Education is a basic right for every individual to develop his potential as a cultured and democratic human being. However, the higher cost of education makes access to education more difficult for people in the middle and lower economic classes. Therefore, education financing is very important in providing a fair opportunity for every individual to get a quality education. The purpose of this research is to find out the Education Funding Inclusion Policy that is equitable with the length of years of education and has a relationship with people's welfare. Where is the force of attraction between the two poles. Previous research only compared the rate of additional years of education with poverty across countries. This research method explores secondary data collected through library research which is carried out by searching relevant literature books and secondary data obtained and processed from BPS and World Bank data. And there are 27 districts/cities in Indonesia that were surveyed. The conclusion of this paper is that the Education Funding Inclusion Policy will encourage economic growth and people's welfare. Because every economic growth will create additional jobs. Referring to the concept of Newton's Law of Attraction where there is a strong attraction between fair education funding (pro-fund), with the addition of years of education (pro-education), then between two periods there will be an attractive force of attraction between one object and another and if the distance the closer it is, the greater the force of attraction, thus producing a driving force for people's welfare

Sistem manajemen berbasis digital dapat digambarkan sebagai suatu system yang diciptakan untuk melaksanakan pengolahan data yang dapat dimanafaatkan sebagai penunjang pada tugas-tugas rutin, evaluasi, dan pengambilan keputusan untuk memudahkan pengelolaan baik di lembaga pendidikan ataupun lainnya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui system manajemen madrasah berbasis digital MTs Yasiska Kecamatan Pamulang Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan pendekatan manajerial. Sumber data yaitu data primer bersumber dari kepala sekolah, guru, operator, peserta didik. Sedangkan data sekunder diambil dari dokumen yang ada kaitannya dengan penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah peneliti sendiri yang berfungsi menetapkan dan memilih informan sebagai sumber data, analisis data, menafsirkan data, serta instrumen dalam mengumpulkan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen madrasah berbasis digital MTs Yasiska Kecamatan Pamulang berfokus kepada peserta didik dengan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis digital (ICT) memiliki aplikasi sangat banyak dan memerlukan keseriusan para pengajar untuk dapat mengembangkan berbagai aplikasi tersebut untuk pembelajaran yang sesuai. Sistem evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital sudah dapat dilaksanakan atau diterapkan melalui aplikasi Digital RDM (Raport Digital Madrasah)

COVID-19 merupakan masalah kesehatan global termasuk di Indonesia.Peningkatan kasus COVID-19 terbukti cukup berdampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian secara global yang mungkin memiliki mempengaruhi stabilitas di Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data ini adalahmetode studi kepustakaan dengan tipe data sekunder. Data adalahdiambil dari Internet sehubungan dengan validitas informasiseperti informasi resmi pemerintah, situs online resmi danhasil olahan data yang valid. Analisis data disajikan dalam bentuk grafik dan dilengkapi dengan narasi deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut. Dampak pandemi COVID-19 berdampak pada perekonomian di Indonesia. Sektor yang terkena dampak selama pandemi COVID-19 adalahtransportasi, pariwisata, perdagangan, kesehatan dan sektor lainnya. Tetapi sektor ekonomi yang paling terkena dampak COVID-19 adalah sektor domestik. Mengoptimalkan potensi dalam negeri, penurunan BI-7Day Reverse Repo Rate (BI7DRR), suku bunga fasilitas deposito, dan suku bunga fasilitas pinjaman, pemantauan global, dan pembangunan ekonomi domestik yang dilakukan oleh Indonesia dinilai secara tepat agar inflasi dan stabilitas tetap terjaga dan terkontrol.

