Abstract

Desa mandiri merupakan desa yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan akan sarana prasarananya sendiri dan tidak semata bergantung pada bantuan dari pemerintah dan turut bertumpu pada trisakti desa; karsa, karya sembada. Total penduduk Desa Sokawera sebanyak 4.303 jiwa yang terdiri atas 2.234 laki-laki dan 2.069 perempuan. Sebagian besar penduduk Desa Sokawera bekerja sebagai petani, buruh dan pedagang. Komoditas singkong dapat menjadi potensi besar dalam mendongkrak perekonomian Desa Sokawera jika dimanfaatkan secara optimal sebab jumlah luas lahannya mencapai 29 hektare. Metode pelaksanaan bina desa terdiri dari persiapan (observasi data dengan wawancara pihak desa terkait, sosialisasi, dan kerja sama mitra) serta pelaksanaan (pengembangan dan pemasaran produk, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dengan keterangan ‘tidak pernah’ pada pertanyan kelima hingga ketujuh memiliki jumlah responden terbanyak yaitu masing-masing 30 orang, 32 orang, dan 31 orang dan hasil post-test terkait pengolahan pupuk kompos didapatkan data frekuensi keseluruhan 23 warga dengan nilai tertinggi 10 sebanyak 2 orang. Hal tersebut menunjukkan adanya kemajuan dan keingintahuan masyarakat dalam mengikuti kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan marketing dan pemanfaatan limbah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat menambah wawasan serta ilmu sehingga masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan potensi kekayaan alam desa dan dapat menjaga lingkungan sehingga menciptakan desa mandiri sejahtera.

Abstract

This research aims to increase tolerance between friends through the application of contextual learning on moral material towards others in grade V of SD Negeri No. 105406 Pematang Guntung. The background of this study is the low tolerance of students in daily life in the school environment, which is shown by the lack of ability to accept differences, the emergence of small conflicts between students, and lack of mutual respect. Contextual learning was chosen as an approach because it is able to relate the subject matter to the real situation faced by students, so it is expected to be easier to understand and apply in social life. The research method used is Class Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation of actions, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation of student behavior, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning activities. The results of the study showed that students' tolerance attitudes experienced a significant increase after the implementation of contextual learning. The improvement can be seen in the ability of students to work together in groups, respect each other's opinions, and show empathy for existing differences. Thus, the application of contextual learning in moral material to others has proven to be effective in fostering tolerance among elementary school students. These results recommend using a similar approach to form other positive characters in students.

Abstract

The disruption of Industry 4.0 compels the education sector to adapt to digital technology, demanding digital leadership from school principals as drivers of transformation. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, and lack of motivation remain. This community service aims to equip students, teachers, and education staff with digital competencies to become agents of change in facing Society 5.0. The program was conducted through training/workshops led by expert speakers covering digital literacy and student innovation in the digital era. Participants engaged actively in discussions, Q&A sessions, and strategic planning exercises. Evaluation was carried out through direct observation and pre- and post-training questionnaires. Results showed that 85% of participants experienced significant improvement in knowledge and skills related to Islamic education planning. The training proved effective and strategic in preparing student leaders for the digital era with technology-based leadership competencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development in improving the quality of education through school operational assistance. This study uses a library research approach. Data analysis through information related to the school operational assistance program from various secondary data sources such as journals, papers, articles, and news from websites (internet), and others. The results of the study indicate that the school operational assistance (BOS) program has proven effective in supporting the strategy and management of educational infrastructure development so that there is an increase in the quality of education in schools.
