Abstract

Islamic boarding school is an Islamic educational institution that grows and is recognized by the surrounding community, with a dormitory system (complex) where students receive religious education through a recitation system or madrasa which is fully under the guidance of a central figure, namely the cleric with a mosque as the central point that animates it. . Viewed from the point of view of science taught in Islamic boarding schools are divided into two forms, namely; salafi pesantren (traditional/classical) khalafist pesantren (modern). Al-Fathimiyah Islamic Boarding School is a boarding school that adheres to a modern traditional education system where the students study classical books and also study general subjects in general. In improving the discipline of students, pesantren teachers have their own strategies that are applied to improve student discipline. However, the researchers found a lack of understanding of the students towards the level of discipline and caused some students to underestimate or ignore the rules and regulations of Islamic boarding schools, thus making students who did not violate the footsteps of their friends. It is this bad influence that makes teachers and boarding school administrators not stay silent and strive continuously in enforcing student discipline. The researcher used this type of research with descriptive qualitative methods. Collecting data using observation and interview techniques and starting from several supporting theories in the field that are used as conditions for scientific objects ranging from strategic management applied by Islamic boarding schools to taking advantage of situations and conditions that occur in the field related to student discipline at school. . The results showed that the strategies that are often used by Islamic boarding school teachers in improving the discipline of students include: habituating students to always behave disciplined in every boarding activity in accordance with the rules of the Islamic boarding school, giving advice and punishment if there are students who violate and do not obey the rules. boarding school, providing motivation and direction by the pesantren teacher to each of his students

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan berbangsa, bernegara dan beragama. Dengan adanya pendidikan maka akan tercipta sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas. SDM memiliki peran kendali dalam mengoptimalkan pendidikan, oleh karena itu diperlukan pengelolaan. Atas dasar tersebut maka diperlukan adanya manajemen SDM dalam suatu lembaga  pendidikan untuk dapat mengelola suatu kinerja secara optimal sehingga menciptakan pendidikan sebuah lembaga (sekolah/madrasah)  yang bermutu dan memperoleh mutu pendidikan yang baik. Dari uraian tersebut maka peneliti memilih salah satu objek yang ada di MAN 2 Karawang untuk dapat mengetahui: 1) Perencanaan Kepala Madrasah, 2) Pengorganisasian Kepala Madrasah, 3) Pelaksanaan Kepala Madrasah, 4) Pengawasan Kepala Madrasah dalam mengembangkan SDM.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisa fungsi manajerial kepala madrasah yang dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MAN 2 Karawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dikuatkan dengan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data yang telah dikumpulkan, display data, kemudian menarik kesimpulan. Karena penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, maka tidak menggunakan populasi, akan tetapi menggunakan sampel penelitian yakni Kepala Madrasah, KAUR Tata Usaha, Wakasek Kurilum, Wakasek Sarana, dan Guru MAN 2 Karawang sebagai narasumber dalam pengumpulan datanya.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Implementasi Fungsi Manajerial Kepala Madrasah dalam Mengembangkan MSDM secara keseluhan sudah baik , 2) Secara umum ada sedikit hambatan dalam pengembangan MSDM di MAN 2 Karawang, 3) Hasil dari fungsi manajerial kepala madrasah yang berhubugan dengan mutu pendidikan di MAN 2 Karawang terlihat baik, sebagaimana terlihat pada: a) Perolehan akreditasi A, b) Prestasi-prestasi yang diperoleh oleh siswa dan sekolah, c) Menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas.Kata Kunci:Fungsi Manajerial, Kepala Madrasah, SDM, dan Mutu Pendidikan

