Pasca pandemi Covid-19 memberikan implikasi pada sisi ekonomi Indonesia yang didominasi oleh Usaha Mikro, kecil, dan Menengah. Permasalahan ini perlu perhatian karena kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian nasional cukup besar, termasuk UMKM Sambal Disko yang menjadi mitra dalam PKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra: (1) kurangnya pengetahuan metode pemasaran situasi pasca pandemi; (2) terbatasnya penjualan UMKM karena kurangnya pengetahuan teknologi informasi (internet). Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan solusi kepada mitra terkait masalah pemasaran dengan IT. Tiga keterampilan disampaikan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu manajemen usaha dan optimaliasi teknologi informasi dalam wirausaha. Metode kegitan: (1) Pelatihan peningkatan pemahaman manajemen dan metode pemasaran diera newnormal (2) Pendampingan penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam penjualan pruduk UMKM. Hasil kegiatan adalah ada peningkatan 60% pengetahuan mitra mengenai manajemen metode pamasaran situasi newnormal. Pendampingan mitra terjadi transfer knowladge tentang optimalisasi penggunaan IT dalam pandemi ini sebesar 100%. Sumber listrik fasilitas umum Taman Tiga Generasi di Kota Balikpapan yang merupakan Ruang Terbuka Hijau bergantung dari sumber PLN sehingga mengakibatkan masalah krisis energi listrik. Selain itu, tidak semua area taman memiliki prasarana bangku tempat duduk pengunjung. Tujuan pengabdian ini menerapkan teknologi bangku dengan pembangkitan solar cell untuk sumber energi listrik. Selain itu, kegiatan ini menjadi aksi nyata pelaksanaan Tridharma dosen Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan dalam mengimplementasikan produk Teknologi Tepat Guna kepada Masyarakat berbasis solusi terhadap permasalahan mitra. Metode kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara langsung dan terbatas. Adapun tahapannya, yaitu: (1) Penerapan teknologi listrik solar cell untuk supply listrik fasilitas taman; (2) Pelatihan kepada mitra perihal pengoperasian dan pemeliharaan produk bangku elektrik bercatu daya solar cell; (3) Penyuluhan mengenai konservasi energi listrik bagi mitra. Hasil kegiatan ini menghasilkan produk bangku taman multifungsi sebagai tempat duduk, sebagai tempat pengisian daya perangkat handphone serta sebagai sumber penerangan area taman. Kegiatan ini sebagai bagian realisasi solar cell alternatif pembangkit listrik di Indonesia dalam rangka hemat energi listrik.

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat salah satunya yaitu pada keamanan rumah. Namun karena semakin maraknya aksi pencurian pada rumah yang ditinggalkan pemiliknya dibutuhkan suatu sistem alat keamanan rumah untuk mendapatkan informasi yang akurat dan tidak mengganggu aktivitas pemilik rumah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi penting monitoring dan kontrol keamanan rumah dari jarak jauh. Sistem alat ini dapat menyala secara otomatis pada jam 23.00-05.30 dan dapat dinyalakan atau dimatikan secara manual melalui fitur yang tersedia pada Telegram bot. Dalam alat ini menggunakan sensor PIR, sensor LDR yang terhubung dengan ESP32 sebagai mikrokontroler yang memproses data dari sensor, ESP32 CAM sebagai kamera untuk memfoto dan dilengkapi emergency door lock. Hasil dari pengujian keseluruhan alat yang didapatkan dari sensor PIR dan LDR menunjukan sensor PIR mampu mendeteksi hingga jarak 6-meter, sensor LDR dapat mendeteksi ketika sinar terputus dan dapat mengirimkan notifikasi beserta foto ke Telegram. Dalam percobaan pengujian, rata-rata delay yang didapatkan untuk menerima notifikasi yaitu 1-3 detik, dan delay untuk menerima foto yaitu yaitu 2-3 detik. Hal itu menunjukan bahwa ESP32 dan ESP32 Cam memiliki tingkat keakuratan yang tinggi dan pengiriman data yang cukup cepat. Monitoring the electrical energy of the MSME sector is necessary because the current use of electricity is less effective and consumes more electrical power. The use of electrical power can only be seen through the kWh meter measuring instrument and only shows the cumulative amount of electrical energy used. The analog panel design constraint only displays aggregate consumption data, not real-time. This study aims to develop an energy management system through Internet of Things communication for monitoring and controlling electrical devices in MSME sector buildings. Designer of a real-time measurement system that can read the parameters of the amount of electricity consumed so that MSME users can monitor the use of electricity consumption quickly and accurately via the internet and become a solution for more efficient monitoring work. The monitoring system is designed for load groups in buildings by using the ESP32 NodeMCU as a data processor for data received from the PZEM-004T sensor and sent directly to the Blynk server so that the data can be monitored and controlled on the Blynk interface via a smartphone. The data displayed on the Blynk application is in the form of voltage (volts), current (amperes), power (watts), electrical energy (kWh), and electricity usage rates in rupiah in real-time. The results of the study obtained show that the proposed method can read the energy consumption data of the electrical load used with an error value of 0.54% in voltage measurement and an error value of 2.93% in current measurement and has a delay in sending data to the monitoring application of an average of 3 seconds. The proposed draft Energy Management System can improve electricity efficiency if applied to solve the problem of electrical energy consumed in MSME sector buildings.

