Abstract

Mother and Child Hospital Mother Aliyah is a special type B mother and child hospital located at Jalan Pahlawan Revolution 100, Pondok Bambu Village, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta Municipality. the results of observations made, fixed asset management is still done manually, resulting in a work process that is less effective and inefficient in managing existing fixed assets. The purpose of this research is to improve the workflow that is currently running, it is necessary to develop a Fixed Asset Management Application at the Bunda Aliyah RSIA Hospital. The development of this information system application uses a structured methodology of the Waterfall Model (Waterfall Modeling). This development starts from the Requirements stage, Design stage, process specifications, data dictionary, Implementation stage, Integration and System Testing, and Operation and Maintenance.

Abstract

Internet adalah salah satu kemajuan teknologi yang berdampak ke banyak orang termasuk anak-anak. Dengan internet anak-anak dapat mengakses halaman web yang memiliki banyak informasi termasuk untuk mendukung pendidikan anak. Namun di internet banyak pula halaman web yang berisikan konten tidak pantas untuk dilihat anak-anak seperti pornografi. Bebasnya anak dalam mengakses konten halaman web ini menyulitkan orang tua untuk memantau perilaku anak di internet. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini diajukan sebuah model sistem monitoring untuk perlindungan anak dari konten negatif internet. Model sistem ini dikembangkan dengan arsitektur microservice dengan masing-masing service memiliki fungsi untuk mendeteksi konten negatif. Service pertama didukung dengan google API content filtering untuk menyaring konten website untuk orang dewasa. Service kedua dibuat dengan pendekatan NLP (Natural Language Processing) untuk menyaring tulisan-tulisan negatif. Service ketiga dibuat dengan pendekatan SDMIL atau Strongly Supervised Deep MIL (Multiple Instant Learning) untuk mendeteksi gambar dan video yang tidak cocok untuk anak-anak. Service keempat menyediakan layanan untuk kustomisasi URL negatif yang bisa diatur sendiri. Terakhir service kelima untuk log yang dapat membantu developer memantau kesalahan sistem. Model ini juga diintegrasikan dengan perangkat mobile sehingga orang tua dapat menerima laporan pengaksesan internet anak secara real-time.

Abstract

Correspondence is a routine work within an organization. Indonesia University of Education, a university located in Bandung, also carries out correspondence activities to support the administrative process. Indonesia University of Education issued the letters manually so far so the distribution takes time. Moreover, in drafting process, the form and format of the letters are often not uniform. Therefore, this information system was established to manage the correspondence process by using digital signatures certified by the Electronic Certification Center (BSrE)-National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) to secure electronic documents. In addition, the system will help to manage outgoing letters, incoming letters, and dispositions. This system is expected to assist in the issuance of electronic letters and can simplify the bureaucratic procedures within the Indonesia University of Education.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang konstruksi yang salah satu layanannya yakni jasa pemasangan plafon gypsum, membutuhkan strategi kelola perencanaan anggaran atau Rincian Anggaran Biaya (RAB) untuk mendukung kelancaran pengerjaan proyek. Pada proses berjalannya proyek pekerjaan plafon, perencanaan anggaran digunakan sebagai sumber informasi utama dalam menghitung keuntungan perusahaan. Rincian Anggaran Biaya suatu proyek pekerjaan plafon gypsum meliputi biaya tenaga kerja, tenaga ahli, material, operasional proyek, biaya peralatan kerja dan biaya mobilisasi. Perencanaan yang tidak tepat dapat mempengaruhi cash flow sebuah perusahaan sehingga berkaitan erat terhadap keberlangsungan pelaksanaan proyek pekerjaan plafon. Diperlukan suatu teknik prediksi untuk menentukan keuntungan perusahaan berdasarkan penggunaan RAB suatu proyek agar perusahaan tersebut dapat menjaga cash flow yang mereka miliki sehingga tidak mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek.Tujuan untuk mencari faktor mana yang lebih menentukan untuk menghasilkan keuntungan dalam suatu proyek pekerjaan plafon. Penelitian ini menyajikan implementasi data mining dengan metode klasifikasi khususnya decision tree dapat menyelesaikan permasalaan tersebut dan menghasilkan sebuah knowledge discovery dalam membantu perusahaan mendapatkan keuntungan di masa depan.Hasil teknik klasifikasi dapat membantu perusahaan untuk lebih memperhatikan atribut tertentu dalam pelaksanaan sebuah proyek pekerjaan plafon dan membantu perusahaan atau pemangku kebijakan dalam menentukan sebuah keputusan di masa depan.