This research aims to explore information that can be used as a knowledge reference on how the role of information and communication technology in education has a very important role so that the growth and development of technology requires us as people involved in the world of education to always adapt to the times. Education itself has a very important role in human life. It is hoped that the development of technology can make it easier to access knowledge and help create a good and well-implemented education system as the key to producing the next generation of a nation that is smart, characterized, qualified, and able to become a person who builds a civilization. In the research raised this time, it was found that the role of technology really helps schools to innovate both in implementing multimedia-based learning systems and digital-based information. The research this time uses a qualitative method with a literature study in which information retrieval and related data references are sourced from libraries and other information media. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali sebuah informasi yang dapat dijadikan sebuah referensi pengetahuan bagaimana peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan memiliki sebuah peran yang sangat penting sehingga dengan tumbuh kembangnya teknologi menuntut kita sebagai insan yang terlibat dalam dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk selalu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan jaman. Pendidikan sendiri memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Diharapkan dengan berkembangnya teknologi dapat mempermudah dalam mengakses ilmu pengetahuan serta membantu membuat sistem pendidikan yang baik dan diterapkan dengan baik sebagai kunci dalam mencetak generasi penerus bangsa yang cerdas, berkarakter, berkualitas, dan mampu menjadi insan yang membangun suatu peradaban. Dalam penelitian yang diangkat pada kali ini menemukan bahwa peran dari teknologi sangat membantu sekolah untuk berinovasi baik dalam melaksanakan sistem pembelajaran yang berbasis multimedia maupun informasi yang berbasis digital. Adapun penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur pustaka yang mana dalam pengambilan informasi dan referensi data terkait bersumber pada perpustakaan dan media informasi lainnya.

This study attempts to analyze the factors underlying the misappropriation or abuse of BOS funds in the school environment and to formulate strategic steps that can be taken to prevent such misappropriation. Thus, the management of BOS funds can be carried out transparently and accountably. This study uses a literature review method with library research data collection techniques. Data were collected from various journals, articles, and official documents related to BOS fund management, transparency, and accountability. The analysis was conducted to identify patterns of misappropriation of funds and good fund management methods. The results of this study indicate that there are several underlying factors causing the misappropriation of BOS funds, including: Lack of supervision and transparency, lack of understanding of the regulations on the use of funds, and a deep-rooted culture of corruption. The conclusion of this study is that in order to increase transparency and accountability in the management of BOS funds, it is necessary to improve the capabilities of human resources (HR) through training on regulations and the use of information technology. It is hoped that this recommendation will help the government and related parties in creating a better BOS fund management system because community participation must be increased so that they can play an active role in supervising the use of BOS funds

One learning media that can be used as a form of information technology development is using e-learning. The aim of this research is to determine whether the use of e-learning application media for children with Attention Deficit Hyperavtivity Disorder (ADHD) in a more effective and efficient way and to make learning more interesting and enjoyable. The research method used is qualitative research with literature study. Based on research results, the use of learning media can be more interesting and effective for use by ADHD children through e-learning application media such as web gamification, quizzes and learning videos. This learning application media can also be a good learning solution because students usually prefer learning that uses interesting media. Abstrak Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bentuk perkembangan teknologi informasi adalah menggunakan e-learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan penggunaan media aplikasi e-learning pada anak Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) dengan cara yang lebih efektif dan efisien serta membuat belajar menjadi lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pemanfaatan media pembelajaran dapat lebih menarik dan efektif digunakan oleh anak ADHD melalui media aplikasi e-learning seperti web gamifikasi, quiziz dan video. Media aplikasi e-learning ini juga dapat menjadi solusi pembelajaran yang baik, karena biasanya siswa lebih menyukai pembelajaran yang menggunakan media yang menarik.

The development of science and technology has had an impact on various aspects of human life, including the field of education. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the development of Islamic boarding schools in the information technology era. This type of research is a literature study. The method used is qualitative research. The research results show that the role of Islamic boarding schools in this digitalization flow needs to utilize various kinds of technology, and not be antipathetic towards technological progress. Islamic boarding schools can also utilize digital technology in their bureaucracy, administration and in their preaching. Advances in information technology make it easier for students to access information and knowledge. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the times and advances in information technology are able to slowly change the Islamic boarding school paradigm, now they are much more sensitive to changes and developments in science. Abstrak Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi telah memberikan dampak pada berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan perkembangan pesantren di era teknologi informasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran pesantren dalam arus digitalisasi ini perlu memanfaatkan berbagai macam teknologi, dan tidak antipati terhadap kemajuan teknologi. Pesantren juga bisa memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam birokrasinya, administrasinya dan dalam dakwahnya. Kemajuan teknologi informasi memberikan memudahkan santri mengakses informasi dan ilmu pengetahuan. Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan zaman dan kemajuan teknologi informasi mampu mengubah secara perlahan paradigma pesantren, kini jauh lebih peka terhadap perubahan dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan.

