Abstract

Stunting masih menjadi momok dibeberapa daerah di NTB khususnya di daerah-daerah pelosok yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya wawasan dan pengetahuan warga sekitar. Oleh karena itu sosialisasi penyuluhan dan bakti sosial ini dilakukan sebagai salah satu Langkah untuk mengatasinya. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan metode Community Development. Selama proses kegiatan berlangsung, antusiasme warga sangat tinggi, hal itu ditunjukkan dengan kemampuan warga memaparkan kendala yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Pelatihan branding dan desain kemasan memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan daya tarik produk lokal, termasuk keripik pisang, yang banyak diproduksi oleh pelaku UMKM, di Desa Mapak Kuranji. Produk lokal seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam bersaing di pasar karena kurangnya perhatian terhadap aspek branding dan visual kemasan yang dapat menarik minat konsumen. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali pelaku UMKM di bidang makanan ringan dengan keterampilan dasar dalam branding dan desain kemasan, sehingga produk mereka dapat lebih dikenal dan diminati oleh pasar. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahapan, mulai dari pengenalan konsep dasar branding, pemilihan elemen visual, hingga latihan praktik membuat desain kemasan yang menarik menggunakan perangkat lunak sederhana. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang pentingnya identitas merek dan desain kemasan yang kuat dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Selain itu, peserta mampu menciptakan kemasan yang lebih profesional dan menarik, yang diharapkan dapat memperluas jangkauan pemasaran produk mereka. Melalui program ini, diharapkan produk keripik pisang lokal mampu bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas, baik secara lokal maupun internasional, dengan memperkuat citra merek yang unik dan profesional.

Abstract

Green accounting integrates social and environmental costs into financial reports. This study evaluates its application in two Lombok property companies, PT Nata Alam Raya and PT Meka Asia Properti. Using semi-structured interviews and audited financial statement analysis, the study finds PT Meka Asia Properti more proactive in sustainability promotion, though neither company formally integrates green accounting. Key challenges include insufficient regulations mandating environmental and social cost disclosure and high implementation costs.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengembangan bisnis berbasis edu-tourism melalui program Voluntrip yang dilaksanakan oleh Loka Education di Gili Asahan, Sekotong, Lombok Barat. Program ini menggabungkan kegiatan wisata, edukasi, dan aksi sosial berbasis partisipasi masyarakat lokal, khususnya anak-anak. Melalui kegiatan kreatif seperti kerajinan dari bahan alam, permainan edukatif, aksi bersih pantai, dan snorkeling edukatif, program ini membangun interaksi bermakna antara relawan dan masyarakat lokal. Konsep Voluntrip tidak hanya memberi pengalaman transformasional bagi peserta, tetapi juga memberdayakan komunitas serta mendukung pelestarian budaya dan lingkungan. Program ini dinilai berhasil membentuk model bisnis sosial yang berkelanjutan dan potensial untuk direplikasi di destinasi wisata lainnya di Indonesia.

Abstract

MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in the local and national economy. However, they often face challenges in understanding consumer behavior and preferences that can affect the success of their business. This training aims to introduce consumer psychology to MSME players assisted by Rumah BUMN in Sumbawa. The training involved 40 MSME players who participated in the Rumah BUMN-assisted program. Through practical approaches and case studies, this training will help participants to apply consumer psychological knowledge in their marketing strategies and product development. The main objective is to improve their understanding of consumer needs, expectations and preferences and to help them identify new business opportunities. It is expected that this training will provide long-term benefits for MSME players in improving the quality of their products and services, expanding market share, and building stronger relationships with consumers. In addition, the training can also contribute to local economic growth through improved MSME performance and increased competitiveness in the market, resulting in increased sales volume.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the entrepreneurship curriculum in higher education, particularly at the University of Mataram, in enhancing students' readiness to become entrepreneurs. The research was motivated by the high unemployment rate among university graduates and their lack of preparedness to enter the real business world. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 200 final-year students who had completed entrepreneurship courses. The analysis revealed that components of the curriculum such as understanding of business concepts, managerial skills, business idea development, and risk-taking readiness had a significant impact on students’ entrepreneurial readiness. Among these, business idea development showed the strongest influence, followed by business concept comprehension and managerial skills. The findings also highlighted that students felt the curriculum was overly theoretical and insufficient to build practical readiness for starting a business. Therefore, the study recommends strengthening practical aspects of the curriculum, such as internships, real business projects, and industry collaboration. It concludes that entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions should be more experiential and practice-oriented to produce independent and competent graduates in the entrepreneurial field.
