Village and Gemah Ripah Village in Pagelaran subdistrict, Pringsewu District.  Respondents were 48 farmers’ consisting of all 24 organic paddy farmers’s and 24 nonorganic paddy farmers’ which taken randomly.  Data were analyzed using Rank Spearman and Mann Whitney. Result showed that farmers’ perception on extension workers performance in organic paddy development was included in medium classification. Factors with real related to farmers’ perception toward performance of extension in organic paddy development were their age, knowledge, duration as a farmer and social interactions. There was no difference between organic paddy farmers’perception and nonorganic paddy farmers’ perception toward performance of extension in organic paddy development.  Both organic paddy farmers’ and nonorganic paddy farmers’ gave a good enough valuation towards performance of extension in organic paddy development. Abstract

Pola-pola lama pemerintah yang selalu menempatkan diri sebagai badan yang paling dominan dan hierarkis serta menjadikan masyarakat dan swasta sebagai pihak kedua dibawah pemerintah, sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan perkembangan zaman. Dimana dengan semakin berkembangnya zaman maka kompleksitas permasalahan dalam pembangunan dan pelayanan publik juga semakin meningkat, sehingga perlu adanya suatu upaya penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang tertuang dalam good governance, dimana didalamnya harus terdapat kesejajaran hubungan antara institusi negara, pasar, dan masyarakat. Disinilah peran dari manajemen network yang mengatur hubungan antar aktor/stakeholder dalam rangka mengelola kepentingan bersama dalam pencapaian good governance ini.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan bagaimanakah hubungan kerjasama/network antar aktor (pemerintah kota, pelaku usaha pariwisata, dan organisasi pariwisata) di dalam Semarang Tourism Board dalam mempromosikan Kota Semarang sebagai kota tujuan wisata serta untuk mengetahui kendala/hambatan apasaja yang terjadi dalam menjalin network antar aktor Semarang Tourism Board. Penelitian dilakukan melalui metode analisa kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analisis. Dengan sumber data utama yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara yang mendalam dengan aktor yang terlibat dalam network Semarang Tourism Board.Dari hasil penelitian, Semarang Tourism Board adalah suatu langkah awal pemerintah Kota Semarang yang sangat inisiatif dan inovatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan pariwisata yang semakin kompleks. Namun tindakan yang inovatif dan inisiatif ini pada akhirnya menjadi kurang efektif dalam pelaksanaan pencapaian tujuan utama network karena tidak diimbangi dengan adanya pengaturan organisasi atau manajemen internal organisasi yang tersistem dan terstruktur secara jelas dan rinci sehingga berbagai kendala muncul dan menghambat network untuk mencapai tujuannya.Kata Kunci : Good Governance, Manajemen Network, Semarang Tourism Board, Promosi Pariwisata

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah dilakukan penerapan strategi belajar PQ4R. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pre-test post-test design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas 7A dan 7B SMP Negeri 1 Kembangbahu yang masing-masing berjumlah 29 siswa untuk tiap kelasnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara Pre-test dan pos-test dikatakan signifikan, hal tersebut diketahui melalui perhitungan uji-t berpasangan dimana thitung > ttabel yaitu pada kelas 7A sebesar 7,04 dan thitung pada kelas 7B sebesar 14,06 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 2,07 dengan taraf signifikan α=0,05. Analisis uji N-Gain menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dimana nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,56 pada kelas 7A dan 0,54 pada kelas 7B dengan kategori sedang. Hasil uji-t terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan dk=( = 56 dan peluang (1-1/2α); α= 0,05 diperoleh = 2,00; hal tersebut menunjukkan rata-rata hasil N-Gain Score materi perpindahan kalor pada kelas 7A sama dengan rata- rata hasil N-Gain Score kelas 7B. Siswa memberikan respon yang sangat baik terhadap penerapan strategi belajar PQ4R dengan persentase siswa yang memberikan jawaban positif adalah 98,69% pada kelas 7A dan 96,97% padakelas 7B. Abstract

The ability to understand mathematical concepts in learning mathematics needs to be mastered by students to support the learning process and solve various mathematical problems. This study aims to determine the effect of the Hermeneutics-Assisted learning model of gamification teaching materials on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students. This research is a type of Quasy Experimental Design research with a 3×1 factorial research design. The data collection technique in this study was a test of the ability to understand mathematical concepts. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, and one-way analysis of variance. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was an effect of applying the Hermeneutics learning model assisted by gamification teaching materials on the ability to understand students' mathematical concepts. Hermeneutics learning model assisted by gamification teaching materials has a significant influence on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah melalui kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak kelompok B di PAUD Dahlia Rejang Lebong. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) atau disebut juga penelitian tindakan kelas dengan prosedur yang digunakan dalam bentuk siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak kelompok B di PAUD Bintang Kecil yang berjumlah 13 anak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis data menggunakan persentase. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil peningkatan kemampuan motorik anak pada siklus I sebesar 51% dengan kriteria mulai Berkembang (MB), Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan sebesar 91% pada kriteria perkembangan sangat baik (BSB). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui kegiatan kelompok efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik menemukan anak kelompok B di PAUD Dahlia Rejang Lebong.