The use of information technology in education has become a crucial issue in the development of education in the digital era. This research aims to understand how the use and development of information technology affect the quality of learning in elementary schools. The focus is on analyzing the level of information technology usage at SDIT Almanar in Bekasi City, to understand its role in improving the quality of learning, and to evaluate the attitudes of teachers and students towards the use of information technology in education. This study employs a descriptive-relational learning approach to examine the relationship between the utilization and development of information technology and the quality of learning. The research population and sample consist of teachers and students at SDIT Almanar in Bekasi City. The sample includes 300 students and 30 randomly selected teachers from SDIT Almanar Bekasi City. The research instrument is a set of questions. Data collection methods include surveys distributed to selected students and teachers. Data collection will be conducted over two weeks. The data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis.The research findings indicate that the utilization and development of information technology have a significant impact on the quality of education at SDIT Almanar, Bekasi City, positively influencing the quality of education and enhancing student learning by creating a better learning environment. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the utilization and development of information technology are important factors that can affect the quality of education at SDIT Almanar, Bekasi City. Therefore, research is needed to improve the quality of information technology use and development in schools.We believe this study can provide detailed information on the impact of information technology utilization and development in the field of education and offer recommendations for improving learning at SDIT Almanar, Bekasi City. Abstrak Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan telah menjadi isu penting dalam perkembangan pendidikan di era digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi mempengaruhi mutu pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Analisis Tingkat Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi di SDIT Almanar Kota Bekasi, Untuk mengetahui peran penggunaan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, untuk mengevaluasi sikap guru dan siswa terhadap penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran deskriptif-relasional untuk mengetahui hubungan pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi dengan kualitas pembelajaran. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari guru dan siswa SDIT Almanar di kota Bekasi. Sampel: 300 siswa dan 30 guru acak dari SDIT Almanar kota Bekasi. Alat penelitiannya adalah pertanyaan. Metode Pengumpulan Data: survei didistribusikan kepada siswa dan guru terpilih. Pengumpulan data akan dilakukan dalam waktu dua minggu. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis korelasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan di SDIT Almanar Kota Bekasi, sehingga berdampak positif pada kualitas pendidikan dan meningkatkan pembelajaran siswa dengan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih baik bagi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi merupakan faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan di SDIT Almanar Kota Bekasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian untuk meningkatkan kualitas penggunaan dan pengembangan teknologi informasi di sekolah. Kami yakin penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi secara detail mengenai dampak pemanfaatan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi di bidang pendidikan serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan pembelajaran di SDIT Almanar kota Bekasi.

Digital Islamic is a platform owned by the Al Muslim Foundation that utilizes integrated technology to help various educational processes, one of which is the learning process. This study aims to determine the implementation of Digislamic in the learning process at SMA Al Muslim Tambun in terms of George C. Edwards III's theory with four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure; and knowing the achievement of process standards after implementing Digislamic. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that communication was conveyed well, clearly and consistently; resources consist of adequate staff and have expertise in accordance with their duties and authorities, facility resources provided electronic devices, accounts, and the internet; the disposition of the foundation as a positive, firm, open, responsible and solutive leader and the management of the SMA unit as an implementer provide positive support; The bureaucratic structure applied is a top down structural approach and has complete and clear SOPs. The use of Digislamic provided a significant change in the standard of process at Al Muslim High School.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Human Relations for Madrasah Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda, and present the obstacles encountered in implementing Human Relations for Principals in Improving Teacher Performance at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Huda. The type of research uses a descriptive analysis research method, namely, a research method that describes an ongoing situation based on the actual and factual data and information obtained. The data collection techniques used are: literature study, field study, through observation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that Human Relations in improving teacher performance refers to several points, namely (1) good communication. (2) a comfortable work environment, and (3) there is a reward from the principal. Thus, it can be seen that the obstacles to the implementation of Human Relations in improving teacher performance are, (1) differences in perceptions in receiving messages and (2) the inability of subordinates to initiate communication with the principal.
