Abstract

This study aims to test whether Job Satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Transformational Leadership and Total Quality Management (TQM) on Employee Performance. This study used a sample of 106 respondents. In this study, data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. PLS is a component-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Based on the results of this study, several conclusions were found: Transformational Leadership (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Total Quality Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Transformational Leadership (X1) does not have significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z); Total Quality Management (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Job Satisfaction (Z) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y); Job Satisfaction (Z) could also mediate the relationship between Transformational Leadership (X1) and Total Quality Management (X2) on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work life balance, job satisfaction, self efficacy, and organizational commitment on employee performance at RSU Ananda Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all health workers at RSU Ananda totaling 154. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria for respondents being health workers who do not have a position or leadership and have worked for at least one year. The number of samples in this study was 111 employees. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing using smartPLS 4.0. The results of the study showed that the variables work life balance, job satisfaction, and self efficacy had a significant positive effect on employee performance, while the variable organizational commitment had a positive but insignificant effect. These findings are expected to be a guide for RSU Ananda management in designing and implementing strategic policies to improve employee performance optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support on employee engagement at Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto. The research sample consisted of 110 employees of Java Heritage Hotel Purwokerto using purposive sampling technique. The results of the study indicate that work environment, work-life balance, and perceived organizational support have a significant effect on employee engagement. The results of this study provide important contributions to hotel industry management in understanding the factors that can increase employee engagement. Therefore, companies need to create a conducive work environment, support a balance between personal and professional life, and demonstrate a commitment to their employees' well-being.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles, compensation and employee empowerment on employee job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. This study uses a type of quantitative research. The population in this study were all nurses who worked at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, a total of 107 employees at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. The sampling technique in this study used the Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis technique in this study used SPSS statistical analysis used for descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that transformational leadership style, compensation and employee empowerment partially or simultaneously have a positive effect on job satisfaction at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu. The phenomenon of non-financial compensation or indirect compensation, such as holding intimate family gatherings, apparently does not reduce job satisfaction significantly. It is hoped that this research can become a reference for further research and be a consideration for companies in increasing job satisfaction so that it has a positive impact on the company's progress.
