Abstract

In reality, Islamic religious instructors as the front guard still need to increase their competence in the religious field through the study of classical books. Apart from that, efforts to provide opportunities for young instructors to appear to provide counseling are very necessary. One of the efforts to increase the competency of religious instructors carried out by religious leaders in the Javilan subdistrict is the implementation of weekly studies of the Nuruzholam Majlis. This article aims to reveal and identify the concept of the weekly Nuruzholam Majlis study, how it is implemented and what impact it has on increasing the competency of Islamic religious instructors in Cemplang village, Javilan subdistrict. The results of the research show that the weekly study program of the Nuruzholam Majlis is a special program implemented to improve the competence of Islamic religious instructors, Koran teachers, ustadz, leaders of Majlis Taklim and Islamic boarding schools through the study of classical books in the fields of fiqh, hadith, tauhid, tafsir and tazkiyatunnafsi. This program is implemented every Saturday from 13.30 to 16.00 by studying the five main books by reading the book word for word, translating word for word using Javanese and Sundanese, then continuing with an explanation using Sundanese. Two books are read by the main muqri, and two are read by the muqri of the participants. The impact of this program is; 1) participants understand the reference book text comprehensively word by word, sentence by sentence and overall meaning; 2) The instructor is able to convey back to the congregation well and is more confident. 3) Communication skills increase, 4) Ability to handle good consultations, 5) Skilled in socializing and guiding them to noble morals

Abstract

Illiteracy of the Koran is still a serious problem for the Indonesian Muslim community. The results of several studies show an increase in the level of Koran illiteracy in Indonesia which is caused by several factors, including the scarcity of Koran teachers. Several efforts have been made to eliminate or reduce the level of illiteracy of the Koran, one of which is through the Koran Teacher Cadre Program. This article aims to reveal and identify the concept of Koran teacher cadre formation, how it is implemented and what impact it has on the level of illiteracy of the Koran. The results of the research show that the Koran teacher cadre program is a special program that prepares quality human resources in the field of Al-Qur'an so that they are able to teach Al-Qur'an easily and pleasantly so that it can increase the number of people who learn Al-Qur'an and are expected to be able to reducing the level of illiteracy of the Koran. The Reciting Teacher Cadreship Program consists of; 1) Socialization, 2) Tashih, 3) Tahsin, 4) Certification, 5) Implementation Assistance, 6) Monitoring, 7) Evaluation and 8) Increasing competency through strengthening recitations, tahfizh Al-Qur'an, recitation study, talaqqi taking sanad and qiroat. This program has had an impact on the birth of many reliable and competent Al-Qur'an teachers who have contributed by opening Al-Qur'an classes in their respective regions and the birth of students who are able to read the Al-Qur'an well, correctly, tartil, memorize several juz and contribute to reducing the level of illiteracy of the Al-Qur'an.. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of Social Influence and Halal Certification on Repurchase Intention, with Trust as a moderating variable in the online purchase of imported halal food in Indonesia. Methods: The sample consisted of 260 consumers who made online purchases of imported halal food in Indonesia. Data collection was conducted via a Google Form survey distributed online to respondents. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) was used to test the research hypotheses. Results: The results indicate that Performance Expectancy (PE) significantly positively influences trust (TR). Social Influence (SI) significantly impacts Trust (TR), strongly shaping consumer confidence. Halal Certification plays a significant role in enhancing consumer trust regarding online purchases of imported halal food. Consumer Trust (TR) significantly affects Repurchase Intention (RI). SI also significantly influenced RI. Although Halal Certification (HC) boosts consumer trust in product quality, its effect on RI is not significant. SI significantly impacts RI through the mediation of trust. HC significantly influenced RI, which was fully mediated by trust. Conclusions: Social Influence and Halal Certification both enhance consumer Trust, which significantly drives Repurchase Intention, with Trust fully mediating the effect of Halal Certification and partially mediating the effect of Social Influence, while Halal Certification alone does not directly influence repurchase behavior. Limitations: This study has limitations regarding the sample, which only includes consumers from urban areas, necessitating caution in generalizing the findings to rural populations. Additionally, cultural factors and religiosity impacting trust were not included as control variables.    Contribution: This study provides practical insights for e-commerce businesses and halal food importers regarding the importance of halal certification and social influence in shaping consumer trust and repurchase intention. Furthermore, it enriches the literature on Muslim consumer behavior in the digital context. Novelty: This research contributes new insights by examining the role of trust as a moderating variable in online purchases of imported halal food, a relatively under-researched area, particularly in Indonesia, the country with the largest Muslim population in the world.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of brand image, price, brand trust, attitude, and religiosity on the purchase decision of imported halal skincare products. This research employs descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by Generation Z consumers of imported halal skincare products in Pekanbaru city, with a sample size of 96 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula. The results show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Price has a positive but not significant effect on behavioral intention. Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention. Attitude and religiosity have no significant effect on behavioral intention. Behavioral intention has a positive and significant effect on use behavior.

