Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji partisipasi politik masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan penggunaan Dana Desa di Desa Bandar Klippa, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya variasi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam musyawarah desa dan pengambilan keputusan penggunaan Dana Desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk partisipasi masyarakat serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan lima informan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi masyarakat terlihat melalui kehadiran dalam musyawarah desa, penyampaian usulan, saran, dan pendapat terkait program pembangunan desa. Partisipasi masyarakat tergolong cukup baik, namun dipengaruhi oleh faktor kesadaran, pendidikan, informasi dari pemerintah desa, kepercayaan terhadap pemerintah desa, serta kesibukan masyarakat.

Abstract

This Mini Research Report is titled "Legal Protection of Geographical Indications for Typical Foods of Lemang Batok Tebing Tinggi as Local Products." This study examines the understanding of business actors, the forms of legal protection available, and the role of local governments in the Geographical Indication (GI) registration process. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative approach, employing interviews as the primary data collection technique, and data analysis through methods such as data reduction, data display, and data verification. The findings indicate that business actors, although they do not fully understand the concept of Geographical Indications, continue to preserve the authenticity of their production methods and pass them down through generations. However, the local government's involvement in the GI registration process is still limited, resulting in a lack of legal protection for this local product. The study highlights the need for increased awareness and involvement from both business actors and local authorities to strengthen the legal protection for Lemang Batok Tebing Tinggi as a unique geographical product. It concludes by emphasizing the importance of implementing effective strategies to safeguard such products and ensure their recognition in the legal domain.

Abstract

This research aims to explore in depth the problems related to facilities and infrastructure as well as follow-up programs in the field of student management at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research is research that is descriptive in nature and tends to use analysis. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Facilities and Infrastructure Development Sector is related to the problem of inadequate fields at SMP 1 Muhammadiyah, the author can draw the conclusion that student extracurricular activities are really needed in developing students' talents. Inadequate fields can affect students' extracurricular limitations, for example in the field of sports. The management of facilities and infrastructure at SMP I Muhammadiyah is said to be good, however, field facilities that are inadequate need to focus on development to make them better.
