Abstract

Background: BPKAD Palembang City as a government agency for managing regional assets, which data on land and building asset management is still in the form of tabular documents. The process of visualizing land and building asset data can be represented through a Geographic Information System (GIS) for easy information and realizing transparent and serving government governance. Problem Formulation: (1) How is the implementation of web-based GIS in the management of regional assets in Palembang City, and (2) How is the level of effectiveness of web-based GIS in regional asset management in BPKAD Palembang City. Research objectives: (1) Provide information, monitoring and supervision to the government, especially BPKAD Palembang City on the classification and mapping of regional assets, and (2) Measure the level of effectiveness of GIS implementation in the management of regional assets. Research stages: Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing and Integration, Survey. The final result is a Geographic Information System product that provides easy information, monitoring, and supervision for the Palembang City BPKAD with an effectiveness rate of 81%

Abstract

Ikan menjadi salah satu komoditas utama khususnya di Sumatera Selatan, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang menjadi pembudidaya ikan. Salah satu diantaranya adalah Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan “Macan Kumbang” yang berasal dari Palembang. Kelompok ini dibentuk pada tahun 2005 dan sudah memiliki lebih dari 30 keanggotaan pembudidaya ikan. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah (1) Tidak ada pengelolaan keuangan dan manajemen yang baik dan (2) Tidak adanya pengetahuan terkait pengelolaan kotoran ikan. Padahal kelompok ini banyak memiliki kolam ikan dan berpotensi dijadikan sarana pemupukan dalam pemanfaatan air kolam. Sehingga rencana penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan (1) pendampingan dan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan dan manajemen usaha dengan menggunakan bantuan teknologi untuk mempermudah proses pelaporan dan (2) Pendampingan dan pelatihan dalam mengolah kotoran ikan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan menggunakan “tabung fermentor / pendendap”. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pendampingan ini terjadi peningkatan kapasitas bagi mitra dari aspek pemahaman pengelolaan keuangan yang terdiri dari aspek biaya, aspek pendapatan dan aspek durasi pembudidayaan sehingga pembudidaya ikan dapat mengetahui kapan pengembalian modal kerja terjadi, serta pembudidaya ikan dapat memanfaatkan limbah kotoran ikan dari air kolam menjadi nutrisi alami bagi tanaman hidroponik.

Abstract

Sektor perikanan menjadi urat nadi bagi masyarakat Sumatera Selatan. Ikan menjadi bahan baku utama khas daerah ini. Namun, ketersediaan di pasaran kurang stabil mengakibatkan harga yang fluktuatif cenderung tinggi. Permasalah utama yang menyebabkan kondisi ini terjadi di hulu yaitu pada proses pemberian pakan oleh pembudidaya ikan salah satunya adalah Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Macan Kumbang. Secara umum mitra saat ini belum diperkenalkan dengan bantuan teknologi. Permasalahan prioritas yang dihadapi mitra adalah (1) Pemberian pakan ikan tidak tepat waktu; (2) Sering terjadi overfeeding; (3) Kualitas air kolam sulit diukur; (4) Belum ada pengelolaan limbah pembudidayaan ikan; (5) Kesulitan dalam prediksi pengembalian modal. Sehingga dalam kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membangun teknologi pembudidayaan ikan berbasis IoT yang terintegrasi dengan Urban Farming yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi hasil pembudidayan ikan kelompok pembudidaya ikan Macan Kumbang. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan (1) sosialisasi; (2) Identifikasi kebutuhan; (3) Perancangan Alat; (4) Pembuatan alat dengan proses assembly; (5) Pengujian Operasi; (6) Pendampingan Operasional berbagai elemen; (7)Transfer teknologi melalui pelatihan. Hasil Akhir terjadi peningkatan efektifitas biaya dan peningkatan hasil produksi setelah diterapkan teknologi pembudidayaan ikan.

Abstract

Cooperatives have an important role in economic development in Indonesia. One of them is the Mitra Sejahtera Cooperative (KMS), which is located in Sukabumi - West Java. The problem that in KMS was the increase in bad credit during the 2015-2019 period which had an impact on decreasing cash circulation flow and income of the KMS. So that in this study focuses on making a prospective debtor assessment application by implementing the Naive Bayes algorithm to provide recommendations on the feasibility of prospective debtors who have the potential for bad credit or not. The training data used are 862 data with parameters of age, gender, loan amount, occupation, income and repayment period. The stages taken include: (1) Research Initiation, (2) Data Selection, (3) Data Pre Processing, (4) System Design, (5) System Implementation, and (6) Program Testing. In system design using structured design, while the implementation of the system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 tools and MySQL database. The test results from the prospective debtor assessment application obtained an accuracy rate of 86%.

