Abstract

Smoking results in the emergence of diseases with a risk of 2 up to 4 times as much as coronary heart disease and has a higher risk of lung cancer and another non-contagious disease. There is a higher percentage as much 21.2% for population aged ? 10 years who smoke every day in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The policy of the smoke-free areas at school is regulated by Bantul Regent Regulation No. 18, 2016. The purpose of this research is to find out the aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure in policy implementation. The study was conducted at MAN 3 Bantul using descriptive qualitative methods through interviews and observations. Validity checking is carried out by the triangulation method. The results showed that the implementation of the policy of smoke-free areas in schools had not been the provisions. The communication process by doing the installation of a smoking ban sign and conducting socialization, but it has not involved the authorities yet. In implementing the policy, it is not supported by adequate resources and the commitment of the leaders by establishing policies and SPOs. The support in the aspect of communication in the form of posters for smoking restrictions and dispositions in the form of reprimand sanctions. While the inhibiting factors in the aspect of communication in the form of policy rules, resources in the form of teams, the budget disposition in the form of lack of awareness, reluctance to reprimand, and bureaucratic structure in the form of SPO also did not yet exist for smokers at schools.

Abstract

Based on the Health Research and Development Agency in 2013, the Special Province of Yogyakarta tended to be high at 21.2% for the proportion of the population aged over or equal to 10 years who smoked every day. One of the districts in the Yogyakarta Special Region that has a policy on non-smoking areas is Bantul Regency. The regulation regarding the non-smoking areas is regulated in the Bantul Regent's Regulation No. 18 of 2016 concerning Healthy Areas Non-Smoking (HANS). This study aims to determine the structure of the bureaucracy and disposition in the implementation of a Healthy Smoke Free Area in Schools. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  The results of interviews about the bureaucratic structure in the implementation of the HANS found that there were no smoking procedures for smokers in schools. General rules are included in the school code of conduct in the form of a slogan / smoking ban. The disposition aspect possessed by the school could not be said to be good in the implementation of the HANS, it was evident that there were still school residents who still smoked in the school area and found cigarette putp in the school area. The conclusion of the research is that the bureaucratic structure does not yet exist and the disposition factor cannot be carried out properly so that it is expected that there will be a follow-up from the Government of Bantul Regency to be able to socialize Bantul Regent Regulation No. 18 of 2016 concerning Smoke-Free Healthy Areas in the school environment involving the role of the Health Office, BNNP and / or the Police and develop a culture of reporting and providing guarantees for reporters from the Principal, as well as making special regulations / SOPs for school residents who have a smoking habit.

