Microsoft give solution that will “spoil” business man in implementation, management, and the exploitation of the information technology maximally. The information technology is cheap and easy to applied now.

Abstract

Facing comptetition in service company, especially hotels, must have the ability to give services in order to satisfy the customer. Customer Relationship Managemen (CRM) is one of communication media between company and customer that profitable for both side. This research try to find out how big the connection between Customer Relationship Managemen (CRM) with customer satisfaction in Istana Nelayan Hotel. The result is there is significant connection between media with customer satisfaction in Istana Nelayan Hotel.

Abstract

Jakarta, as the capital of the Republic of Indonesia, finally for the first time launched the "EnjoyJakarta" on March 21, 2005. The main reason for the launched program is to increase the number offoreign tourists as many as 2.2 million visitors or twice as compared to year 2014. This studyexamines the effect of Jakarta‟s city brand: “Enjoy Jakarta” to city image. Data were obtained from110 respondents who are citizens of Jakarta and outside Jakarta. This type of research is associativeresearch conducted to link the variable with other variables. The results showed that the ANOVA (Ftest) simultaneously variables city brand has a significant effect on the image of the city indicatedvariables of the Sig. 0,000 <Alpha 5%. Variables city brands accounted for 51.9% of the variableschange the image of the city, while the remaining 48.1% is explained by other variables outside themodel.Keywords: City Brand, City Image

Abstract

Penelitian Pentingnya peran perempuan dalam dunia kerja membuat perusahaan harus berupaya agar perempuan mau bekerja dan memastikan yang sudah bekerja tidak berhenti. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, perusahaan harus menciptakan Niat Untuk Bertahan. Dalam penelitian ini dibahas mengenai apakah Niat Untuk Bertahan dipengaruhi oleh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Sistem Imbalan Total dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi baik langsung ataupun melalui Keterlibatan Kerja sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini mengambil tempat di 6 wilayah DKI Jakarta, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 523 sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode kuantitatif lewat kuisionare dan diolah menggunakan smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki 6 hipotesis pengaruh langsung dan 3 hipotesis pengaruh tidak langsung. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pengaruh langsung ditemukan bahwa 4 hipotesis diterima, sedangkan 2 hipotesis lainnya ditolak. Hipotesis yang diterima adalah Niat Untuk Bertahan dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan oleh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja dengan pengaruh sebesar 2,483 dan Sistem imbalan total dengan dengan pengaruh sebesar 4,718. Selanjutnya Keterlibatan Kerja dipengaruhi positif dan signifikan oleh Sistem Imbalan Total dengan pengaruh sebesar 4,841 dan Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dengan pengaruh sebesar 1,978. Sedangkan hipotesis yang ditolak adalah Niat Untuk Bertahan tidak dipengaruhi oleh Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi dan Keterlibatan Kerja tidak dipengaruhi oleh Keseimbangan Kehidupan Kerja. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil pengujian ditemukan bahwa 3 hipotesis pengaruh tidak langsung semuanya ditolak sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keterlibatan Kerja tidak terbukti sebagai mediator. Dalam penelitian ini sistem imbalan total memberikan pengaruh paling besar. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi perusahaan untuk mengusahakan terciptanya keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan memperkuat sistem imbalan total sehingga mampu menciptakan niat untuk bertahan pada pekerja perempuan. Bahkan dengan memperkuat sistem imbalan total ditambah dengan menciptakan persepsi dukungan organisasi yang baik, pekerja perempuan juga akan semakin terlibat dengan pekerjaanya.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan yang baik merupakan bagian terpenting dalam tercapainya target dari institusi.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan dan mengetahui hubungan antara pengaruh komitmen dan kepuasan kerja yang dimediasi loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dalam hal ini adalah Guru (Studi Empiris pada Guru Jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di Perkumpulan Strada).Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif pada karyawan dalam hal ini Guru jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan, dimana populasi sama dengan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 120 karyawan dalam hal ini Guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik model persamaan struktural dan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa hubungan Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas, Komitmen yang dimediasi Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja. Kepuasan Kerja yang dimediasi Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dalam hal ini Guru

Abstract

Bali is a tourism that is recognized by the whole world in natural beauty and the thickcultural richness. Kuta Beach-Bali is also one of the best ten beaches in the world(Made, 2010). This research took the title "THE INFLUENCE OF CUSTOMERSATISFACTION TO WORD OF MOUTH" (the empirical study: foreign tourists KutaBeach - Bali). The data analysis technique that is looking for a causal effect betweendependent variables and independent variables. Data analysis was conducted on 75respondents who are worldwide tourists visiting Kuta Beach in Bali. The type ofresearch used is explanation associative. The results obtained by the correlationcoefficient (R2) of 0.865, which means that the influence of independent variables X(word of mouth) to Y (satisfaction) is equal to 86% and the rest 14% influenced byother factors outside the model.Keywords: customer satisfaction, word of mouth
