Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of empathy training through emotional expression cards on helpful behavior and aggressive behavior in preschool children. The subjects of this study are the group B children of Bina Anak Sholeh kindergarten Tuban. It uses purposive random sampling technique. A total of 28 children were sampled and divided into 14 children as experimental and control group. The instruments used are image tests of helpful behavior and aggressive behavior. Data were analyzed by using Mann Whitney U Test to test two independent samples using SPSS 16 for windows. From the data analysis, it is known that hypotheses 1, 2, and 3 are accepted, namely 1) The positive effect of empathy training through emotional expression cards on helpful behavior and aggressive behavior in experimental and control group; 2) The positive effect of empathy training through emotional expression cards on helpul behavior of preschool children; 3) There is a negative effect of empathy training through emotional expression cards on aggressive behavior of preschool children.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling in Indonesia has been around since the 1970s. Despite all the obstacles in his journey, Guidance and counseling continue to develop. Counselor Profession has taken a role in optimizing the potential of individuals who receive their services. Along with the entry of globalization, the role of the counselor is increasingly central, the problems faced by the counselors are increasingly diverse. Governments through professional organizations have developed a standardized guide to meet the inherent expectations of the Counselor profession. Through this article the author tries to give an overview of the responsibilities that must be met by the counselor in various settings as an effort to maintain and improve the lives of effective counselee.

Abstract

AbstractThe meaning of life is a value that a person believes and becomes the basis of people's behavior in living the process of life. And become an important thing as the foundation of human existence. The meaning of life is personal and can be found in any conditions and however by every individual even being a prisoner who is languishing in a penitentiary with limitations and loss of freedom possessed. There are values that become the the source of meaningful life of the inmates as the results of this study show that from the three subjects of which two of them re-discover the meaning of life that is the creative value, value of appreciation and the value of attitude. So it can be a healthy person like the individual in general while one subject can no longer find the meaning of life it is influenced by the fulfillment or not the needs of the subject and the level of quality of appreciation, value of attitude and their different creativity.

Abstract

Abstract

Peran orang tua dalam memotivasi belajar anaknya yaitu; orang tua mempunyai tugas untuk menyayangi anak-anaknya. menjaga ketentraman dan ketenangan lingkungan rumah serta menyiapkan ketenangan jiwa anak-anak. saling menghormati antara orang tua dan anak, serta orang tua harus menjaga hak-hak hukum mereka terkait dengan diri mereka dan orang lain. Peran orang tua dalam pendidikan akan menentukan keberhasilan bagi pendidikan anak-anaknya yaitu pendidik, pendorong/motivator dan fasilitator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa Kelas X OTKP SMKN Ngraho Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimental, dengan desain eksperimen pre-post test one group desain, yaitu eksperimen yang dilakukan pada satu kelompok saja tanpa kelompok pembanding. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa X OTKP SMKN Ngraho Bojonegoro. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yakni dengan mengambil sampel dari siswa X OTKP yang memiliki perilaku prososial rendah. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala perilaku prososial yang berupa skala likert sebanyak 32 item pernyataan dengan 4 alternatif pilihan jawaban. Sebelum diberikan kepada sampel penelitian, instrumen diujicobakan lalu diuji validitas dengan menggunakan SPSS rumus Product Moment selanjutnya diuji reliabilitas dengan menggunakan SPSS rumus Alpha Cronbach. Setelah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan penelitian dengan menyebarkan instrumen kepada sampel penelitian sebagai pretes yang selanjutnya diketahui siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori perilaku prososial tinggi, sedang dan rendah. Selanjutnya dilakukan bimbingan kelompok teknik sosiodrama sebagai treatment sebanyak 6 kali. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor rata-rata pretes sebesar 53,25 dan rata-rata postes sebesar 93,13. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatan perilaku prososial pada siswa kelas X OTKP SMKN Ngraho Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Sekolah merupakan pusat perubahan; baik perubahan secara fikiran dan maupun perubahan tingkah laku. Salah satu faktor utama melestarikan hidup islami ialah memasukkan nilai-nilai islam dalam sistem pendidikan. Masuknya pendekatan behavioristik dalam program pendidikan dirasa perlu untuk membantu membina akhlak siswa agar meraka lebih baik dalam belajar dan kepribadiannya. Termasuk pembinaan akhlak siswa. Pendekatan behavior memiliki berbagai macam teknik menangani masalah seperti token ekonomi, overcorrection dan lain sebagainya. Sebagai pendekatan yang telah banyak digunakan, tentunya pendekatan konseling behavioral memberi banyak keuntungan pada konseli atau klien yang ditangani, sehingga keunggulan dari pendekatan ini tidak perlu diragukan lagi. Akan tetapi, beberapa penelitian menyebutkan bahwa pendekatan konseling behavioral bukanlah tanpa kekurangan. Ibarat dua sisi mata pisau, disatu sisi dapat membantu pekerjaan seseorang, namun juga dapat melukai orang yang menggunakannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodelogi penelitian pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang yang diamati. Sedangkan pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini meliputi wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the self-management of final students at STAI Attanwir who are married in completing their final assignment. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative research method. The population in this study were STAI Attanwir students who were married as many as 27 students and with the simple random sampling technique, 15 students were determined as the primary data source. While secondary data sources were obtained from 4 students, journals and documentation. This researcher uses structured interview methods, non-participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques developed by Miles & Huberman. While the validity of the data in this study uses triangulation. The research results obtained show that there are four factors that influence the self-management of STAI Attanwir students who are married in completing their final assignment, namely healthy factors, skills, action and identity. The most influential factor in self-management in completing the final assignment is identity, where by knowing their role as a student, students will complete their final assignment by dividing the roles they play daily. While there are four aspects that influence the self-management of STAI Attanwir students who are married in completing their final assignment, namely self motivation, self organization, self control, and self development. The aspect that most influences is self-development. Where students realize that self-development can support the career that they are currently or will have after graduating from college, in addition to the usefulness of the knowledge they gain in lectures for their role as wives and mothers.
