Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen kinerja yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru di SMP Islam Al Istiqomah Karawang. Dalam kaitan tugas pokok kepala sekolah sebagai manajer diharapkan memiliki kinerja manajemen yang baik. Kinerja manajemen dimaksud meliputi melakukan perencanaan, melakukan pengorganisasian sumber daya, kemampuan melaksanakan kegiatan dan melakukan pengendalian dan evaluasi di SMP Islam Al Istiqomah Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus untuk mengetahui manajemen kinerja yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru di SMPI Al Istiqomah Karawang. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian proses reduksi data lalu di sajikan dan mengambil kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menggunakan perencanaan menggunakan sistem imbalan, di dalam pelaksanaannya kepala sekolah memberikan kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tidak langsung dan dalam evaluasi kepala sekolah menggunakan penilaian kinerja guru sebagai acuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru di SMPI Al Istiqomah Karawang. Adapun output dari manajemen kinerja membawa dampak positif bagi motivasi para guru di SMPI Al Istiqomah Karawang.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the evaluation and development of curriculum in education management through a systematic literature review (SLR). The study also seeks to identify gaps in the academic literature and make essential contributions to filling those knowledge gaps. Data was collected through a literature search on Google Scholar for articles published in Scopus-indexed journals. After screening with inclusion and exclusion criteria, 21 relevant articles were analyzed using NVivo software. This analysis includes identifying trends, distribution, research contributions, and the methodology used in these studies. Research trends show an increased interest in curriculum evaluation and development in recent years, reflected in the increasing number of research articles. The distribution of research articles by publisher, journal, and country of origin demonstrates the diversity of publication sources and international contributions in the academic literature on curriculum management. The analysis also revealed the diversity of research methodologies, covering a wide range of quantitative and qualitative methods. In addition, the use of software for data analysis is also highlighted in this study, showing a trend in the use of technology in facilitating research analysis. This study concludes that curriculum evaluation and development in education management is a complex and crucial topic, requiring a multidimensional approach and cross-border cooperation to understand it profoundly and overcome existing challenges. The study identifies gaps in the academic literature and provides a basis for further research and practice in curriculum evaluation and development.

Abstract

The role of the principal in curriculum management is critical to ensure effective implementation and alignment with educational standards and objectives. This study aims to determine the role of principals in curriculum management based on a systematic review of the literature using NVivo software. This research uses the SLR method with an inductive approach, and the analysis is carried out using NVivo software. A literature review study using NVivo found that: 1) After screening with inclusion and exclusion criteria, the number of relevant articles was 21. The articles are spread across various journals, with the highest number being four articles in the journal "School Leadership and Management"; 2) Principals have diverse roles in curriculum management, with the terms leadership, principal, curriculum, transformation, management, and supervision being the main focus; 3) The role of the principal in curriculum management has intrinsic and extrinsic factors based on a literature review using NVivo software that shows the conclusion that the factors of the principal's role in curriculum management include leadership, decision making, and coordination. This research provides a deep understanding of the role of principals in curriculum management, which can be a foundation for the professional development of principals and the improvement of the education system. By understanding the role and factors that influence it, educational institutions can identify problems and find more effective solutions to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

Characters that can be formed in children usually include politeness, affection, friendship, discipline, and independence Instilling character training either intentionally or unintentionally requires alignment with some tasks to complete character instructions. In early childhood education institutions that educate children between 0-6 years. Where at that time it can be said to be the golden period, teacher competence consists of four competencies, the four competencies are competency standards that must be possessed and fulfilled by the teacher, namely: Personal, social, pedagogical and professional competencies are knowledge, abilities and skills that must be possessed by a teacher, Early childhood education in fulfilling its role is largely determined by the teacher or educator. The quality of teacher professionalism determines the awareness of teachers in fulfilling their role optimally as an education provider for children. Professional teachers will realize the importance of fulfilling children's rights that must be protected in order to support children's growth and development as well as possible. Children who are protected both physically, mentally, rights and from deviations will be able to develop their potential optimally without distractions and obstacles. The problem that still occurs in the world of education is the lack of professional competence that teachers have in building children's character or in other words, not meeting the professional competence of teachers.

