Untuk mewujudkan tujuan dari Undang-Undang nomor dua puluh tahun dua ribu tiga Bab satu pasal satu ayat satu yaitu agar peserta didik secara aktif mengembangkan potensi dirinya untuk memiliki kekuatan spiritual keagamaan, pengendalian diri, kepribadian, kecerdasan, akhlak mulia, serta keterampilan yang diperlukan dirinya, masyarakat, bangsa dan negara. Pada penelitian ini ditemukanlah upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengembangkan bahasa arab santri Tahfidzul Qur’an generasi Rabbani. Adapun Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Dengan metode ini peneliti dapat memahami dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru bahasa arab, dengan teknik wawancara, observasi partisipatif dan analisis dokumen untuk pengumpulan data yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil Observasi penulis di lapangan dimana teknik komunikasi informatif di terapkan dalam pembinaan tahfidz Al-Qur‟an terhadap santri Tahfidz Generasi Rabbani Medan, sebelum dimulai kegiatan tahfidz semua pembina melakukan musyawarah untuk membahas bagaimana cara membina santri dalam melakukan kegiatan menghafal dari usia dini. Kemudian upaya yang berhasil diterapkan guru bahasa arab adalah teknik komunikasi dalam pembinaan tahfidz Alquran yang dapat diterapkan yaitu dengan menerapkan komunikasi informatif, komunikasi persuasif, komunikasi instruktif / Koersif, dan hubungan manusiawi.

Artikel ini memaparkan tentang kemampuan siswa pada keterampilan mendengar atau maharah istima’. Tujuannya ialah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan mendengar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas atau PTK. Adapun metode untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu dengan observasi, interview dan test. Adapun hasil penelitian perolehan nilai yang didapat siswa membuat peneliti yakin bahwasanya peningkatan kemahiran mendengar dalam pemutaran audio pembelajaran bahasa Arab pada siswa kelas dua SMP bisa diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode audiolingual karena metode tersebut bisa memusatkan konsentrasi siswa pada materi yang diajarkan.

Di Pondok Pesantren moderen Ta’dib Al-Syakirin, proses penguasaan kosa kata bahasa Arab masih kurang efektif serta belum dapat memanfaatkan media pembelajaran secara baik dan masih menggunakan cara-cara konvensional sehingga minat belajar siswa dalam bahasa Arab menjadi berkurang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan observasi. Dalam penelitian ini masalah yang dikaji adalah penggunaan media gambar untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata dalam bahasa Arab kelas VII MTs Pondok Pesantren moderen Ta’dib Al-Syakirin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan media gambar dalam meningkatan penguasaan kosa kata dalam bahasa Arab bagi siswa kelas VII MTs Pondok Pesantren moderen Ta’dib Al-Syakirin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kosa kata dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kelas VII MTs Pondok Pesantren moderen Ta’dib Al-Syakirin. Guru memberikan gambar dari kosa kata yang ingin diajarkan dan siswa menebak gambar tersebut, Guru memberikan kosa kata dalam bahasa Arab, Siswa menirukan ucapan guru, Siswa menghafalkan kosa kata baru, Siswa membuat sebuah contoh kalimat dari kosa kata baru, Guru mengoreksi benar atau salah dari contoh kalimat siswa.

The research explores how Instagram plays a role in strengthening the religious identity of teenagers, specifically focusing on UINSU students from the Class of 2020. Utilizing a qualitative phenomenological approach, the study involved 7 informants from the Department of Communication Science and Islamic Counseling Guidance. The findings reveal that Instagram is a crucial platform for teenagers to reflect upon and reinforce their religious identity, particularly through sharing religious content such as preaching clips. An inclusive campus environment positively impacts this identity formation, encouraging students to express and solidify their religious beliefs. The motivations behind sharing religious content include providing knowledge, offering motivation, and conveying da’wah. However, the use of Instagram can also lead to identity conflicts between religious values and the desire for personal expression. This study provides a new perspective on how social media influences the formation of teenagers' religious identity and highlights the complexity of maintaining this identity in both the digital world and everyday life

This article investigates the patterns of digital communication and flirting tactics in online dating applications, with a particular focus on Meeff and its impact on Generation Z. The urgency of this research lies in the increasing use of dating applications among young people aged 18 to 24, indicating a significant shift from conventional to digital interactions. This study employs a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to delve deeply into user experiences. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with active Meeff users, whose narratives were analyzed using content analysis to identify common themes, motives, and behavior patterns. The results of the study reveal that online identity construction and self-presentation play a crucial role in shaping the dynamics of digital communication. Users strategically select profile photos, write engaging bios, and use appropriate emojis and language styles to enhance their appeal. Recommendation algorithms and real-time notifications support these strategies by providing relevant suggestions and helping users manage their interactions more effectively. Additionally, the study found that the timing of message delivery and responsiveness are essential components of flirting tactics, which can enhance conversation flow and demonstrate genuine interest. The conclusion of this study asserts that the combination of technology utilization and effective self-presentation strategies not only increases the success in attracting attention but also in maintaining long-term interactions, creating more adaptive and responsive relationships.

