Abstract

Human resource management is included in organizations that focus on human resources. Human resources or human One of a company's most crucial components is its resources, particularly at the Ministry of Home Affairs' Directorate General of Regional Financial Development. The analytical instrument employed was Spss29.0 ver.2023, in this study 40 respondents were used as the study population and the research sample technique used was saturated sampling technique, and questionnaires were used as a data collection tool. From validity test and reliability test. The reliability test results are considered reliable with the Cronbach alpha value r count 0.494 > r table 0.304, and the variables of work environment, work discipline, and work stress are considered valid because the value of r count > r table. The work environment variables of work discipline and work stress have an effect of 30.8% on employee performance, according to the results of the determination test for the R square value, which is 0.308 or 30.8%. The remaining variables are influenced by other variables that were not examined. According to the F test, Fcount (5,339) is greater than Ftable (1.92). Thus, the working environment, work discipline, and work stress all have an impact on employee performance at the same time.

Abstract

Every company is inseparable from the procurement of goods or services. With the procurement of goods or services being one of the factors that support the operational activities of a company and to maintain the survival of the company, especially companies engaged in the manufacturing industry. One of them PT Bakrie Auto parts also procure goods run by the procurement department, in the process of procuring goods PT Bakrie Auto parts is utilizing technological advances by conducting electronic procurement which aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of procurement. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement process at PT Bakrie Auto parts. The data collection method in this study is the interview method and direct observation, with the analysis method in the form of quantitative non statistical analysis, namely the method of analyzing data without using statistical analysis. The implementation of the procurement of goods carried out by PT Bakrie Auto parts has been running effectively with an assessment of four indicators, namely: indicators of increasing transparency and accountability, indicators of supporting the monitoring process, indicators of meeting the needs of real team information access, and indicators of achieving goals. In addition, the implementation of procurement carried out by PT Bakrie Auto parts has also been running efficiently based on the results of the assessment of the use of the expenditure budget.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan mitra adalah Yayasan Mathla’ul Anwar sebagai lembaga penyelenggara pendidikan yang salah satu jenjangnya adalah MIS Mathlaul Anwar 1. Pergantian kurikulum tidak hanya menimbulkan dampak positif, tetapi juga berdampak negatif terkait dengan pemahaman, tingkat kesiapan Yayasan untuk melaksanakan kurikulum yang baru dan juga anggapan tentang biaya pengadaan buku-buku dan materi penunjang pelajaran yang menjadi lebih mahal. Pelaksanan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yang meliputi tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan secara hibryd, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Berdasarkan analisis rekapitulasi kuesioner yang berikan kepada peserta, diketahui bahwa materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta. Berdasarkan uji statistik paired sample t-test dengan menggunakan Program SPSS versi 25, sosialisasi ini berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian staf Yayasan Mathla’ul Anwar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to empirically establish the relationship between cash management and the profitability and liquidity of manufacturing firms in the Industrial Anek Sector that are traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this analysis, we employ the current ratio, quick ratio, and return on assets. The years 2020 and 2022 were chosen for this analysis. This study is a quantitative statistical analysis. The population of this analysis consists of the many different types of manufacturing that will be traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2020 and 2022. Purposive sampling was employed to choose the sample. There are ten businesses that are a good fit for the requirements. Methods of regression analysis and conventional assumption testing were applied in this investigation. This research shows that between 2020 and 2022, Cash Management will not significantly affect the bottom lines of businesses across different sectors. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat ini bermitra dengan Koperasi UKM Tanjurhalang Makmur Bogor yang bergerak di bidang penyediaan produk UMKM bidang kuliner, souvenir dan catering. Selama ini penetapan harga jual oleh anggota koperasi dilakukan secara intuisi atau perkiraan kasar saja bukan berdasarkan pertimbangan biaya produksi dan penetapan margin yang diperhitungkan berdasarkan ilmu manajemen keuangan dan Akuntansi. Hal ini menyebabkan harga jual yang dibebankan kepada konsumen ternyata lebih tinggi dari harga jual apabila melalui perhitungan. Sehingga harga jual tidak dapat bersaing dengan produk-produk sejenis di marketplace. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada anggota koperasi UKM Tajurhalang Makmur untuk menghitung harga pokok produksi dan harga jual normal. Pelaksanan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yang meliputi tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan secara daring, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Materi yang diberikan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta, sehingga peserta pelatihan merasa puas terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Berdasarkan Uji Statistik, pelatihan ini berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatanan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian anggota Koperasi UKM Tajurhalang Makmur Bogor.

Abstract

This community service activity (PKM) was carried out with partners, namely the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum. The problem faced by the Rawa Panjang Village UMKM Forum is the lack of understanding and knowledge of the importance of business legality. Out of the 400 members, only around 40% have business legality. While the remaining 60% do not have business legality. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and expertise of partners in promoting NIB online on the official OSS (Online Single Submission) website. The implementation of PKM activities consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The recapitulation analysis shows that the material presented is in accordance with the needs of the partners. In addition, it shows that this training also has an impact on increasing the knowledge and expertise of members of the Rawa Panjang UMKM Forum

Abstract

The company uses various ways to improve the performance of each of its employees, including education, training, compensation, creating a conducive and motivating work environment. Compensation is the right of employees and the obligation of the company to support the contribution of employees in order to achieve the goals that have been determined. Employee performance is one of the most important aspects in a company because it is one of the keys to the success of the company's targets. This type of research is descriptive with a non-statistical quantitative approach. The results of the study show that good performance is influenced by several factors. The factors that affect one of them are compensation. The provision of salaries, incentives and social security should be carried out according to employee performance to avoid unwanted things such as employee turnover.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at LPR Course. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing primary data collected from customers or students of the LPR Course as the sample. The data were gathered using a saturation sampling technique, involving 20 respondents. The study employs simple regression analysis to examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction. The findings reveal that service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction at LPR Course.

Abstract

The F test shows the value of Fcount, 5,339 > Ftable, 1.92. Therefore, it can be concluded that the work environment, work discipline and work stress have a simultaneous influence on employee performance. Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of MSME actors in Bojong Baru Village in designing structured business strategies through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The implementation method consists of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation of activities. The preparation stage includes coordination with partners to identify problems and prepare training materials. The implementation stage includes delivering materials, direct practice in preparing the BMC matrix, and discussion and question and answer sessions. This stage involved 4 lecturers, 3 students, and 25 members of the MSME forum who were all present and showed high enthusiasm throughout the activity. The evaluation stage was carried out by analyzing the results of the questionnaire to measure the participants' understanding and satisfaction with the activity. The evaluation results showed that the material presented was in accordance with the needs of the partners. Most participants felt that they had gained new insights and improved skills in developing more focused and adaptive business strategies. In conclusion, this PKM activity has succeeded in providing a positive impact on strengthening the capacity of MSMEs through an educational approach that is applicable and participatory, and has the potential to encourage the growth of MSMEs that are more competitive and sustainable. This activity is expected to be an initial step in encouraging the Bojong Baru Village MSME Forum to be more ready to compete through more focused, creative, and adaptive business strategies to market changes.