Abstract

Saat ini adanya Covid-19 membuat proses pembelajaran  mengalami perubahan dengan mengganti tatap muka menjadi pembelajaran daring terutama pada pembelajaran PAI. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui manfaat media internet dalam pembelajaran PAI di Sekolah Dasar pada masa pandemi dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran PAI pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan merupakan pendekatan kualitataif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan : (1) Dalam proses pembelajaran PAI di SDN Linggarsari 1 dengan adanya media internet sangat membantu dan mempermudah guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring, adapun manfaat media internet dalam pembelajaran PAI antara lain (a) Mencari materi yang menarik seperti di Youtube, Al-Qur;an digital, dan google; (b) Media tempat berdiskusi dan bertukar informasi melalui media sosial ; (c) Membantu jalannya belajar mengajar; (d) Internet dapat dijangkau oleh siapapun. Walaupun dalam proses pembelajaran di masa pandemi Covid-19 dinilai kurang efektif. (2) Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses pembelajaran PAI menggunakan media Internet di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu : Faktor pendukung antara lain : (a) Kegiatan pembelajaran daring ini dilaksanakan oleh seluruh sekolah; (b) Tersedia akses internet pada setiap sekolah; (c) Dukungan pemerintah pemberian kuota dan pulsa; (d) media internet dapat dijangkau oleh siapapun. Sedangkan faktor penghambat antara lain: (a) Lemahnya kekuatan signal; (b) Masyarakat kurang menguasai dalam mengoprasikan Handphone atau internet; (c) Bnayak siswa yang bolos (main game online); (d) Sulitnya mengevaluasi materi hafalan dan praktek dalam pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of Indonesian people who carry out interfaith marriages (Muslims with non-Muslims) this is evidenced by the presence of 24,677 couples who married different faiths in 1980, then in 1990 there were 26,688 couples, while the latest data in 2000 were 2,673 couple. Although the nominal number of interfaith marriages has decreased since 1980-2000, the number of around 2673 couples is still relatively high. In fact, Islam and Indonesian laws strictly prohibit it. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and behavior and can be observed from the facts that exist today. The results of the research obtained are: all people agree that the law of interfaith marriage is unlawful and the marriage is not valid because it violates Islamic law and Indonesian law Not a few people (respondents) argue that the causative factors for interfaith marriage problems are lust, wealth, throne and lack of religious education, so it doesn't matter if you have a partner of a different religion even to the level of marriage.

Abstract

Proses pengembangan serta peningkatan pengelolaan pendidikan di Indonesia seyogianya berorientasi terhadap mutu pendidikan. Pola pengembangannyapun harus adaptif sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman (disruption era). Dalam hal ini pemerintah harus senantiasa melakukan transformasi dari pendidikan konvensional menuju pendidikan digital. Penjaminan mutu dapat dilakukan dengan perencanaan program kerja yang baik serta pelaksanaan evaluasi diri satuan pendidikan yang jujur dan objektif. Artinya harus ada sistem yang mampu mengakomodir keduanya dalam rangka memastikan penjaminan mutu internal satuan pendidikan berjalan dengan baik. Kemenag RI hadir dengan meluncurkan platform e-RKAM, tujuannya adalah untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Aplikasi e-RKAM ini merupakan terobosan yang menggabungkan menjadi satu kesatuan utuh antara pelaksanaan EDM dan penyusunan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Madrasah. Oleh karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan dan pengorganisasian implementasi aplikasi e-RKAM ini serta bagaimana keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Maka untuk mengetahui kedua hal ini harus dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan teknis analisis data triangulasi sumber data agar ke objektifitasannya terjamin. Peneliti memilih MA Fathanul Burhan Tempuran dikarenakan merupakan salah satu MA yang masuk ke dalam fase pertama penerapan e-RKAM dilingkungan Kementerian Agama. Setelah dilakukan penelitian dengan metode tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa proses perencanaan dan pengorganisasian implementasi aplikasi e-RKAM sudah sesuai dengan pedoman penggunaan dan standar operasional prosedur e-RKAM, kemudian keberhasilan dalam rangka peningkatan mutu pendidikanpun masuk ke dalam kategori baik dengan melihat perbandingan data antara Skor Kinerja Pencapaian Mutu tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning for procurement of library materials in the Karawang 4 Public High School library and what are the factors that influence it. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research. In this study, the information in this study was the head of the library, librarians and users. The data collection techniques in this study were through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique of this research uses Miles and Huberman analysis which divides the analysis into data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing, verification. The results of this study indicate that the planning process for procuring library materials begins with determining the budget, then selecting library materials up to the purchasing process, the methods used in procuring library materials at SMA Negeri 4 Karawang are, 1) Purchases, 2) Gifts, and 3) donations . The supporting factors for planning the procurement of library materials in the SMA Negeri 4 Karawang library are, 1) There is assistance from outside parties, both agencies or individuals who contribute in the form of books to add to the collection of library materials, and 2) The planning system for procuring library materials is already going well . While the inhibiting factors are 1) Lack of competence of managers in properly managing the procurement of library materials. Keywords: Planning, Procurement, Library Materials