Abstract

Social media has developed rapidly today, so social media is no longer just a place to interact and socialize but also to express opinions or criticize a particular party or institution. After the incident at the Malang Kanjuruhan stadium in October 2022, many netizens criticized the performance of PSSI as Indonesia's number one organization that oversees football competitions in Indonesia. For this reason, sentiment analysis was carried out on the official PSSI account on Twitter to assess the performance of PSSI by grouping them as Satisfied and Unsatisfied using the Naïve Bayes Classifier. Sentiment analysis took tweets from the official PSSI account and as many as 1000 comments to be used as a dataset. Then preprocessing is carried out in the GATA Framework using the Annotation Removal, Remove Hashtag, Transformation Remove URL, Regexp, Indonesian Steaming, and Indonesian Stopword Removal methods. The results obtained were 82.82% for accuracy, 78.69% for precision, 90.33% for recall, and 0.866 for AUC. With these results, the value obtained is at a good classification level.

Abstract

Renewable energy is a very important solution in overcoming the limitations of electrical energy in schools. The number of schools that have not received electricity in West Halmahera is still quite large, this hampers various daily activities in the school environment. Therefore, it is very important to provide understanding and skills about the application of new and renewable energy, especially for school managers. This study aims to improve the scientific literacy of school managers in West Halmahera about New and Renewable Energy. The type of research used is a pre-experimental research design with One-Group Pretest-Postets Design. The research sample was taken from the population of school administrators in West Halmahera with 20 school administrators. The analysis of the research results was carried out in a quantitative descriptive manner. Based on the results of the initial and final tests, an N-Gain value of 0.41 was obtained which indicates that there is an increase in literacy about renewable energy in the medium category. In addition, the results of observations show that the activity of school managers in participating in activities is quite good, which is indicated by the percentage above 70%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Employee performance is a key factor in achieving company goals, and various factors such as work discipline and rewards play an important role in improving employee performance. Self-confidence is also considered a potential mediator in this relationship, but is still poorly understood in the context of private companies in Serang Regency. This research aims to examine the role of self-confidence in mediating the influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of work discipline on employee performance, the influence of rewards on employee performance, the role of self-confidence as a mediator in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. As well as the role of self-confidence as a mediator in the relationship between rewards and employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data was collected from 190 employees of private companies in Serang Regency through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were tested. Data analysis was carried out using path analysis techniques to test direct and mediation relationships. The research results show that work discipline and rewards have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, self-confidence has been proven to partially mediate the influence of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. This mediation strengthens the relationship between these variables, showing that self-confidence is a key factor in improving employee performance. These findings indicate that increasing self-confidence among employees can strengthen the positive impact of work discipline and rewards on employee performance. Therefore, companies need to consider training and development programs that focus on increasing self-confidence as part of their human resource management strategy. This research contributes to the literature by emphasizing the importance of self-confidence as a mediator in the context of private companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

Stock management is an important aspect in the operations of a grocery store. By knowing when to add stock, shop owners can optimize the availability of goods without excess stock. In this research, the fuzzy logic method is applied to determine stock procurement decisions based on sales data and remaining stock. The results of the research show that fuzzy logic can be used to assist in making stock procurement decisions with a fairly high level of accuracy.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji potensi augmented reality (AR) dalam mentransformasi motivasi belajar Pendidikan Agama. Menggunakan metode studi pustaka sistematis, penelitian bertujuan mengeksplorasi inovasi teknologi dalam pengalaman pembelajaran keagamaan. Studi menganalisis karakteristik AR untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan pencapaian kompetensi spiritual-etika. Sumber data primer meliputi jurnal internasional, prosiding, dan disertasi berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris periode 2010-2023. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan AR mampu mengubah paradigma pembelajaran konvensional menjadi pengalaman interaktif dan kontekstual melalui beberapa mekanisme. Pertama, teknologi menghadirkan visualisasi digital konsep abstrak keagamaan. Kedua, AR menciptakan simulasi pengalaman spiritual yang mendalam dengan pendekatan multisensori. Ketiga, fitur personalisasi dan gamifikasi mendorong motivasi intrinsik peserta didik. Keempat, teknologi memfasilitasi eksplorasi nilai moral melalui skenario interaktif. Penelitian membuktikan AR memiliki potensi signifikan dalam merevitalisasi pendidikan agama, menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran lebih personal, transformatif, dan bermakna. Implikasi kajian memberikan perspektif teoritis dan praktis tentang integrasi teknologi digital dalam pendidikan spiritual.   Kata kunci: Potensi, Augmented Reality, Motivasi Belajar, Pendidikan Agama   Abstract This study examines the potential of augmented reality (AR) in transforming Religious Education learning motivation. Using systematic literature review methodology, the research aims to explore technological innovation in religious learning experiences. The study analyzes AR characteristics to enhance motivation and spiritual-ethical competency achievement. Primary data sources include international journals, proceedings, and dissertations in Indonesian and English from 2010-2023. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method was employed to identify, evaluate, and synthesize empirical research. Research findings demonstrate AR's ability to transform conventional learning paradigms into interactive and contextual experiences through multiple mechanisms. First, technology presents digital visualization of abstract religious concepts. Second, AR creates deep spiritual experience simulations using multisensory approaches. Third, personalization and gamification features drive students' intrinsic motivation. Fourth, technology facilitates moral value exploration through interactive scenarios. The research proves AR's significant potential in revitalizing religious education, creating more personal, transformative, and meaningful learning ecosystems. The study's implications provide theoretical and practical perspectives on digital technology integration in spiritual education.   Keywords : Potential, Augmented Reality, Learning Motivation, Religious Education
