Abstract

This The purpose of this study, to identify complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) experienced by workers at UD. Andika Aluminum and Welding, these complaints include pain in the upper arm, waist, right forearm, right wrist, and right and left knees. The results of the RULA and REBA scores obtained from the highest cutting activities before the use of work tools currently resulted in a high risk of 76 and 75 and decreased after the development of tools, namely to 40 and 39. Assessment of work posture for cutting with ergofellow software obtained RULA scores and the highest REBA is with a RULA score of 7 7 and a REBA of 12 11, which is included in the category "Immediate action is required" and after repairs are made to the highest score the work station cuts the RULA and REBA scores decreased with a RULA of 4 4 and REBA of 2 3 which are categorized in the "no action required" level of action.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan penggunaan e-wallet DANA pada Generasi Z di Kota Pekanbaru. Perkembangan teknologi finansial mendorong perubahan perilaku masyarakat dalam bertransaksi secara digital, khususnya di kalangan Generasi Z yang memiliki tingkat adaptasi tinggi terhadap inovasi teknologi. Namun, keputusan penggunaan e-wallet tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan teknologi, melainkan juga oleh persepsi pengguna terhadap manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan, serta tingkat kepercayaan terhadap sistem yang digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 100 responden Generasi Z di Kota Pekanbaru yang pernah menggunakan e-wallet DANA, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, dan kepercayaan secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan e-wallet DANA. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,333 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 33,3% variasi keputusan penggunaan, sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan nilai manfaat, kemudahan antarmuka, serta keamanan dan keandalan sistem dalam mendorong adopsi e-wallet di kalangan Generasi Z.

Abstract

The increase in imported halal food consumption in Indonesia requires a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence consumer behavior in the economic and business contexts, especially repurchase intention. In the midst of increasing Muslim consumer awareness of the halal aspects of products, trust and halal certification are strategic determinants in building the sustainability of the relationship between consumers and products. This study aims to analyze the influence of trust and halal certification on the behavior of repurchase intentions on imported halal food in Indonesia, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 140 consumers of imported halal food in Indonesia who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique using the snowball sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression supported by validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests. The results showed that halal certification and trust had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention, both individually and simultaneously, with the model's ability to explain the variation in repurchase intention of 75.4%. These findings confirm that halal certification guarantees and consumer trust levels have an important role in encouraging the sustainability of imported halal food purchases. This research provides a theoretical contribution to the development of halal consumer behavior studies as well as practical contributions for business actors and policymakers in designing marketing strategies oriented towards strengthening trust and certainty of halal products.