Abstract

The ability to control oneself is an important part of a psychologically and spiritually healthy personality. In modern psychology, self-control has been widely studied because it is an important component in character formation, decision making, and emotional management. However, research on the concept of self-control from the perspective of the Qur’an is still lacking and has not been systematically arranged thematically. The purpose of this study is to explore and construct the concept of self-control based on the verses of the Qur’an using the Grounded Theory approach, which allows theories to emerge inductively and contextually from the text of revelation. This study shows that self-control in the Qur’an is not only related to controlling lust and patience, but also links deep spiritual aspects such as taqwa (awareness of God), ikhlas (purity of intention), and muraqabah (awareness of God's supervision). These results will enrich research on the topic of the Qur’an, in addition, these results will offer a new conceptual framework that can be integrated, connecting Islamic values ​​with modern psychological perspectives, and offering practical assistance to help Muslims face the challenges of self-control in the modern era.

Abstract

The lalaran method is a method of memorizing, repeating memorization and strengthening memorization which is carried out accompanied by musical rhythms so that it is easy to memorize. This study aims to identify the planning, implementation, results and impacts of the implementation of the Lalaran Nazhom Method of the Tuhfatul Athfal Book and the supporting and inhibiting factors of implementation. This study is a descriptive qualitative study, conducted at the Masyariqul Anwar Pandeglang Banten Islamic Boarding School. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, validity checks through data triangulation. The results of the study showed: 1) Planning was carried out by analyzing, determining targets, setting implementation times and teaching strategies even though planning was limited to oral and not in written form; 2) Implementation began with congregational prayer, reading the Qur'an to the kyai, reading the matan, explaining the meaning of each sentence, explaining the meaning of the law contained, reading together nazhom accompanied by songs and music (lalaran), closed with hamdalah, greetings and ended with a friendly handshake with the kyai; 3) The results of the lalaran method are that all students memorize the tuhfatul athfal which is displayed in the end of year event so that the students' memorization becomes strong, they are motivated to memorize, they are used to repeating and it helps in understanding and implementing the reading. 4) Supporting factors come from the kyai and students, while inhibiting factors are influenced by the learning atmosphere, boredom, fatigue and personal problems of students.