Abstract

The social phenomenon of teenagers who do not pay attention to their attitude patterns, manners and morals in socializing in society is not good and is not following religious guidance, such as a lack of respect and respect for other people, which is possibly caused by the pattern of education they receive that is less than optimal. Added to this are the problems of the digital world/internet/gadgets which then take up a lot of their time in socializing, resulting in a lack of social activities and making teenagers become individualistic. Islamic religious education, which in this case is general recitation, exists to overcome this problem. Lack of understanding of religious education causes them to experience moral and moral decline. This phenomenon makes researchers interested in conducting research on this theme. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological type with informants being education practitioners and people who are considered to be related to the phenomenon. The research results show that Islamic religious education in forming the morals of the younger generation has been used well based on the aspects of time, understanding, convenience and interest in forming morals. They can also use this Islamic religious education activity well because it can be used as a guide for their life. The implication of the results of this research is that teenagers can easily understand Islamic religious knowledge, which can have implications for their social patterns and behavior in society. The patterns and behavior of teenagers can be better and more ethical.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan merupakan hal yang mendasar dalam manajemen organisasi termasuk dalam dunia pendidikan. Pemimpin dalam organisasi pendidikan abad ke-21 dihadapkan pada tuntutan dan tantangan yang unik. Perubahan global, perkembangan teknologi, dan kebutuhan siswa yang semakin beragam memerlukan gaya kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan inovatif. Melalui proses kepemimpinan yang baik, tujuan dan cita-cita organisasi dapat tercapai sesuai dengan adanya visi dan misi suatu organisasi itu. Abad ke-21 merupakan persaingan dari segala bidang kehidupan, seperti jasa pendidikan, ekonomi, transportasi, teknologi, politik, sosial, budaya, dan kehidupan lainnya. Hal ini menuntut suatu produk yang dihasilkan dari jasa bidang-bidang tersebut agar lebih bermutu agar menjadi pemenang dalam persaingan dunia. Bidang pendidikan sebagai bagian dari sistem tata kehidupan yang dituntut untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitasnya dalam upaya mencetak Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang mampu menghadapi tantangan di era global saat ini dan yang akan datang. Dengan begitu untuk mewujudkannya, penataan sistem pendidikan harus didasari aspek-aspek yang dapat meningkatkan mutu daya saing di tiap tingkatan pendidikan secara berkelanjutan khusus nya pemimpin dalam suatu organisasi tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the evaluation and development of curriculum in education management through a systematic literature review (SLR). The study also seeks to identify gaps in the academic literature and make essential contributions to filling those knowledge gaps. Data was collected through a literature search on Google Scholar for articles published in Scopus-indexed journals. After screening with inclusion and exclusion criteria, 21 relevant articles were analyzed using NVivo software. This analysis includes identifying trends, distribution, research contributions, and the methodology used in these studies. Research trends show an increased interest in curriculum evaluation and development in recent years, reflected in the increasing number of research articles. The distribution of research articles by publisher, journal, and country of origin demonstrates the diversity of publication sources and international contributions in the academic literature on curriculum management. The analysis also revealed the diversity of research methodologies, covering a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition, the use of software for data analysis is also highlighted in this study, showing a trend in the use of technology in facilitating research analysis. This study concludes that curriculum evaluation and development in education management is a complex and crucial topic, requiring a multidimensional approach and cross-border cooperation to understand it profoundly and overcome existing challenges. The study identifies gaps in the academic literature and provides a basis for further research and practice in curriculum evaluation and development.