Abstract

One of the innovation programs of the Sukamanah Village Karangtengah Cianjur farmer group is in the field of fisheries. One of the programs carried out is the nursery for ornamental Koi fish. Nursery of Koi fish is done because the market demand for Koi fish is high, but there are still very few Koi fish providers. However, farmer groups are currently unable to determine the number of seeds that must be provided to meet market needs to obtain maximum profit. To overcome this, a system is required that can calculate the number of seeds needed based on fish supply and market demand. Fuzzy logic can help humans make decisions; besides, fuzzy logic is an appropriate way to map an input space into an output space. This research aims to build an application using fuzzy logic to determine the number of seeds needed based on the amount of supply and market demand for Koi fish. The data used is sourced from the Sukamanah Farmer’s group, Cianjur. The results showed that using fuzzy logic succeeded in predicting the number of koi fish seeds that must be provided with an accuracy rate of 94,78% using the MAPE method.

Abstract

In this research, the design and manufacture of a prototype for a monitoring and watering system that integrates the concept of fuzzy logic in chili plants are carried out. The relationship between air humidity, air temperature and soil moisture can be identified to determine the right volume of water. The fuzzy system is built based on the chili farming environment and the specifications of the installed water pump. This system uses NodeMCU ESP8266 as the main controller for fuzzy inference calculations. The fuzzy inference calculation process uses the Mamdani method. Information such as air humidity, air temperature, soil moisture and water level will be displayed in real-time on the Blynk application connected to the internet network. The process of watering chili plants in this system is carried out according to a predetermined schedule. Results for seven days showed that the average duration of watering plants was 3.96 seconds with a flow rate ± 43.12 ml/s. By considering the maximum volume of the fuzzy system, the water consumption can be reduced with 30.96% efficiency.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the effectiveness of the IT helpdesk system used to support IT services at Perum Peruri. Responses include services from the IT support department in solving problems related to computer hardware or the internet or company intranets which are very important to help work efficiency. To serve network requests and repair computers, laptops and printers is still done manually and this process takes a long time because it requires approval from superiors. In this case the monitoring of access requests, computer repairs and device network problems that are often complained about within 1 month is not properly recorded so that the process of evaluating these obstacles is solved. Methods In addition to interviews and observation systems, the authors conducted a literature review through information on research topics, scientific journals, books and references. For this reason, a helpdesk system for the IT Support section is needed which is computerized and can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection, so that existing problems can be resolved properly. And the process of tracking and reporting requests sent by users can be properly monitored and evaluated to find the right solution. Results, Describe the workflow of dispatchers in the helpdesk system. The dispatcher is in charge of sorting tickets or requests sent by users to the IT division, here the researcher divides into 3 sections, namely the infrastructure section, the helpdesk services section, and system maintenance. In conclusion, the information system makes it easier to organize data, speeds up the process of manual systems, can see tracking problems and find solutions, processing data can be more efficient and easy to access.

Abstract

To be able to have mastery of various sciences that are useful for experience in the world of work, students are encouraged through the MBKM program. Most students of the Informatics Study Program will choose an internship scheme and independent study in applying for the MBKM. However, the increasing number of students' interest in this program requires the Informatics Study Program to be more selective in analyzing the eligibility of students to take part in the MBKM program it has chosen. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can assist the study program in determining and assessing the eligibility of these students. This study created a DSS modeling using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) using 8 criteria.

Computers have become an inseparable part of society's activities, especially in the need to support business processes, so the need for computerized systems has a very essential role in carrying out business processes. However, quite a few still use manual systems in carrying out business activities. As a result, obstacles arise as the business continues to grow due to increasingly large and complex needs. One of them is also experienced in the shoe laundry business which requires complex handling considering the large number of services as the number of consumers increases. In order to meet the needs of existing business processes, a computer-based transactional system is needed to support existing business processes, so that business efficiency and effectiveness can be realized. Further training is also needed due to the transition from manual systems to computer-based systems so that workers can adapt to using computerized systems. precisely on target.

Abstract

Klinik Obstetri dan Ginekologi (Obgyn) adalah solusi bagi ibu hamil dalam menghadapi pemeriksaan kandungan. Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website untuk meningkatkan kemudahan untuk tenaga medis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memudahkan tenaga medis khususnya dalam penyimpanan data pasien, selain membantu tenaga medis untuk menyimpan dan mencari data secara terstruktur, sistem informasi ini mampu menjadi tempat penyimpanan data pasien untuk klinik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan model System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Prototype. Dengan penerapan metode ini, hasil penelitian berhasil membuat sebuah sistem informasi untuk tenaga medis di klinik Obgyn. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan dan kontribusi bagi pengembangan sistem serupa di institusi kesehatan dan organisasi sejenis.