Abstract

AbstrakThis article tries to understand public organizations not only in government institutions which are presented as bureaucracies such as public services in the field of education, health from local governments or hospitals or schools, but also in their appearance as corporations. PT. PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU is a clear example of a public organization in the form of state representation in corporate form. The use of survey methods in preparing the community satisfaction index will produce a detailed level of community satisfaction that is measured. This database will be used as material for preparing policies/programs that can be improvised, monitored or evaluated so that relations with external organizations will be more constructive. The overall performance of the community satisfaction index for the Sehati Village Program reached 84,066, in the Very Good category. In order to maintain and improve community empowerment performance, this study recommends establishing a technical communication forum between empowerment actors with regular meetings and discussing potential technical problems that arise. Based on these findings, this study provides recommendations for internal PT. PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU takes the form of establishing a technical communication forum involving multi-stakeholder community development.Keywords:  Empowerment, Kampung Sehati, Indonesia Power. AbstrakArtikel ini mencoba memahami organisasi publik bukan hanya pada lembaga pemerintahan yang ditampilkan sebagai birokrasi seperti layanan publik bidang pendidikan, kesehatan dari pemerintah daerah atau rumah sakit atau sekolah, namun juga dalam tampilan sebagai korporasi. PT. PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU merupakan contoh nyata organisasi publik dalam tampilan representasi negara dalam bentuk korporasi. Penggunaan metode survei dalam penyusunan indeks kepuasan masyarakat akan menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat yang terukur secara detail. Basis data inilah yang akan dijadikan bahan penyusunan kebijakan/program yang sifatnya bisa improvisasi, monitoring maupun sebagai evaluasinya sehingga relasi dengan eksternal organisasi akan bisa lebih konstruktif. Kinerja secara keseluruhan indeks kepuasan masyarakat pada Program Kampung Sehati mencapai 84,066, berkategori Sangat Baik. Guna mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kinerja pemberdayaan masyarakat, maka kajian ini merekomendasikan pembentukan forum komunikasi teknis antar aktor pemberdayaan dengan pertemuan rutin dan membahas potensi masalah-masalah teknis yang muncul. Atas dasar temuan inilah kajian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi internal PT. PLN Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU berupa pembentukan forum komunikasi teknis dengan melibatkan multi stakeholder community development.Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan, Kampung Sehati, Indonesia Power.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan TI, khususnya internet, memungkinkan pengembangan layanan informasi yang lebih baik dalam suatu institusi pendidikan. Dilingkungan pertenaga pendidikan tinggi, pemanfaatan IT lainnya yaitu diwujudkan dalam suatu sistem yang disebut electronic university (e-University). Pengembangan e-University bertujuan untuk mendukung penyelenggaraan pendidikan, sehingga pertenaga pendidikan tinggi dapat menyediakan layanan informasi yang lebih baik kepada komunitasnya, baik didalam maupun diluar pertenaga pendidikan tinggi tersebut melalui internet. Layanan pendidikan lain yang bisa dilaksanakan melalui sarana internet yaitu dengan menyediakan materi kuliah secara online dan materi kuliah tersebut dapat diakses oleh siapa saja yang membutuhkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif bekerja pada tataran analitik dan bersifat perspectif emic, yaitu mendapatkan data bukan dari persepsi peneliti, tetapi berdasarkan fakta-fakta konseptual maupun fakta teoritis.  Sumber data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dari kepustakaan. Untuk mengkaji tema yang relevan penulis menggunakan teknik telaah dokumentasi atau dikenal juga dengan studi dokumentasi sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi (content analysis). TIK/ICT sangat diperlukan dalam pembelajaran di era sekarang ini. Dengan prinsip penggunaan TIK/ICT yang efektif dan efisien,optimal,menarik, dan merangsang daya kreativitas, ICT menjadi salah satu media pembelajaran yang banyak digunakan di berbagai bidang pendidikan karena meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengguanaan TIK/ICT dalam pembelajaran anataran lain sebagai tutotial, eksplorasi, alat aplikasi, dan komunikasi. Penggunaan TIK/ICT di Indonesia ini sangat diperlukan untuk memajukan kualitas pendidikan yang ada di Indonesia serta menjadi pemicu bangsa Indonesia untuk lebih berkurang. Di Negara-negara maju penggunaan TIK/ICT juga belum bias merata sehingga masih bias diusahakan untuk Indonesia lebih memanfaatkan pembelajaran yang berbasis TIK/ICT ini.

Abstract

Tujuan sistem pendidikanagaar berhasil  maka diperlukan dukungan dari  sub system-subsistem. Sub sistem tersebut diantaranya negara, pemerintah pusat dan daerah,  organisasi  profesional,  orang tua siswa dan masyarakat serta organisasi swasta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif bekerja pada tataran analitik dan bersifat perspectif emic, yaitu mendapatkan data bukan dari persepsi peneliti, tetapi berdasarkan fakta-fakta konseptual maupun fakta teoritis.  Sumber data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dari kepustakaan. Untuk mengkaji tema yang relevan penulis menggunakan teknik telaah dokumentasi atau dikenal juga dengan studi dokumentasi sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Setelah melihat uraian penelitian diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, sistem pendidikan  merupakan  hal  yang kompleks dan  melibatkan banyak sub  sistem. Dinataranya kami bahas dalam penelitian ini adalah Negara, Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah, Organisasi  Profesional,  orang  tua siswa dan masyarakat serta organisasi swasta. Setiap sub sistem ini mempunyai hak dan kewajiban, sehingga agar pendidikan di Negara Republik Indonesia ini dapat berhasil maka semua diperlukan pemahaman dan pelaksanaan hak dan kewajibannya secara baik.
