Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the determining factors that influence the interest of students at SMP Negeri 1 Tulangan in choosing football as an extracurricular activity. That way, schools can achieve even better achievements, especially in the nonacademic extracurricular field of football. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Data collection uses survey techniques, collecting data information through questionnaires. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The research results show that external factors have a greater contribution, namely 64%, while internal factors have a contribution of 36%. The indicators that have the greatest contribution in influencing students' interest in choosing football extracurriculars are feelings of pleasure and interest with percentages of 19% and 17% respectively. Then followed by the trainer indicator at 17%, then the environment and facilities indicator has the same percentage, namely 16% and the family indicator at 15%. Thus, it can be concluded that students have greater interest in choosing football extracurriculars because of personal desires that arise from feelings of pleasure and interest. Then, with coaches who are licensed and experienced in their field, students will be very interested in increasing their potential and skills in the game of football.Keywords: Interest, Football, Extracurricular. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi minat siswa di SMP Negeri 1 Tulangan dalam memilih sepak bola sebagai kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Dengan begitu sekolah dapat mencapai prestasi yang lebih baik lagi khususnya di bidang non akademik ekstrakurikuler sepak bola. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik survei, mengumpulkan informasi data melalui kuisioner. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor eksternal memiliki andil yang lebih besar, yaitu sebesar 64%, sedangkan faktor internal memiliki andil sebesar 36%. Indikator yang paling banyak memiliki andil dalam mempengaruhi minat siswa memilih ekstrakurikuler sepak bola adalah rasa senang dan ketertarikan dengan persentase masing-masing sebesar 19% dan 17%. Kemudian diikuti indikator pelatih sebesar 17% lalu indikator lingkungan dan fasilitas memiliki persentase yang sama sebesar 16% dan indikator keluarga yaitu sebesar 15%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan siswa memiliki minat yang lebih besar memilih ekstrakurikuler sepak bola dikarenakan keinginan pribadi yang timbul dari rasa senang dan ketertarikan. Kemudian, dengan adanya pelatih yang berlisensi dan berpengalaman di bidangnya membuat siswa menaruh minat yang tinggi untuk meningkatkan potensi dan skill dalam permainan sepak bola.Kata Kunci: Minat, Sepak Bola, Ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

Penanganan terhadap kompleksnya permasalahan ketenagakerjaan Indonesian yang berada di Internasional khususnya Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) baik dari pekerja Pria majpun pekerja Wanita (TKW) yang muncul dan berkembang dewasa ini tentunya tidak dapat ditunda dan harus segera diatasi, seiring dengan adanya perkembangan dalam revolusi industry 4.0. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh PMI sangat kompleks meliputi permasalahan aspek pendidikan, manajemen/ekonomi, fasilitasi dan juga lingkungan. Solusi yang akan dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut meliputi melakukan pendampingan dalam peningkatan skill dan komptensi PMI, pendampingan peningkatan literasi dan manajemen keuangan, pendampingan dalam pengawasan PMI. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai adalah peningkatan kesejahteraan PMI baik dari aspek pendidikan, manajemen.ekonomi, fasilitasi, dan juga lingkungan. Adapun Metode atau Rencana kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini meliputi 1) observasi, 2) sosialisasi, 3) Fasilitasi dan Workshop Peningkatan Kompetensi Keahlian, 4) Pembinaan dan Workshop Peningkatan Literasi Keuangan. Adapun luaran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah artikel pada jurnal nasional terindeks sinta 6 atau berISSN berstatus accepted; Berita pada mesia massa elektronik; Video kegiatan pengabdian; Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HaKI).

Abstract

Olahraga menempati salah satu kedudukan terpenting dalam kehidupan manusia untuk menjaga tubuh tetap sehat dan bugar. Dalam dunia modern ini, olahraga menjadi sebuah kebutuhkan bagi setiap manusia. Seperti halnya pada program kegiatan di Ponpes (Pondok Pesantren) Miftahul “Ula” di desa Nglawak Kertosono Nganjuk selaku Mitra PKM, olahraga merupakan bagian dari aktivitas untuk mengimbangi kegiatan-kegiatanselain kegiatan keagamaan dan pelajaran sekolah. Ponpes Miftahul “Ula” Nglawak merupakan salah satu pesantren yang mempunyai komitmen besar dalam pengembangan kemandirian karakter bagi santrinya, dan olahraga bagian untuk menjaga kestabilan staminanya. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi lapangan, masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu; 1) masih kurangnya kegiatan atau aktivitas Jasmani dan olahraga di lingkungan Ponpes, 2) sarana prasasarana olahraga masih belum mencukupi. Solusi dan pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dapat segera teratasi antara lain; 1) aktivitas olahraga dalam hal ini bisa dicontohkan dengan tenis meja sebagai kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan Kesehatan, kamadirian dan karakter, 2) dengan pemberian bantuan peralatan olahraga dapat memberi motivasi bagi siswa atau santri untuk melakukan aktivitas olahraga secara umum dan tenis meja pada khususnya. Target luaran hasil yang akan dicapai pada program pengabdian diantaranya dilakukan para pengasuh secara kontinyu, dan juga pada pihak sekolah, guru, para siswa, serta santri terhadap aktivitas fisik dalam hal ini olahraga tenis meja, karena kegiatan ini belum pernah dilakukan di sekolah mereka.Sedangkan di perguruan tinggi adalah artikel pada jurnal nasional terindeks sinta 6 atau berISSN berstatus accepted; Berita pada mesia massa elektronik; Video kegiatan pengabdian; Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HaKI).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in students' learning motivation in learning PJOK through a modified game of baseball and volleyball. The method used in this research is the classroom action research method (PTK). The stages of this research were divided into two cycles. From the data obtained in cycle 1, the average student learning motivation was 43.9%, and the data obtained in cycle 2 was 74.72%, with this there was an increase in the average average of 30.82. Thus, there is a considerable increase in students' learning motivation. Obtaining this data is also evidence of the success of providing a modified game of baseball with volleyball to increase students' learning motivation in learning PJOK.