The source of electricity for the Taman Tiga Generasi facility, a Green Open Space in the City of Balikpapan, is highly dependent on PLN sources, resulting in an electrical energy crisis. Also, not all parks have facilities and infrastructure such as benches for visitors to sit on. Community service aims to apply electric bench technology with solar cell electricity generation for parks and implement Appropriate Technology products for the community based on solutions to partner problems. This community service method considers the health protocol in which the process is carried out directly and is limited. The stages are (1) Application of solar cell electricity technology to provide electricity for garden facilities; (2) Training by service team for partners regarding the operation and maintenance of electrical bench products with solar cell power supply; (3) Counseling regarding the conservation of electrical energy for partners. This community service resulted in a multifunctional electric bench product as a seat, as a place to charge mobile electronic devices, and as a source of lighting for the garden area with a solar panel-based power supply. The purpose of this study is to conduct a series of tests on each increase in the number of node-clients on the Mobile Ad hoc Network, while each node performs real-time video conferencing services from the internet cloud which can have a significant impact on the Quality of Service. The quality of service of the Mobile Ad hoc Network that supports video conferencing in real-time is evaluated based on End-to-End Delay. The model offered is in the form of the implementation of an ad hoc network on the zoom cloud meeting service. We assessed the transmission scenario of wireless video conferencing services while changing the number of user nodes. It carried the measurement out 5 times and calculated the average value obtained to be compared against the number of different nodes in this case the data obtained using Wireshark software. The results showed that the end-to-end delay value on the Mobile Ad hoc Network increased by 27% when the scalability of the Mobile Ad hoc network was increased from 2 nodes to 4 nodes. The source of electricity for public facilities at the Green Open Space Park in Balikpapan City, which is used as a tourist spot, is very dependent on PLN sources, resulting in the problem of an electrical energy crisis. The purpose of this activity is to disseminate Smart Bench technology products with the generation of solar cell electricity, which functions as a seat and a place to charge mobile electronic devices as well as a source of electricity for lighting to increase public participation in using parks as tourist areas in the city. The method of implementing this service is applying solar cell technology for the supply of electric energy for park bench facilities, socialization and training to partners regarding the operation of intelligent benches, counselling about mapping the tourism potential of city parks. The result of this activity is the availability of a multifunctional park bench product as a seat, a mobile phone charging station, and a source of lighting for the garden area. Video conferencing services have gained significant popularity in recent years, enabling real-time communication and collaboration among individuals and groups. However, the performance of video conferencing systems over MANETs poses challenges of topology fluctuations and node density. This research paper aims to present an analysis of end-to-end delay and throughput in video conferencing over MANETs. The main objective is to identify the impact of node density in MANETs on video conferencing user experience. To conduct the study, an experimental setup of Zoom cloud meeting service was designed, consisting of a simulated MANET environment and a video conferencing application. End-to-end delay and throughput were measured via Wireshark software based on interconnected node scenarios and different configurations at densities of 2 and 4 nodes. The collected data was analyzed using appropriate statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns. The end-to-end delay analysis results revealed the impact of fluctuating network density conditions, on the overall delay experienced during the video conferencing session increased by 27%. While throughput analysis revealed a 65% decrease in data transfer capacity caused by higher packet loss factor in MANET. The integrated analysis explores the relationship between end-to-end delay and throughput, providing insight into optimization strategies. These findings can guide the design and implementation of more efficient and reliable video conferencing systems in mobile ad-hoc environments, In the face of fluctuations in node density, these findings can encourage the development of QoS mechanisms specifically designed for MANETs. Dalam dunia transportasi perairan, perahu wisata telah memainkan peran penting dalam memberikan pengalaman yang tak terlupakan kepada para wisatawan. Namun, model konvensional penggerak perahu, baik yang mengandalkan mesin ketinting maupun dayung, telah menghadirkan tantangan signifikan terkait efisiensi energi dan dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan solusi baru yang revolusioner: sistem penggerak perahu berbasis Solar Cell yang ramah lingkungan, ditunjang dengan aplikasi pemantauan mobile. Dalam memenuhi tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan terintegrasi teknologi modern, dengan penerapan Solar Cell yang terhubung dengan sistem motor listrik DC sebagai penggerak utama perahu. Selain itu, penerapan sistem pemantauan baterai secara real-time dengan menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32 dan sensor PZEM-017. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem propulsi berbasis sel surya pada kapal tersebut memungkinkan kapal tersebut melaju sejauh 2 kilometer dengan tegangan baterai sekitar 1,55 volt. Efisiensi energi sistem ini telah menunjukkan secara nyata bahwa pilihan yang berkelanjutan dan efektif untuk penggerak perahu adalah pilihan yang bermanfaat secara ekologis. Penelitian ini telah membuka jalan menuju masa depan yang lebih hijau, lebih efektif, dan lebih berkelanjutan dengan mengungkapkan solusi penggerak kapal berbasis sel surya dengan sistem pemantauan bergerak. Dengan pengembangan ini, penelitian ini telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kemajuan sektor pariwisata dan pelestarian lingkungan.

E-Repository is a digital document storage and management system that has become the main focus in the higher education environment in this digital era. This research aims to design and implement an E-Repository at Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan with the primary objective of improving the accessibility of knowledge management in supporting academic and research activities. This research details the implementation steps, from requirement analysis to functionality testing. The result is an E-Repository that allows lecturers, students, and staff of Poltekba to easily store, search, and download digital documents related to academic and research activities. Implementing this E-Repository has created tangible benefits, including increased accessibility of educational resources. This research also evaluated the technological readiness of the E-Repository using the Technology Readiness Level (TRL). The evaluation result shows that the E-Repository at Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan reaches level 7 (system prototype demonstration in operational environment) on the TRL scale. Thus, this research provides a comprehensive view of the development and implementation of E-Repository in higher education environments.
