Abstract

Program Terpijar (Tebu Rakyat, Sapi, Jagung dan Rumput Laut) Kabupaten Dompu Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) mampu menekan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Bima dengan rata-rata pertumbuhan pendapatan masyarakat Bima mncapai angkat 2% sampai 14% pertahun di tahun yang sama dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi 7% (IM’ Indonesia: 2018). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung berapa besar kontribusi agroforestri dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Parado Kabupaten Bima. Kontribusi agroforestry di nyatakan dalam persentase pendapatan agroforestri dengan total pendapatan petani. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Dari hasil perhitungan, kontribusi agroforestri terhadap pendapatan adalah 88,31% atau sebesar Rp 50.142.696,00/kk/ha/tahun dan hasil analisis regresi variabel yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan agroforestri adalah umur, luas kebun, jumlah tenaga kerja, suku, agama, kemiringan lahan, dan bantuan kredit.

Abstract

Pancasila economy is an economic system that is guided by the implementation of Pancasila. Pancasila Economic values must be instilled in the hearts and minds of the nation's children through economic education. This study aims to examine the Theory of Pancasila Economics and its implementation in economic learning in Indonesia. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. Qualitative data includes the opinions of economists referred to in textbooks and journal articles published online. Quantitative data from questionnaires on the understanding and implementation of Pancasila values in economic learning. The conclusion of the research on Pancasila Economics as an economic science with a new paradigm that was born from the condition of economic scholarship in Indonesia is hegemonized by western thought. Likewise, the application of economic learning is dominated by neoclassical-capitalist economic theories which are irrelevant to the ideology of the Indonesian nation.

Abstract

Ekonomi pancasila adalah sistem ekonomi yang berpedoman pada pengamalan pancasila. Nilai Ekonomi Pancasila harus ditanamkan dalam hati dan pikiran anak bangsa melalui pendidikan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejarah Ekonomi Pancasila dan implementasinya dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif meliputi pendapat ahli ekonomi yang dirujuk dalam buku teks dan artikel jurnal yang diterbitkan secara online. Data kuantitatif berupa angket pemahaman dan penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam pembelajaran ekonomi di sekolah. Kesimpulan penelitian Ekonomi Pancasila sebagai ilmu ekonomi dengan paradigma baru yang lahir dari kondisi keilmuan ekonomi di Indonesia yang dihegemoni oleh pemikiran Barat. Demikian pula penerapan pembelajaran ekonomi didominasi oleh teori-teori ekonomi neoklasik-kapitalis yang tidak relevan dengan ideologi bangsa Indonesia.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the thinking of Future Education: New Education Paradigm, Future Learning Skills, Disruptive Innovation, Life Based Learning, and Future Teachers. The article uses the library research method. The results of the study found that the world of education must transform itself with existing changes while remaining guided by values and morals. Paradima shift towards capability development, life based learning/real word learning, learner as a human being, hautagogy/self-directed-learning, multi-disciplinary curriculum, and job creator. Skill needs include critical thinking and creativity, communicativeness and collaboration, and information and communication technology skills and morality. Disruptive innovation is characterized by digital technology making learning more flexible. Life Based Learning focuses on developing capabilities and life skills. Future teachers must be the best sons and daughters and be inspirational and have multi-skills.

Abstract

This study investigates a novel approach to counter radicalism in educational settings through the implementation of the Integrated Pancasila Values-Based Economic Character Strengthening Program. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the program, which is designed to prevent radicalism by enhancing students' understanding and attitudes towards Pancasila's economic principles. This action research involved planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases to assess the program. The research subjects included ninety-two students from the Economic Education Study Program at Nggusuwaru University (Unswa) Bima. Data collection during the study phases was conducted using observation sheets, questionnaires, and situational judgment assessments. The data were analyzed through quantitative descriptive analysis. The findings underscore the potential of values-based education initiatives to cultivate essential civic virtues in diverse learning environments. In conclusion, the program demonstrated significant efficacy in fostering a deeper comprehension and appreciation of Pancasila's economic principles, suggesting a viable strategy for mitigating radicalism through educational interventions.