Abstract

Locomotor movement skills are movement skills that are often or even always performed by a person. During childhood, a child will start their locomotor activities through the family environment and then move on to the school environment through physical education. This study aims to measure the level of locomotor movement skills of students at the elementary school level. This study used a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. This study was attended by 46 students from elementary schools with the age of 9-10 years or grade 3 elementary school. The TGMD-2 instrument was used as a test instrument in this study. The results showed that locomotor movement skills were dominated by running skills. This result is proven by the number of students who obtained the maximum score of 31 students. In gallop skills, students experience obstacles with the acquisition of a minimum score of 19 students. Based on these results, students' locomotor movement skills obtained significant results in the run variable. Appropriate interventions still need to be carried out to improve locomotor skills in the gallop variable.

Abstract

The STEAM Learning Training at Labschool UNPATTI aims to enhance teachers' capacity to design and implement an interdisciplinary learning approach that integrates science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. This training combines theoretical material with practical experience, where participants are trained in data processing, scientific article writing, and publication strategies, as well as gaining hands-on skills in designing STEAM projects that meet students' needs for relevant, interactive, and project-based learning. These projects are designed to develop critical 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. The methods used in this training include lectures, Q&A sessions, discussions, assignments, and independent exercises. The result of this training is an increase in teachers' understanding and skills by 91%. Additionally, teachers found the STEAM learning training helpful in supporting the growth and development of students.

Abstract

Social media has a function in conveying information quickly and flexibly. SMA Laboratorium UNPATTI is expected to utilize social media to develop the learning process at SMA Laboratorium UNPATTI. To overcome partner problems, by providing training on optimizing social media in teacher development at SMA Laboratorium UNPATTI, it is expected to be able to increase knowledge and improve teacher professionalism. The method of this community service activity starts from the field survey stage, preparation, to implementation. The survey stage is carried out with school partners to identify obstacles, needs, and opportunities faced. The output of this community service is an understanding of the importance of social media in school branding. The level of acceptance of teacher technology towards social media through a questionnaire is 85% understanding the importance of social media, and 95% understanding the benefits of social media for professional development. As many as 80% of participants have never received social media marketing training before and 95% showed sufficient interest in taking part in training on social media.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning motivation of students in class IX of SMP Negeri 13 Surabaya. The aim of this research is to obtain data and information regarding increasing students' learning motivation by implementing a small poison ball game in PJOK learning. The type of research used is classroom action research with planning, implementation, observation and reflection procedures. Classroom action research was conducted in class IX at SMP Negeri 13 Surabaya with a total of 30 students. The research was carried out over two cycles and data collection on student learning motivation was carried out through motivation questionnaires, interviews and documentation and then analyzed using descriptive quantitative percentages. The research results obtained an increase in student motivation obtained from the motivation questionnaire conducted at the end of cycles I and II by filling in the questionnaire on reflection on PJOK learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan model permainan sirkuit “rilo ngale” untuk mengetahui efektifitas pada keterampilan motorik kasar siswa terutama pada siswa jenjang sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pre-experimental, dengan desain one group pretest-postest. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel 15 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok kecil dan 30 siswa untuk uji coba kelompok lapangan. Hasil tes psikomotorik yang dilakukan pada uji coba kelompok kecil terdapat 4 siswa yang memperoleh rentang nilai 60-79% yang berarti (baik), dan terdapat 11 siswa yang mendapatkan rentang nilai >80% yang berarti (sangat baik). Sedangkan untuk uji coba lapangan mendapatkan perolehan sekitar 13 siswa dengan rentang nilai 60-79 yang berarti (baik) dan terdapat 17 siswa mendapatkan rentang nilai >80 yang berarti (sangat baik). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model permainan sirkut “rilo ngale” efektif dan dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran motorik pada siswa jenjang sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Empowerment for Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in South Korea can be focused on protection during their employment. PMIs in South Korea have access to a fairly well-established legal system, but many have not been able to make optimal use of it due to a lack of understanding, language barriers, and limited support. Through empowerment in legal protection, the rights of PMIs can be better safeguarded. In addition, local communities play a vital role in creating a fair and safe working environment for PMIs. The target partners of this community service activity, a collaboration among Indonesian Teacher Education Institutes (LPTK), are groups of PMIs located in Daejeon City, South Korea. The activities took place at Annoor Mosque in Daejeon. The objectives of this community service initiative are to:(1) strengthen understanding and awareness of PMI rights, such as minimum wage, working hours, and holidays;(2) enhance protection for PMIs in South Korea; (3) reinforce solidarity between PMIs, the service team, and the targeted PMI partners. The outcomes of the activities have met the targets, which include: (1) positive responses from the target partners regarding the materials and activities conducted; (2) issuance of a copyright certificate; (3) media publication; and (4) an Implementation Agreement.
