Taman Kanak-kanak adalah jenjang pendidikan dasar yang merupakan suatu upaya pembinaan yang ditujukan untuk anak sejak lahir sampai dengan usia enam tahun yang dilakukan melalui pemberian rangsangan pendidikan untuk membantu pertumbuhan dan perkembangan jasmani dan rohani anak agar memiliki kesiapan dalam memasuki pendidikan yang lebih lanjut. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran dengan mengaplikasikan modul pembelajaran membaca cepat dengan Metode Satu Bulan Bisa Baca ke dalam web mobile. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini, diperlukan suatu observasi untuk mengetahui materi-materi yang diberikan dan minat para siswa agar dalam perancangan aplikasi nanti bisa sesuai dengan apa yang diminati oleh para siswa. Aplikasi pembelajaran ini berfungsi sebagai alat yang membantu siswa dalam belajar membaca cepat di TK Ibnu Sina Batam.

Rapid economic progress has made entrepreneurs take various steps to advance their business. The methods they use always follow current trends and follow technological developments. The way people shop has changed as a result of advances in technology and easier internet access; Digital marketing methods are very important for business expansion. In this competitive business environment, the city of Medan is no less competitive in introducing local brands that they produce through digital media. One of the local brand companies in the city of Medan is Wholesaler Olshop and here the researchers want to explore what digital marketing strategies are used to increase brand awareness so that they can compete with the many fashion companies in Indonesia ranging from local brands to foreign brands. The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach to determine digital marketing strategies in increasing Brand Awareness in online wholesale companies. Descriptive is a problem formulation that describes or explores the social conditions that will be researched in a comprehensive and in-depth manner. Digital marketing strategies have become the main key in increasing brand awareness for online wholesalers. By utilizing social media such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, online wholesalers can expand their audience reach and build a strong online presence.

In efforts to encourage and maintain the results of work to accelerate the development of national intelligence, it is important to feel the existence of legal protection for copyright. This study aims to analyze the library policy of SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah on copyright to prevent the risk of plagiarism in the school environment. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and interviews. Data analysis used in this study is the Miles and Huberman model analysis called the "flowing data analysis" model which is carried out interactively and continues continuously until the data is saturated. The study results indicate that copyright policies and efforts to prevent plagiarism in the library of SMA Negeri 1 Sei Rampah are still quite low. This is due to the inadequate understanding of librarians regarding copyright policies.

Learning to be independent presents a number of challenges for students with intellectual disabilities, including communication and social interaction issues. Their capacity to comprehend directions, communicate needs, and interact with people may be impacted by this. In addition, individuals with intellectual disabilities often struggle with emotional regulation, which makes it more difficult for them to adjust to their environment. This highlights the necessity of offering suitable help and guidance in the field of education so that individuals with intellectual disabilities can reach their full potential. It turns out that the development of independence in students with intellectual disabilities is significantly influenced by the quality of interpersonal connection between teachers and students. Using a case study at a Special School (SLB C Karya Tulus), this study intends to examine interpersonal communication patterns between instructors and students in the context of helping individuals with intellectual disabilities become more independent. The descriptive approach, combined with a qualitative research methodology, aims to provide verbal interpretations of the research findings. Direct observation, teacher and administrator interviews, and the review of pertinent documents were the methods used to gather data. The study's findings demonstrate the critical role that interpersonal communication has in the development of student independence between mentally handicapped pupils at SLB C Karya Tulus and their teachers. Good and honest communication can boost students' enthusiasm to learn, give them more self-assurance, and improve the bond between teachers and students. These results highlight how crucial it is to focus on the interpersonal communication quality in order to assist students with intellectual disabilities in developing their independence in an inclusive learning environment.

The aim of this research is to evaluate the problems faced in the use of science learning media, especially material material, at the elementary school level. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method and uses data collection methods such as observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research involved fourth grade teachers from five elementary schools in Bandar Baru District. The results of the research show several main problems, namely: (1) limited number of concrete learning media that can show changes in the shape of objects, (2) little variation in learning media that can show abstract concepts about the characteristics of solid, liquid and gas objects, and (3 ) little use of technology-based learning media to help understanding (4) Teachers' difficulties in developing learning media that suit the characteristics of the material and elementary school students, and (5) The use of learning media is not yet optimal in facilitating active and exploratory learning. Recommendations from this research include: procurement of adequate learning media, training in developing innovative learning media for teachers, as well as optimizing the use of learning media in the science teaching and learning process in elementary schools.