Riset ini membahas tentang bagaimana perilaku komunikasi Intrepersonal dalam penggunaan media sosial Youtube pada anak remaja di kelurahan Pulo Brayan Darat I, Kecamatan Medan Timur khususnya lingkungan XI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perilaku komunikasi interpersonal dalam penggunaan media sosial YouTube pada anak remaja berusia 13-17 tahun salah satunya pelajar SMA dan dampak perilaku yang mempengaruhi pada anak remaja dalam pengguna media sosial Youtube tersebut. Metode penelitian ini yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Studi kasus deskriptif sebagai proses penelitian untuk menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa tertulis maupun lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang diamati berupa observasi dan wawancara adalah teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini. Dengan mewawancarai key informan dari pihak Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Sumatera Utara, Kepala Lurah Pulo Brayan Darat I, pelajar SMA dan juga orang tua terdiri dari 7 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku komunikasi interpersonal dalam penggunaan media sosial youtube. Dan dampak dari anak remaja dalam penggunaan media sosial YouTube dapat menimbulkan kecanduan penggunaan media sosial tersebut. Sehingga, anak remaja menjadi berperilaku yang menyimpang. Kata Kunci : Perilaku; Komunikasi Interpersonal; YouTube; Remaja ABSTRACT This research discusses how Intrepersonal communication behavior in the use of Youtube social media among teenagers in the Pulo Brayan Darat I village, East Medan District, especially the XI environment. The purpose of this study was to find out how interpersonal communication behavior in the use of YouTube social media among teenagers aged 13-17 years, one of them is high school students and the impact of behavior that affects teenagers on Youtube social media users. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Descriptive case studies as a research process to produce descriptive data in the form of written and oral from people and observed behavior in the form of observations and interviews are data collection techniques carried out in this study. By interviewing key informants from the Department of Communication and Information of North Sumatra, the Head of Pulo Brayan Darat I Village, high school students and also their parents consisting of 7 people. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication behavior in the use of social media youtube. And the impact of teenagers in using YouTube social media can lead to addiction to the use of social media. So, teenagers become deviant behavior. ABSTRAK Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan sebuah proses penyampaian informasi baik antara seseorang dengan orang lain atau seseorang dengan kelompok kecil yang tentu saja mempengaruhi terjadinya komunikasi yang dilakukan. Hal ini dapat menjadi dasar dari penelitian ini dan dapat didefinisikan bahwa pemikiran ini tentang poin untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses komunikasi yang dilakukan antara orang tua dengan anak yang ketergantungan bermain game online. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mengumpulkan informasi secara spesifik dan menganalisis semua data dari berbagai sumber dalam menyusun untuk menyediakan informasi yang muncul dan memberikan realitas terkait dengan bagaimana proses komunikasi interpersonal antara orang tua pada anak yang bergantung pada game online FreeFire di SDN 056018 Batang Serangan Langkat. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa triangulasi metode yang dimana digunakan untuk menggali kebenaran infomasi dengan berbagai sumber data dengan cara yang berbeda seperti dokumen, hasil observasi maupun hasil wawancara. Maka didapatkan hasil bahwa proses komunikasi interpersonal yang digunakan dapat berupa proses komunikasi dua arah dimana pada saat proses tersebut para orang tua memberikan pesan, informasi atau memberikan wejangan guna mendidik anak, sehingga sang anak yang merupakan komunikan dapat menerima pesan maupun informasi dengan baik dan dapat memberikan feedback. Kata Kunci : Komunikasi Interpersonal; Orang tua; Anak; Game Online. ABSTRACT Interpersonal communication is a process of delivering information either between a person and another person or someone with a small group which of course affects the occurrence of communication. This can be the basis of this research and it can be defined that this thinking is about the point to find out how the communication process is carried out between parents and children who are addicted to playing online games. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, which collects information specifically and analyzes all data from various sources in compiling to provide information that appears and provides reality related to how the interpersonal communication process between parents and children who depend on FreeFire online games at SDN 056018 Rare Attack Rod. By using data analysis techniques in the form of triangulation methods which are used to explore the truth of information with various data sources in different ways such as documents, observations and interviews. Then it was found that the interpersonal communication process used could be a two-way communication process where at the time of the process the parents gave messages, information or gave advice to educate children, so that the child who is the communicant can receive messages and information properly and can provide feedback. This study discusses the Application of Human Resource Management: A Case Study in the Library of the College of Agricultural Sciences-Agrobusiness Plantation in Medan. The purpose of this study was to determine the application and barriers to the application of human resource management in the Library of the College of Agricultural Sciences-Agrobusiness Plantation in Medan. The research method used is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature. Using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were librarians and staff at the Library of the College of Agricultural Sciences-Agrobusiness Plantation in Medan. The results showed that the implementation of human resource management in the STIP-AP Medan Library in general, library members were determined by the Deputy Chairman 2 as the Finance and HR Division at STIP-AP Medan. For the application of HR management in the job description made by the Head of the Library, based on a meeting with the staff of the STIP-AP Library, the results of the meeting were then proposed to Deputy Chair 1

This research is about the repository management strategy in the Library of the College of Agricultural and Plantation Sciences (STIPAP). The purpose of this research is to find out how the strategy of managing the repository in the STIPAP library. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques interview, observation and documentation. The research informants were the head of the STIPAP library and staff librarians. The results of the study show that in managing the repository in the Stipap library, the electronic collection is in the form of CD (softcopy) and hardcopy which is stored in the archive cabinet. The content contained in the STIPAP repository is 2837 Final Project titles, 57 Journal Titles, and 53 Final Project Titles. The STIPAP library does not digitize it, because it accepts soft copies from students. The strategy for managing the Stipap repository is with the role of HR (librarian) in managing the repository, information technology assistance to build the repository, and preservation of digital collections so that the collection can continue to be utilized.

This study discusses the User Education Program Development Strategy at the Medan City Government Library and Archives Service. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Strategy for Development of User Education Programs at the Medan City Government Library and Archives Service was. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this study were librarians at the Medan City Government Library and Archives Service. The results showed that there were several user education development strategies implemented by the Medan City Government Library and Archives Service in dealing with the obstacles that occurred. This activity aims to keep users from getting user education from the library.
