Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi , Kompetensi dan Konflik terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Karina Jakarta Utara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompensasi, Kompetensi dan Konflik Kerja Terhadap Kinerja (Studi Kasus pada PT.Karina Jakarta Utara). Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal yaitu mengetahui pengaruh antar variable yang diteliti. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan melalui googleform Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 50 orang, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui pengujian outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja,Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Konflik Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT.Karina Jakarta Utara.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Keinginan Berwirausaha Mahasiswa pada Pengaruh Disiplin, Beban kerja, dan Kompensasi Terhadap Terhadap Turn Over Karyawan Pt. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Semanan Jakarta Barat. Desain penelitian dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 65 Responden yang merupakan karyawan dari PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk dengan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan metode survey. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat uji SEM PLS dilakukan pengujian discriminat validity, convergen validity, composite realiability, outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin tidak berpengaruh pengaruh terhadap turn over karyawan, Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap turn over karyawan Dan Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh Terhadap Turn Over Karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Semanan Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and predict turnover intention, leadership style role, job satisfaction and employee compensation of manufacturing companies in Bekasi, West Java. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires that have been distributed directly through google forms to manufacturing employees. The population in this study is 344 manufacturing employees. Where the sample was taken using the slovin formula using the probability sampling method as many as 185 people. The data that has been obtained are processed with PLS-SEM to test the outer model, inner model and hypothesis test. The first stage is to compile a questionnaire with the basis of the dimensions and indicators of each variable studied. The second stage conducts testing for all research variables. The findings of this study show that leadership style has no influence on turnover intention, while job satisfaction and compensation have a negative influence on turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, job satisfaction and work flexibility on the performance of grab drivers in East Jakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population used in this study were 100 Grab drivers in Cilangkap, East Jakarta. Sampling of 100 people using saturated samples. Data collection tools using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability are distributed via google form. Data analysis was carried out using SEM PLS(Partial Least Square) through testing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The initial stage determines the indicators of each variable. The next stage tests the validity and reliability of each indicator. The results of his research prove that work motivation, job satisfaction, and work flexibility affect performance. The adjusted R square value shows that 75.7% of driver performance is influenced by the independent variables, namely Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Work Flexibility