Abstract

Di dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, masyarakat belum dapat terlepas dari penggunaan minyak goreng yang sudah dipakai akan menjadi minyak bekas atau minyak jelantah yang berdampak pada penggunaannya yang secara terus menerus baik pada kesehatan tubuh maupun lingkungan.  Minyak jelantah perlu diminimalisir melalui recycle atau reduce. Pencemaran lingkungan yang diakibatkan jelantah telah menjadi masalah yang tiada henti sebagaimana secara biologis, jelantah membutuhkan waktu yang lama agar terurai. Munculah sebuah solusi untuk mengolah jelantah sebagai bahan alternatif pembuatan lilin. Pengabdi termotivasi untuk mencari gagasan dalam penggunaan minyak tersebut dengan cara yang mudah dan sederhana agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan alternatif pembuatan lilin. Permasalahan dalam karya tulis ini adalah bagaimana memperoleh jelantah dan bagaimana efisiensi pengolahan jelantah menjadi lilin. Dengan melakukan eksperimen, studi pustaka, dan observasi penulis memperoleh hasil bahwa jelantah dapat diolah menjadi lilin dengan mencampurkan beberapa bahan lainnya. Selain itu, pengabdi berharap agar adanya pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan keterampilan pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi produk rumah tangga yaitu lilin warna warni yang dapat dijadikan sebagai peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan peningkatan daya kretivitas masyarakat, masyarakat mampu membuat sumber energi sendiri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan mampu menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan sumber pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract The regency road management program budgeting process is carried out through a series of stages, starting from proposal to budget determination. Common perceptions regarding the basis for determining priorities for regency road management programs are essential so that the budgeting process is fast, directed, and transparent. This study begins with a questionnaire survey of government, community, and academic or researcher repre-sentatives regarding the importance and application levels of the criteria and sub-criteria in determining priorities in Kulon Progo Regency. Survey data, which were analyzed using Importance-Performance Analysis, resulted in criteria and sub-criteria that were modeled using Structural Equation Modeling. The resulting sub-criteria weights are then validated using the Delphi Method. This study produces a readiness criteria weight of 40% and a multicriteria weight of 60%. The weights of the multicriteria compilers are technical 34%, economic spatial 35%, and social geopolitical environment 31%. Keywords: road handling; program priority; regency roads; readiness criteria; multicriteria  Abstrak Proses penganggaran program penanganan jalan kabupaten dilakukan melalui serangkaian tahapan, mulai dari usulan sampai dengan penetapan anggaran. Penyamaan persepsi, mengenai dasar penentuan prioritas program penanganan jalan kabupaten, sangat diperlukan agar proses penetapan anggaran menjadi cepat, terarah, dan transparan. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan survei kuesioner terhadap perwakilan pemerintah, masyarakat, dan akademisi atau peneliti mengenai tingkat kepentingan dan tingkat penerapan kriteria dan subkriteria dalam penentuan prioritas di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Data hasil survei, yang dianalisis menggunakan Importance-Performance Analysis, menghasilkan kriteria dan subkriteria yang dimodelkan dengan menggunakan Struc-tural Equation Modeling. Bobot subkriteria yang dihasilkan selanjutnya divalidasi dengan menggunakan Metode Delphi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bobot readiness criteria 40% dan bobot multicriteria 60%. Bobot kriteria penyusun multicriteria adalah teknis 34%, spasial ekonomi 35%, dan sosial lingkungan geopolitik 31%. Kata-kata kunci: penanganan jalan; prioritas program; jalan kabupaten; readiness criteria; multicriteria.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Hospitals must be able to provide a guarantee of security and protection against the service impact that have fulfilled the quality standards to meet the community's right on the quality services. Hospital patient safety is a system where hospitals make patient care safer. Safety in service can be started from the accuracy of patient identification. The observational results show a mismatch in its implementation.Objectives: The purpose of this study is to determine the discrepancy in the implementation of inpatient identification on regulations, implementation, and obstacles in the implementation of inpatient identification in hospitals.Methodology: This research is a case study with a qualitative approach producing descriptive data. Research subjects consisted of Management, Staff, and Patients with purposive sampling techniques. The instruments used in this qualitative study were guidelines for tracking observation, in-depth interviews, and FGDs. Data analysis uses reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions.Results: The implementation of inpatient identification in the hospital has been applied well. Based on the results of regulatory search, interviews, documentation, observations and simulations, it is obtained that the score achievement is with a value of 55 (91.67%) which means completed.Discussions: The implementation of inpatient identification in supporting patient safety programs can run well if there is an effort to build a patient safety culture in the hospital through support from the leadership, supervision and supervision, training and socialization, motivating staff and conducting monitoring and evaluation.Conclusion: Overall the implementation of inpatient identification at the hospital has been run well. There are policies that regulate, but the implementation of non-compliance is due to non-compliance staffs. There are some contents of the medical record sheet and the filling is not in accordance with standards and there is a limitation of identity label.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi atau yang dikenal dengan Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) adalah upaya untuk mencegah dan meminimalkan terjadinya infeksi pada pasien, petugas, pengunjung, dan masyarakat sekitar fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan. Perilaku mencuci tangan  menggunakan  sabun  dan  handsanitizer untuk memutuskan mata rantai penularan penyakit dan salah satu langkah pencegahan yang dapat membatasi penybaran penyakit-penyakit saluran pernapasan tertentu yang diakibatkan oleh virus. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien mengenai cara cuci tangan yang benar dalam upaya mencegah terjadinya HAIs. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan dengan menggunakan video pembelajaran dan praktik langsung dengan handsanitizer, kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 200 peserta dan kegiatan dilakukan secara luring. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh bahwa terdapat 188 (94%) peserta yang telah memahami dan mampu mempraktekan cara cuci tangan dengan benar.Abstract:  Infection Prevention and Control or known as Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) is an effort to prevent and minimize the occurrence of infections in patients, staff, visitors, and the community around health care facilities. The behavior of washing hands using soap and hand sanitizer is to break the chain of disease transmission and is one of the preventive measures that can limit the spread of certain respiratory tract diseases caused by viruses. The purpose of this activity is to increase patient knowledge about how to wash hands properly in an effort to prevent the occurrence of HAIs. The activity was carried out through counseling using learning videos and hands-on practice with a hand sanitizer, this activity was attended by 200 participants and the activity was carried out offline. The results of the activity showed that there were 188 (94%) participants who had understood and were able to practice how to wash their hands properly.