Abstract

This study seeks to elucidate the significance of informal economic education in preserving the sustainability of the Donggala Silk Weaving enterprise as a cultural heritage and a livelihood source for the community. The employed methodology is a qualitative technique utilizing a phenomenological study, conducted through in-depth interviews with silk weaving entrepreneurs who inherited their weaving talents from their family. The findings indicate that the process of skill inheritance occurs naturally, in an unstructured and voluntary manner, yet successfully conveys information between generations. Children engage in weaving activities from a young age through direct observation and practice, allowing the talent to evolve into a primary source of income. From a phenomenological standpoint, weaving is regarded not merely as an economic endeavor, but also as an integral aspect of cultural identity, a vehicle for familial socialization, and a symbol of pride for the Kaili community. This study reveals that the sustainability of traditional enterprises is significantly affected by the subjective significance attributed to abilities, rather than solely by market forces. These findings theoretically enhance the literature on informal economic education within the framework of local culture. The study underscores the necessity of amalgamating informal education with contemporary support mechanisms, including training, digitization, and empowerment programs. Additional research is advised to investigate intergenerational dynamics and technical interventions in facilitating the transformation of weaving enterprises in the context of globalization.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Bontoala, Kota Makassar dalam memahami konsep Kurikulum Merdeka serta mengintegrasikan teknologi digital dalam perangkat ajar. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang melibatkan guru secara aktif melalui tahap sosialisasi, workshop, diskusi kelompok, praktik penyusunan perangkat ajar, hingga refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap struktur Kurikulum Merdeka sekaligus keterampilan memanfaatkan media digital, seperti Padlet, Canva, dan Wordwall, dalam mendukung pembelajaran. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong terbentuknya kolaborasi antar guru sebagai komunitas belajar untuk mendukung keberlanjutan implementasi kurikulum. Kendala yang ditemui meliputi keterbatasan sarana teknologi di sekolah dan variasi kemampuan digital guru, yang perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan program pendampingan lanjutan. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan PKM ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat kapasitas guru dan dapat menjadi model praktik baik penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis teknologi di daerah lain.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the impact of work skills and family socio-economic status on work readiness, with entrepreneurial attitude as an intervening variable for Vocational High School graduates. A total of 179 graduates of Bima State Vocational School were the research sample, using a non-probability sampling approach, specifically for graduates from 2015 to 2022 who had not worked in their field of expertise for more than one year. The questionnaire instrument was designed based on research variables to collect research data. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results indicate that both work skills and family socioeconomic status do not play a substantial role in determining work readiness. On the other hand, having an entrepreneurial mindset has a noteworthy and positive effect on work readiness. Furthermore, it was observed that job skills and family socioeconomic status indeed influence work readiness, with entrepreneurial attitude serving as a key factor. The entrepreneurial mindset heavily shapes the work readiness of vocational high school graduates. Hence, the vocational education curriculum must emphasize the development of entrepreneurial attitudes and work readiness.

Abstract

Pancasila as the nation's philosophy must be used as the main foundation of education in Indonesia. Economic education does not only transfer economic knowledge, but must also transfer Pancasila values as economic actors who are not only rational but also have high social sensitivity and concern. This research aims to examine the concept and implementation of Pancasila as a foundation for economic education in Indonesia. This research is classified as descriptive research regarding expert opinions referred to in several references (textbooks and journal articles) published online. The results of the study show that Pancasila is the basis for formulating and implementing the education curriculum in Indonesia, especially in the independent learning curriculum which emphasizes the Pancasila Student Profile. So far, Pancasila values are still partially taught as specific subjects so they have not been comprehensively integrated into educational and economic learning materials. The results of a review of various relevant research results show that economic education material in Indonesia is dominated by the philosophical foundation of neoclassical-capitalist materialism which is not relevant to national ideology

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of teacher competence, and work skills on work readiness with entrepreneurial attitude as an intervening variable. The research sample was 198 students who graduated from SMK Negeri in Bima City, between 2017-2022. The research instrument is a questionnaire developed from each exogenous and endogenous variable in this research. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research results show that teacher competence has a significant and positive influence on students' work readiness, but does not have an indirect influence on work readiness through entrepreneurial attitudes as an intervening variable. Work skills have a significant direct and indirect influence on work readiness with entrepreneurial attitude as an intervening variable. Meanwhile, entrepreneurial attitudes do not have a significant effect on students' work readiness. The implications of this research need to be strengthened by increasing teacher competence and work skills so that students have work readiness after graduating from school.