Abstract

Shared guidance and counseling programs produce program continuity, provide clarity in the direction of program implementation, make it easier to control and evaluate guidance activities, and implement guidance and counseling programs smoothly, effectively and efficiently. The guidance and counseling service program has been discussed in detail in the program planning  meeting at SMP IT Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Karawang. Guidance and counseling service programs must assist with needs assessments to resolve problems currently being experienced by students. The guidance and counseling service program helps assess students' needs to explore their full potential under in-depth guidance from counselors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran transformatif dalam menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneurship pada anak usia dini di TK Al Falah Surabaya. Metode penelitian melibatkan wawancara dengan guru dan kepala sekolah, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dalam penentuan sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran transformatif di PAUD Ramah Anak, (TK Al-Falah Surabaya), dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan berbasis sentra (BCCT). Anak usia dini aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, sedangkan peran guru lebih sebagai fasilitator. Kegiatan transformatif seperti Cooking Class, Market Day, Sedekah dan Outing Class menjadi sarana utama dalam membentuk karakter kewirausahaan, termasuk kemandirian, keberanian, dan kreativitas, pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Smart Ring Hoop media on the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in Ra Nurul Huda Wanajaya. Smart ring hoop media is learning media that has various sizes, from large, medium, to small. This smart ring hoop media is made from water hose, given several colors and equipped with other media such as balls, squares/squares, cones. This smart ring hoop media aims to improve children's gross motor skills such as stepping, jumping, catching, kicking, throwing, as a tool in carrying out the learning process. This research uses experimental quantitative research with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects in this research were 20 children from group A Ar-Rahman at RA Nurul-Huda Wanajaya. Treatment was carried out in 8 meetings using smart ring hoop media. The results of this study prove that smart ring hoop media has an effect on the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in Ra Nurul-Huda. This can be seen in the results of the Paired T test calculation between the pretest and posttest tcount results of 43.492 and ttable 1.729, which means that the tcount > ttable. So Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of smart ring hoop media on the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years, so the use of this media can help children develop gross motor skills in children.

Abstract

Early literacy is one of the processes or stages to train children in reading. Early literacy is also a term used to describe a child's ability to use letters or to read and write that was mastered before the child learned how to read and write. So it can be concluded that early literacy is the ability of every child to recognize the letters and sounds of language. Then combine the letters into simple words. Vowels or vowels are sounds in spoken language characterized by open vocal cords so that no air pressure collects above the glottis. The vowels consist of A, I, U, E, and O. The purpose of playing using this windmill is to help children recognize vowels with fun and exciting activities. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The research method used is literature review or literature. The results of this study indicate that the variables x and y are correlated, at -27.641 and the critical t value (t table) is 1.753. In this case, 1.753 > 0.05, so Ho is rejected because it is much higher than the significance level of 0.05 and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen layanan perpustakaan di SDIT Hasanah Fathimiyah Cikarang dan upayanya dalam meningkatkan minat kunjungan siswa. Berdasarkan wawancara awal dengan kepala sekolah, ditemukan bahwa perpustakaan menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kekurangan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, penataan buku yang belum sesuai klasifikasi, koleksi bahan bacaan yang terbatas, serta fasilitas dan sarana prasarana yang kurang memadai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memahami fenomena yang terjadi dalam konteks alami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan manajemen layanan perpustakaan, termasuk pelatihan bagi petugas, penggunaan teknologi informasi, pengembangan koleksi, dan perbaikan fasilitas, dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan minat kunjungan siswa. Pengelolaan yang baik mencakup perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan yang efektif, dan pengawasan yang cermat. Dengan perbaikan tersebut, perpustakaan dapat berfungsi optimal sebagai pusat informasi dan pembelajaran, serta berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan literasi dan pendidikan siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi praktis bagi pengelola perpustakaan sekolah dalam mengembangkan layanan yang lebih baik dan menarik bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Karawang. Dengan menyoroti pentingnya penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendukung efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam nonformal, khususnya Pendidikan Madrasah Diniyah di Kabupaten Karawang. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, lembaga pendidikan dituntut untuk mengadopsi sistem informasi yang akurat dan terintegrasi guna memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan dan pengambilan keputusan. Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Tanda Daftar Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (SIPDAR-PQ) diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah kompleksitas data dan administrasi pada lembaga Pendidikan Al-Qur’an. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi untuk menganalisis implementasi SIPDAR-PQ di Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Karawang. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIPDAR-PQ mampu meningkatkan kecepatan dan akurasi pengelolaan data serta memberikan dampak positif pada efisiensi administrasi dan akuntabilitas lembaga pendidikan. SIPDAR-PQ juga mendukung transparansi dan kemudahan akses informasi bagi lembaga pendidikan serta Kementerian Agama. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan Al-Qur’an di Indonesia, khususnya di Kabupaten Karawang.
