Abstract

The research is essential to be conducted as the shift from traditional classroom instruction to online instruction becomes a requirement for 21st-century environmental learning. Before implementing e-learning, everything must be ready, and students’ attitudes must be taken into account. This study, therefore, sought to describe students' attitudes regarding online learning in entrepreneurship courses following the implementation of problem-based learning through online laboratory entrepreneurship (PBL-OLE). The research design applied is combination of quantitative and qualitative. The analysis of the data was done with quantitative descriptive techniques. The phenomenon of students' attitudes toward e-learning was documented in a number of contexts, including the TelRA domain and students' attitudes toward economic learning. The results of the student surveys were compared and explained in this descriptive quantitative study. According to the students' attitudes toward entrepreneurship, e-learning, and gender, students' perspectives were described. 28 college students who were chosen at random from University of PGRI Jombang in economic education program in East Java, Indonesia, participated in this study as respondents. Based on the E-learning challenges, the results revealed that the mean score was. Educational Institutions must be conscientious in order to produce creative classroom instruction if it wants to increase and improve students' attitudes with regard to e-learning and business.

Abstract

Sektor Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) terbukti tangguh, saat krisis ekonomi terjadi pada tahun 1998, hanya sektor UKM yang mampu bertahan dari keruntuhan ekonomi, sedangkan sektor besar justru menderita akibatnya. Peran Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) sebagai penggerak perekonomian, keberadaannya menjadi mesin pertumbuhan bagi tumbuh kembangnya wirausahawan baru serta peningkatan kinerja UKM. Namun, UKM masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal keahlian teknis, kompetensi, jiwa kewirausahaan, dan manajemen. Lebih jauh, masalah yang dihadapi adalah terbatasnya akses terhadap sumber daya produktif seperti bahan baku, modal, teknologi, sarana pasar, dan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh jiwa kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar terhadap pendidikan manajemen dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha UKM itu sendiri. Model penelitian ini terdiri dari tujuh hipotesis dengan empat variabel yaitu jiwa kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, dan pendidikan manajemen terhadap kinerja usaha. Data yang digunakan sebanyak 82 UKM di Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Barat, dan Kalimantan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data membuktikan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara semangat kerja dengan pendidikan manajemen, orientasi pasar mempunyai pengaruh yang penting terhadap pendidikan manajemen, tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara semangat kerja dengan kinerja usaha, terdapat pengaruh yang cukup besar antara orientasi pasar dengan kinerja usaha, terdapat pengaruh yang cukup besar antara kinerja usaha dengan pendidikan manajemen, secara tidak langsung semangat berwirausaha melalui kinerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendidikan manajemen, secara tidak langsung orientasi pasar melalui kinerja usaha mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pendidikan manajemen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the reality of history learning, (2) the efforts of teachers in fostering historical awareness in history learning, and (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in instilling historical awareness through history education. This research employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach and is presented through descriptive analysis. The subjects of the study are history teachers and students at SMAN 6 Metro. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The research findings show that: (1) history learning at SMAN 6 Metro is based on the independent Curriculum, and teachers apply various teaching methods and media suited to the material being taught; (2) teachers promote historical awareness by using historical content that includes values of nationalism and patriotism, building direct engagement with students, applying innovative and effective teaching methods, and organizing field trips or historical excursions; and (3) supporting factors include the professionalism of history teachers, while inhibiting factors include incomplete school facilities, the lack of a history laboratory, unsupportive student attitudes, and limited time allocation for history learning. Based on these findings, it is recommended that schools improve the facilities that support history education, provide further training for history teachers, and ensure sufficient time allocation for teaching history.

Abstract

The global issue appears on the students' problem, especially in remedial learning.The purposes of this study are: (1) to describe the activities of lecturers in classroom management and remedial activities, (2) to describe the activities of students in peer-tutor learning method, (3) to describe students' learning mastery after having remedial activity with the peer-tutor method. The type of this research is action research, consisting of planning, action and observation, reflection, and revision. The action was given in three rounds in the classroom (Classroom Action Research). This research was conducted in STKIP PGRI Jombang, Economic Education Study Program. This research was conducted from August to September 2022. The subject of this research is 44 students of STKIP PGRI Jombang. The object of this study is Break-Even Point (BEP) material. Findings show that the average skill of the lecturer in managing the class and remedial activity in 3 rounds of Classroom Action Research is 3.29% which indicates that the lecturer has succeeded in improving students' achievement.
