Abstract

Sosialisasi di karang taruna menjadi lebih efektif karena pemuda yang tergabung disana sudah terbiasa dengan suasana organisasi yang dinamis. Kegiatan sosialisasi bertujuanmembangun kesadaran untuk mandiri, dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa para pemuda diKarang Taruna di Kelurahan Pamulang Timur telah memiliki pengetahuan dan kesadaranuntuk mandiri melalui eksplorasi inovasi dan ide kreatif dalam membangun usaha kecil.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan salah satu wadah penting dalam mengembangkan kreativitas dan inovasi di LPM Kelurahan Pamulang Barat. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat sekitar Kelurahan Pamulang Barat dalam menyelesaikan masalah masyarakat melalui pendekatan ilmiah dan kreatif. Pada PKM ini, kami memberikan peluang untuk dapat Mengoptimalisasi Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan Lingkup Karang Taruna Pamulang Barat yang bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tertentu yang relevan dengan bidang yang diambil, Secara spesifik, penelitian ini berupaya untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kendala-kendala yang menghambat efektivitas pengelolaan keuangan dan aset desa, serta menawarkan solusi yang didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip hukum administrasi yang adil, transparan, dan akuntabel. Dengan ini diharapkan ilmu dapat diserap dan menambah pengetahuan untuk para anggota Karang Taruna di Kelurahan Pamulang Barat Tangerang Selatan. Melalui riset dan pengembangan yang melibatkan LPM di Kelurahan Pamulang Barat, hasil dari PKM ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan baik bagi di masyarakat terutama LPM Kelurahan Pamulang Barat. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu membuka peluang untuk kolaborasi lebih lanjut dan memberi dampak positif dalam jangka panjang. Metode yang kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah kami mendatangi langsung ke lokasi PKM yaitu di Lingkungan Sekitar Kelurahan Pamulang Barat. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang diperoleh yakni pengetahuan tentang kompetensi seperti apa yang umumnya diinginkan perusahaan. Ilmu yang didapatkan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat kali ini diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi dosen dalam upaya mengembangkan diri memberikan pengarahan, penyampaian materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda baik di dalam lingkungan kampus, keluarga dan masyarakat secara luas.

Abstract

Human resource development (HRD) at the urban village (kelurahan) level is one of the keystrategies in promoting sustainable community empowerment. This community service activity aimsto enhance the capacity and skills of human resources in Pamulang Barat through training andmentoring based on information and communication technology. The methods used include needsassessment, development of training modules, implementation of basic technology workshops (suchas the use of digital applications, local e-commerce platforms, and social media for promotingmicro, small, and medium enterprises), and evaluation of training outcomes. The results of theactivity indicate an increase in participants’ understanding and ability to access and utilizetechnology to support economic and social activities in their communities. Furthermore, thisprogram has fostered the formation of digital community groups that act as agents of change at thekelurahan level. Therefore, this program makes a tangible contribution to strengthening inclusiveand sustainable technology-based community empowerment

Abstract

Abstrak. This research was conducted at the Kasih Indonesia Cooperative in Cilincing, North Jakarta, which aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Kasih Indonesia Cooperative in Cilincing, North Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is saturated sampling using a sample of 60 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation tests, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis tests (T and F). The results of this study are that Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. This is based on the results of the regression test obtained by the regression equation Y = 16.493 + 0.610 X1 and the results of the hypothesis test obtained with a Tcount value > Ttable or (7.762 > 2.002), this is strengthened by a probability significance of 0.00 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a partial significant effect between motivation on employee performance at the Kasih Indonesia Cooperative in Cilincing, North Jakarta. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is based on the results of the regression test obtained the regression equation Y = 15.818 + 0.587 X2 and the results of the hypothesis test obtained with a value of Thitung> Ttabel (6.803> 2.002), this is strengthened by a probability significance of 0.00 <0.05, thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning there is a significant partial influence between work discipline on employee performance at the Kasih Indonesia Cooperative Cilincing North Jakarta. Motivation and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is based on the results of the regression test Y = 8.268 + 0.433X1 + 0.362X2 and the results of the hypothesis test obtained with a value of Fhitung> Ftabel or (49.663> 2.770), this is also strengthened by a ρ value <Sig 0.050 or (0.00 <0.05). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Kasih Indonesia Cooperative in Cilincing, North Jakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at Saung Rempah Restaurant, Serpong, South Tangerang. The research method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 32 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, simple linear regression test, and multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, partial hypothesis test (t test), and simultaneous hypothesis test (f test). The results of this study are a positive and significant influence of leadership style (X1) on employee performance with a Pearson Correlation value of 0.796 which is classified as a strong category. And the work environment (X2) has a significant influence on employee performance with a Pearson Correlation value of 0.878 which is classified as a very strong category. And the results of the multiple correlation coefficient of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) by showing an R square value of 0.849, has a very strong relationship level of 0.849. The influence of leadership style (X1) on employee performance has a significant effect on employee performance of 74.6% while the remaining 25.4% is influenced by other factors, the influence of work environment (X2) on employee performance is 60.5% while the remaining 30.5% is influenced by other factors, the influence of leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 72% while the remaining 28% is influenced by other factors. With the hypothesis test, the calculated t value is obtained > t table value or (2.576)> t table 2.04523). The work environment has a significant effect on employee performance and the hypothesis test obtained the calculated t value> t table value or (3.718) < t table 2.04523). Leadership style (X1) and work environment (X2). Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (37.338 > 3.33).
