Abstract

Abstract: The Literature Review article on the Relationship between Managerial Performance and Work Experience and Leadership Style is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Managerial Performance is related to Work Experience; 2) Managerial Performance relates to Work Experience; and 3) Work Experience related to Leadership Style. Apart from these exogenous variables that influence endogenous variables, there are many other factors including the variables of Education, Work Motivation and Work Environment. Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Hubungan Kinerja Manajerial terhadap Pengalaman Kerja dan Gaya Kepemimpinan merupakan artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Kinerja Manajerial berhubungan terhadap Pengalaman Kerja; 2) Kinerja Manajerial berhubungan terhadap Pengalaman Kerja; dan 3) Pengalaman Kerja berhubungan terhadap Gaya Kepemimpinan. Selain dari variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen, masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya adalah variabel Pendidikan, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja.

Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan fenomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview Faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi Komitmen Berpikir Positif, yaitu : Inti Berpikir Positif, Factor – factor Berpikir Positif, Factor Etnosentris, Factor Egosentris Suatu Studi Literatur Berpikir Positif. Hasil dari library risearch ini adalah bahwa: 1). Facto Etnosentris berpegaruh terhadap Berpikir Positif, dan 2).Factor Egosentris berpengaruhterhadap Berpikir Positif.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to provide qualitative evidence related to the variables of this study from sources derived from national and international indexed journals or scientific articles found through Google Scholar. Researchers then make recommendations from their own perspectives. The research method used in this qualitative study uses a mini-review approach to achieve the research objectives. A mini-evaluation of the variables is done by reading and analyzing dozens of peer-reviewed journal articles. Research results, although still minimal and far from perfect, meet expectations and at least contribute to science and knowledge, especially in the areas of marketing management, service quality variables, customer satisfaction, and revenue improvement. I found out that there is. Just as customer satisfaction variables affect hotel room occupancy, service quality also affects hotel room occupancy. Increasing the above variables should always be done within the study population, especially for guests staying directly at the hotel. It should also be done in future research. There are gaps in other variables that could be used for future research, such as price, advertising, location, loyalty and brand image variables.

Abstract

Abstract: Literature articles reviewing the factors that influence tourists' interest in visiting are scientific articles that aim to build a research hypothesis on the influence of variables to be used in further research, within the scope of management science. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Destination image influences tourist interest in visiting; 2) Tourist attractiveness affects the interest of visiting tourists; and 3) Facilities affect the interest of visiting tourists. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that influence the endogenous variables of interest in visiting tourists there are still many other factors including the variables E-WOM, service quality, price suitability, perception, and convenience. Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu manajemen. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Citra destinasi berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan; 2) Daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan; dan 3) Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan. Selain dari 3 variabel exogen ini yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen minat berkunjung wisatawan masih banyak faktor lain di antaranya adalah variabel E-WOM, kualitas pelayanan, kesesuaian harga, persepsi, dan kemuahan.

Abstract

Abstract: The Literature Review article on the Effect of Entrepreneurial Spirit on Entrepreneurial Motivation and Interest is a research article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence of inter-variables which can later be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this literature review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this literature review article include: 1) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences Entrepreneurial Motivation; 2) Entrepreneurial Spirit influences the Interest in Entrepreneurship; and 3) Entrepreneurial Motivation influences Entrepreneurial Interest. Apart from the exogenous variables above that influence the endogenous variables of Motivation and Interest in Entrepreneurship, there are other factors which include: Income expectations, Entrepreneurial knowledge, Personal independence, Family environment and Creativity. Abstrak: Artikel Literature Review Pengaruh Jiwa Kwirausahaan terhadap Motivasi dan Minat Berwirausaha merupakan suatu artikel penelitian yang bertujuan dalam membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang nantinya dapat digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Metode penulisan artikel literature review ini yaitu dengan metode library research, yang bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini antara lain: 1) Jiwa Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi Berwirausaha; 2) Jiwa Kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha; dan 3) Motivasi Berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha. Selain dari variabel exogen diatas yang mempengaruhi variabel endogen Motivasi dan Minat Berwirausaha, terdapat faktor lain diantaranya meliputi: Ekspetasi pendapatan, Pengetahuan kewirausahaan, Kemandirian pribadi, Lingkungan keluarga dan Kreativitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial dan harga diri terhadap optimisme mahasiswa tingkat akhir dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Penelitian ini mengkaji berbagai penelitian terdahulu yang membahas tentang hubungan antara dukungan sosial, harga diri, dan optimisme dalam konteks mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial yang meliputi dukungan emosional, dukungan informasional, dan dukungan apresiatif memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan optimisme mahasiswa. Dukungan emosional dari keluarga, teman, dan lingkungan akademis dapat memberikan rasa nyaman dan aman secara psikologis, sehingga mahasiswa lebih percaya diri dalam menghadapi tantangan. Dukungan informasional seperti bimbingan akademis dan nasihat karier membantu mahasiswa merancang masa depan mereka dengan lebih terarah, sedangkan dukungan apresiatif berupa pengakuan dan penghargaan meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dan motivasi mahasiswa. Selain itu, harga diri juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap optimisme mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Mahasiswa dengan harga diri yang tinggi, yang meliputi rasa percaya diri, penerimaan diri, dan kepercayaan diri, cenderung memiliki harapan yang positif terhadap masa depan, lebih tangguh menghadapi rintangan, dan lebih percaya diri terhadap kemampuan diri sendiri. Kepercayaan diri membantu mahasiswa untuk lebih optimis dalam mengambil keputusan, penerimaan diri memungkinkan mereka untuk tetap termotivasi meskipun mengalami kegagalan, dan kepercayaan diri meningkatkan ketahanan mereka dalam mencapai tujuan. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan harga diri berperan penting dalam meningkatkan optimisme mahasiswa tingkat akhir.

The method of writing this Literature Review article is using the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this study are: 1) Recognition is related to Job Satisfaction and 2) Coworkers are related to Job Satisfaction. Apart from these two exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable Job Satisfaction, there are still many other factors including the variables of Salary, Work Environment and Workload. Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and analyze the effect of audit knowledge and experience on the detection of regional loss findings. This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate of Sijunjung Regency. The sampling method used the personally administered questionnaires technique. The test used is multiple regression. The results of the study show that audit knowledge and experience have an effect on the detection of regional loss findings. Based on the results of multiple linear regression tests, it was found that the most dominant variable was audit knowledge.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about rheumatoid arthritis. This research uses a descriptive method. The population is all the elderly who are in the Posyandu Elderly Housing Complex of the Balaibaru Police Working Area of the Belimbing Padang Health Center with a total sample of 82 elderly. The results showed that 78% of the elderly had good knowledge about rheumatoid arthritis and 64.4% of the elderly had a positive attitude about rheumatoid arthritis. Research on the description of the level of knowledge and attitudes of the elderly about rheumatoid arthritis has obtained good results, for this reason it is hoped that the Belimbing Padang Health Center can improve the provision of much more and more information about rheumatoid arthritis in order to improve the health status of the elderly much better better than before.

Abstract

The Literature Review article on the Effect of Organizational Internal Control, Leadership Style and Organizational Commitment on Managerial Performance is a scientific article that is useful in building research hypotheses regarding the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resource Management. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Organizational Internal Control has an effect on Managerial Performance; 2) Leadership Style has an effect on Managerial Performance; and 3) Organizational Commitment has an effect on Managerial Performance. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables that affect managerial performance endogenous variables, there are other factors including motivation, management control system and skills.