Abstract

RSUD Kota Yogyakarta has not implemented the National Standards for Hospital Accreditation (SNARS) 1ST Edition. The results of implementing patient safety targets in RSUD Kota Yogyakarta based on SNARS 1ST Edition are still not implemented properly. Research Objectives To find out the description (regulation, implementation, barriers, and recommendation) regarding the fulfillment of patient safety goals in RSUD Kota Yogyakarta. Qualitative research with case study research design (case study). The research subjects were hospital management, hospital staff and patients. The Object of Research is the Implementation of Hospital Patient Safety Goals in the SNARS 1ST Edition. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Regulation of the implementation of 6 patient safety targets has been made, Implementation of patient safety goals in RSUD Kota Yogyakarta has been fulfilled completely with a score of 100%. The obstacle faced by officers/staff in the implementation is the Director's Policy which does not yet contain the application of safe surgical checklists in the Outpatient Installation, especially in the dental and oral surgery, some supporting facilities such as real hand that have not all been installed; identity labels were never available, and hand rub for each patient bed, patient safety culture for officers in providing information about reasons and benefits when installing identity bracelets; There is a difference in the number of critical values ​​between the laboratory and the pediatrician. The policy for 6 patient safety targets in hospitals has been well implemented. The recommendation that needs to be done is hospital management to complete the contents of the policy that has not been made and complete the supporting infrastructure that has not been fulfilled.

Abstract

Kejadian phlebitis bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 13%, September 2019 sebanyak 6%. Sedangkan Kepmenkes Nomor 29 Tahun 2008, standar kejadian HAIs di rumah sakit tidak boleh lebih dari 1.5%. Kepemimpinan, tata kelola dan sumber daya memiliki peran yang ade kuat untuk meningkatkan sistem keselamatan pasien yang telah di bentuk. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penyebab masih terjadinya HAIs dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan HAIs pada aspek kepemimpinan, tata kelola, dan sumber daya di rumah sakit menggunakan Standar Nasional Akreditasi Rumah Sakit Edisi 1. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif studi kasus dengan subjek penelitian Direktur, Ketua Komite PPI, dan Staf yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Obyek penelitian adalah Kepemimpinan, Tata Kelola Dan Sumber Daya Dalam Pencegahan Dan Pengendalian Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) di rumah sakit dengan teknik uji keabsahannya melalui triangulasi. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode reduksi data, penyajian data dan conclusion/verification. Terjadinya kasus HAIs di rumah sakit dikarenakan belum terlaksananya Program PPI dengan baik, budaya/kepatuhan cuci tangan petugas yang kurang, sosialisasi hasil investigasi/surveilans tentang kejadian HAIs dan upaya tindak lanjutnya masih belum optimal. Aspek kepemimpinan dan tata kelola rumah sakit dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanggulanagan HAIs secara keseluruhan belum terpenuhi dengan baik. Rumah sakit telah membentuk Komite Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Infeksi (PPI), ada petugas Prevention Control Nurse (IPCN) dengan ketugasan pokok dan fungsinya, namun pelaksanaan program PPI belum dilaksanakan laporan hasil supervisi belum disosialisasikan secara optimal hanya dalam bentuk informasi yang disampaikan melalui papan informasi/papan pengumuman.