Abstract

Layanan berbasis teknologi/sistem informasi (TI/SI) menjadi faktor keberhasilan suatu institusi perguruan tinggi dalam menjalankan tata kelola. Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi (UMMI) merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang sudah mengimplementasikan layanan berbasis TI/SI yakni Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK UMMI). SIAK UMMI terus menerus mengalami perkembangan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan stakeholder. Namun yang menjadi permasalahan adalah belum dilakukan penilaian mengenai kualitas dari layanan SIAK UMMI, sehingga institusi belum mengetahui bagaimana positioning layanan dari SIAK UMMI. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan penilaian layanan SIAK UMMI melalui framework ITIL v3 dengan fokus pada aspek service design. Penelitian ini menghasilkan nilai rerata Service Design 3,04 atau maturity level berada pada level 3, yang terdiri dari (1) Service Management as a Practice sebesar 2,95; (2) Service Design Principles sebesar 3,15; (3) Service Design Processes sebesar 3,11; (4) Service Design Technology Related Activities sebesar 3,07; (5) Organizing for Service Design sebesar 2,95; (6) Service Design Technology Consideration sebesar 2,96; dan (7) Service Design Process Implementation Consideration sebesar 3,08.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to optimize the usefulness of sales transaction reports in Sriwijaya State Polytechnic (Polsri) foodcourt and extract sales transaction report data to become the knowledge that can be used in sales strategies that is recommendations for tenant positions in accordance with customer behavior by using association rules analysis. Design/methodology/approach: The approach using Knowledge Discovery in Database through stages (1) Data Selection; (2) Data Classification; (3) Raw Itemset Table; (4) Data Mining Process using Association Rules Analysis; (5) Analysis Result Interpretation; (6) Marketing Strategy Recommendation. Findings: The results of the study are recommendations for tenant positions in accordance with customer behavior tendencies Research limitations/implications: Polsri foodcourt sales transaction report used in the period 01 May 2019 – 31 July 2019, with a total of 153,401 data records, data analysis using Association Rules Analysis with A Priori Algorithm, tools used are Microsoft Excel and WeKa 3.6.10 Practical implications: The recommended tenant position can be used as a sales strategy that makes it easier for customers to choose the product to be purchased and increase sales rate Originality/value: The paper is original Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) is a part of the development of a system in addition to the usability factor. Several methods were developed in HCI to produce a User Interface design that persuasively attracts the user’s interest. One of these methods was Kansei Engineering which involved psychological factors and user emotions in the stage. The study focused on developing the e-commerce User Interface for UMKM products which based on how to maximize the service and quality of e-Commerce because so far the development of the web-based UMKM  e-Commerce product user interface has not paid attention to psychological factors. The Research followed Kansei Engineering Type 1 (KEPack) with the stages: (1) Research Initiation, (2) Collecting Kansei Words (KW), (3) Translating KW into SD scale, (4) Collecting Specimens, (5) Classifying Item / Category Specimens, (6) Evaluating Questionnaire Participants’ Data, (7) Multivariate Statistical Analysis, (8) Translating Statistical Data into Design Elements, (9) Creating Guideline Matrix Kansei Engineering. This study involved 40 participants, 20 Kansei Words, and ten specimens of UMKM e-Commerce products. The final result is the Kansei e-Commerce matrix guideline for web-based UMKM products, which had two main concepts, they were complexity consisting of formal, natural and simple emotion factors; and Uniqueness consisting of Comfortable, Soft, and Unique which consists of 8 main parts which divided into 65 design elements. The contribution of this Research in the informatics area is to provide recommendations for the appearance of  web-based UMKM  e-Commerce products based on the psychological factors of the user through the Kansei Engineering Stages.

Abstract

The use of data mining has become a trend in data processing because of the availability of large amounts of data and the increasing need to convert this data into useful information and knowledge. Besides as a tool in extracting data, data mining is also used as decision support, both in the commercial and non-commercial fields. Of the many algorithms used in data mining, one of them is the Naïve Bayes Algorithm, which in this algorithm is one of the methods in Probabilistic Reasoning which aims to classify data in certain classes. The study conducted by applying the stages of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm in application design to predict student graduation on time based on the parameters contained in the Enrolment Student (PMB), Grade Point Average (IP) and the Finance Department. The data processed were 436 datasets from the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi. The system design uses UML modeling with implementation using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the study are in the form of graduation prediction applications with an accuracy rate of 78%

Abstract

Sistem Informasi memberikan kemudahan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan bagi pihak yang terkait. Respect Denim Jeans merupakan salah satu clothing line factory yang berfokus dalam pembuatan dan pemesanan custom pakaian berbahan dasar denim menjadi baju, kaos, kemeja dan pakaian lainnya. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya Respect Denim Jeans belum mengimplementasikan sistem informasi sehingga terjadi beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya kualitas layanan tidak maksimal dan proses pencatatan tidak akurat dan seringkali terjadi kehilangan data. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini mengimplementasikan manajemen data konsumen dan layanan pemesanan pakaian berbasis web. Tahapan dengan pendekatan waterfall yang diawali dengan pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, coding, pengujian sistem serta implementasi dan maintenance. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah adanya peningkatan layanan dari segi pemesanan yang dapat diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun serta dalam optimalisasi pengolahan data manajemen konsumen.
