Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Strategi Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Katolik melalui Model Quantum Teaching. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi mencapai hasil belajar berdasarkan model pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik. Penelitian ini diangkat dan diteliti dilatarbelakangi oleh situasi pembelajaran di mana siswa masih kurang percaya diri, sulit memilih kata atau tampak ragu-ragu dalam berbicara, motivasi yang jarang diberikan oleh guru, yang menyebabkan kurangnya memiliki kesan yang berarti pada siswa. Model pembelajaran quantum teaching adalah salah satu model yang dapat mengatasi persoalan yang dialami oleh siswa dalam pembelajaran, termasuk dalam Pendidikan Agama Katolik, karena model ini memotivasi siswa dalam menciptakan suasana belajar siswa secara baik dan positif karena ada suasana yang nyaman dan menyenangkan, pelajaran dapat dimengerti dan diterima dengan mudah oleh siswa serta membimbing siswa ke arah berpikir yang sama dalam satu saluran pikiran yang sama. Adapun strategi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pendidikan agama Katolik melalui pembelajaran quantum teaching adalah: membangun komunikasi atau interaksi antara guru dan siswa secara positif; menciptakan suasana kelas yang positif; menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan; memaksimalkan waktu yang ingin dicapai dalam keberhasilan siswa dalam hal belajar; dan mempersiapkan sarana dan prasarana untuk mendukung proses belajar siswa di kelas.

Abstract

Today, the world of education is experiencing a shift from its true values. The education system used places too much emphasis on intellectual aspects, textual values, and charitable morality. However, they pay less attention to aspects of personal character formation, value education, and sensitivity and social responsibility. This situation should not be allowed to continue. Now is the time for stakeholders who are involved in organizing education to return education to the "spirit" idealized by the father of national education, Ki Hajar Dewantara, regarding education that is free. This paper is the result of exploring Ki Hajar Dewantara's ideas on education. Done by using literature review. From the results of a literature search it was concluded that education that liberates will produce three types of people. First, it will give birth to humans who are not ruled by other people, but their minds can rule themselves. Second, giving birth to humans who stand tall because of their own strength. Third, to give birth to human beings who are capable of self-discipline, so that they do not interfere with the independence of others.

Abstract

Adolescence is the period of puberty. Children experience growth and development especially in friendship. This friendship leads to feelings of liking for the opposite sex which is called courtship. Dating in the sense of special friendship between young men and women in principle has a good purpose to get to know each other's personalities. But this good intention is sometimes tainted by the irregularities that occur in the courtship process. This deviation occurs because of the wrong concept of dating as well as the moral decline among teenagers. This study uses a qualitative approach with the aim of knowing the morality of dating among adolescents at SMA Negeri I Mandrehe. The research findings are as follows: In general, respondents have received education and assistance from teachers and parents about how to interpret courtship. Even so, some of them have not interpreted courtship precisely. In fact, some of them had bad experiences in dating. Some of them openly share their dating experiences with their parents.

Abstract

Education is an important thing in human life. Every individual develops well through education. Education makes many contributions for every individual in developing their humanity. The achievement of the lofty goals of education may be hampered if the implementation of education is not managed professionally. Apart from that, education may be held far from the spirit of truth and applicable ethical norms. In this context, the role of administrative philosophy is needed to direct the parties involved in the implementation of education to explore and discover the deepest goals of education. Since the proclamation, the Indonesian nation has had the Pancasila philosophy which is the basis of the state as well as the basis of national education. Pancasila has been used as a guideline in making national education policies in general and in renewing the content of education in particular. This means that the direction of planning, policy and implementation of education should lead to the goals as outlined by the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila as the basis of national education.

Abstract

The group investigation type cooperative learning method is a cooperative learning model that is based on group discussions and involves students in small groups, compiling material and creating a learning environment that allows students to be brave and appear confident in expressing ideas or opinions, enjoy collaborating, actively participating. , so that students get a meaningful learning experience. The group investigation type learning method encourages students to be actively involved in learning planning from the beginning to the end of the learning process. This research was carried out using a literature review approach, where the researcher tried to examine ideas about group investigation type cooperative learning methods from many references. It was found in the research that the application of the group investigation type cooperative learning method contributed to student learning achievement. This learning method succeeds in creating an active learning environment and helps students to work cooperatively in solving problems. Apart from that, this learning method can grow students' thinking abilities and provide opportunities to learn more meaningfully in a social context with their group friends. Because of this, according to researchers, the group investigation type cooperative learning method should be the teacher's choice in the learning process.

Abstract

Leaders at any level and in any organization are needed to organize and mobilize various resources in the organization in order to achieve the goals of the organization. Likewise in the context of educational organizations. The leaders of universities and school principals play a very important role in leading, organizing, mobilizing and managing the educational institutions they lead in order to create quality education. This research was conducted with a literature approach, where researchers examined various theoretical studies from experts on leadership in general, educational leadership and the findings of previous researchers related to the role and influence of educational leadership on achieving the goals of educational organizations. From various literatures, it can be concluded that the quality of leadership possessed by an educational leader substantially influences the success of an educational institution. The type and style of leadership they have and apply also determine the effectiveness and speed of an educational institution in achieving the vision and mission as outlined by the educational institution.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine in depth the application of the behaviorist learning theory proposed by Edward Lee Thorndike in the learning process of Catholic Religious Education. Thorndike emphasized that the learning process occurs through the relationship between stimuli and responses, which are strengthened through repeated practice and reinforcement. This reinforcement can be in the form of awards such as praise and prizes, or punishments that function to strengthen or weaken certain responses. In this study, the author also describes in detail the basic laws in Thorndike's theory which are the foundation for implementing the behaviorist approach in teaching and learning activities. Furthermore, this theory can be applied practically in Catholic Religious Education learning by providing appropriate stimulus and reinforcement to students through directed learning activities. The stimulus and reinforcement have the potential to encourage changes in attitudes and behavior in a more positive direction, in accordance with the values ​​of the Catholic faith. Therefore, teachers as learning facilitators need to develop learning strategies that are planned, structured, and able to shape students' character and faith comprehensively and continuously.