This study aims to determine the role of POCADI (Digital Reading Corner) in Fostering Community Reading Interest in the Astaka Eqs Mtq Tebing-High Corner Pulpit, the efforts made to foster reading interest and the obstacles experienced by POCADI (digital reading corner).The the method used in this study is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people or behavior observed, while the data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicates that the efforts made by the Digital Reading Corner consist of collaborating with schools, improving facilities and infrastructure, promoting and socializing.

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai “Pemanfaatan Koleksi Perpustakaan Setum Polda Sumut Oleh Pegawai Negeri Pada Polri (PNPP) Di Lingkungan Kepolisian Daerah Sumatera Utata”. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan koleksi oleh pegawai (pemustaka) dan kendala yang dihadapi pegawai serta strategi yang diberikan perpustakaan dalam menghadapi kendala yang terjadi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam tehnik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan tehnik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan tehnik analisis data melewati tiga tahap diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Terdapat 10 informan dalam penelitian ini, diantaranya 2 orang staff perpustakaan, 5 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan 3 orang Anggota Polri. This research discusses "Utilization of the North Sumatra Police Setum Library Collection by Civil Servants at the National Police (PNPP) within the North Sumatra Regional Police". The main problem in this research is the use of collections by employees (users) and the obstacles faced by employees as well as the strategies provided by the library in dealing with the obstacles that occur. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach method. In data collection techniques, this research uses interview, observation and documentation techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques go through three stages, including data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. There were 10 informants in this research, including 2 library staff, 5 civil servants and 3 members of the National Police. The results of this research show that the use of collections available in libraries is used in two ways, namely reading in the library and borrowing library collections for various needs, for example in solving problems faced, as a source of information, research infrastructure and recreation by users, especially civil servants. At the National Police (PNPP). There are several obstacles that occur in utilizing the library collection, such as time constraints, the library collection is still less varied and requires digital facilities. There are strategies to minimize the obstacles that occur, including obtaining collection loans, recommending titles related to the book you are looking for and recommending visiting public libraries and processing the digitization system Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pemanfaatan koleksi yang tersedia di perpustakaan dimanfaatkan dengan dua cara yaitu membaca di perpustakaan dan meminjam koleksi perpustakaan dengan berbagai kebutuhan misalnya saja dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi, sebagai sumber informasi, prasarana penelitian dan rekreasi oleh para pemustaka khususnya para Pegawai Negeri Pada Polri (PNPP). Terdapat beberapa kendala yang terjadi dalam pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaannya seperti kendala yaitu Keterbatasan waktu, perpustaaan yaitu koleksinya masih kurang bervariasi dan memerlukan fasilitas digital. Terdapat strategi untuk meminimalisir kendala yang terjadi diantaranya, memperolehkan peminjaman koleksi, merekomendasikan judul yang berkaitan dengan buku yang cari serta merekomendasikan mengunjungi perpustakaan umum dan memproses sistem digitalisasi.

This study aims to determine the impact of library collection usability on students' interest in visiting the library at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Padang Lawas. The research employed a quantitative methodology with an associative approach to analyze the relationship between the variables of collection usability (X) and students' interest in visiting the library (Y). Data were collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical techniques, including Product Moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results indicated a positive and significant relationship between collection usability and students' interest in visiting the library, with a correlation coefficient of 0.373. Hypothesis testing showed that library collection usability positively and significantly affects students' interest in visiting the library, accounting for 45.9% of the variance explained by the collection usability variable. These findings emphasize the importance of improving the quality and relevance of library collections to enhance students' interest in visiting the library

In the increasingly competitive beauty industry, building strong brand awareness is key to maintaining market relevance, especially among young consumers. This study aims to analyze the role of the Wardah Youth Ambassador (WYA) Medan community in increasing brand awareness of the halal cosmetic brand Wardah in Medan City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that WYA Medan actively organizes educational and promotional activities both online and offline that are able to attract the attention of the young market. Programs such as beauty classes, social campaigns, and consistent social media content have been proven to increase brand recognition, brand recall, and top of mind achievement. Analysis of social media engagement shows that applicative content such as skincare routines has the highest engagement rate, reflecting the strength of the community's digital approach. Thus, WYA Medan plays a role as a strategic agent that strengthens Wardah's brand awareness through a community-based marketing approach that focuses on emotional closeness and participatory communication
