<![CDATA[The research objective to be achieved is to provide empirical evidence that: Capital Expenditures have a significant effect on Maintenance Expenditures in the same year . Capital Expenditures have a significant effect on Maintenance Expenditures in different years. The difference in capital expenditure has a significant effect on the difference in maintenance expenditure in the same year. The type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method is a documentation study method where the data collection time is in the form of a time series (time series/historical). This research uses a simple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that Capital Expenditures have a significant effect on Maintenance Expenditures in the same year, namely 2015, this is proven by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Capital Expenditures have a significant effect on Maintenance Expenditures in different years. The difference in capital expenditures does not have a significant effect on the difference in maintenance expenditures in the same year, namely 2015, this is due to the significance value of 0.250 > 0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[The Literature Review Review of Salaries and Work Environment on Productivity is a scientific article that aims to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables that will be used in further research, within the scope of Human Resources Management . The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) Wages have an effect on Productivity; and 2) Work Environment has an effect on Productivity. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variables of Productivity, there are still many other factors including the variables of Co-Workers, Leader and Workload.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses the analysis of the application of artificial intelligence to the productivity of information media companies. Where this research examines previous research to support the problem formulation. A qualitative research approach was applied. Data was obtained from internet sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, DOAJ, and EBSCO. The results of this research include: 1) The application of Artificial Intelligence affects the productivity of information media companies: where Artificial Intelligence will make employee work easier, so that the workload given by the company will be completed easily and quickly by employees; 2) The use of Artificial Intelligence affects the quality of the content produced: where information media companies are closely related to content, including videos, photos and so on; 3) Challenges faced by companies in implementing Artificial Intelligence in their operational activities: where human resources are not yet accustomed to using AI optimally; and 4) Employees' response to the application of Artificial Intelligence in the company: they feel interested, motivated, and want to know more about the application of AI in their company. But there are some employees who consider AI a threat to them and think it will replace their jobs]]>

<![CDATA[Rumah Sakit (RS) merupakan institusi pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat serta menjadi pilar penting dalam sistem kesehatan yang lebih luas. Dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya, RS didukung oleh Dokter, perawat, tenaga medis serta bagian administrasi yang merupakan sumber daya manusia yang berperan sebagai pegawai tenaga professional yang berperan memberikan pelayanan pada pasien. Sebagai tenaga professional, tentu harus mampu melaksanakan pekerjaannya dengan baik sehingga mampu menghasilkan output yang maksimal sesuai dengan harapan. Terutamanya perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan yang sering berinteraksi dengan pasien maupun keluarga pasien, tentu saja harus professional dalam menjalani profesinya, dengan menunjukan kinerja yang maksimal baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas sebagai prestasi kerja dalam periode waktu tertentu yang disesuaikan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Kajian ini mengangkat kinerja perawat pada RS. Penelitian ini terdiri dari beberapa bagian. Pertama, tinjauan literatur berfokus pada kinerja perawat. Kedua, model penelitian dan proposisi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada tinjauan literatur penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya, seperti factor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat. Dalam konteks kinerja perawat pada RS berperan penting dalam teori dan penelitian perilaku organisasi untuk pengembangan organisasi. Hal ini karena kinerja perawat yang baik pada akhirnya akan mampu memberikan kepuasan bagi pasien. Selain itu kinerja perawat yang optimal juga mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional rumah sakit secara keseluruhan. Perawat yang bekerja dengan produktivitas tinggi dapat membantu mengurangi waktu rawat inap pasien dan meminimalkan biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh rumah sakit. Dengan demikian, sumber daya rumah sakit dapat digunakan dengan lebih efisien untuk melayani lebih banyak pasien.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and social influence on mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University's students. The type of research is causative. The numbers of the sample were 100 respondents who had been taken by accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the 3.0 WarpPLS program. The results of this research show that: (1) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant influence on the mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University students. (2) Perceived ease of use has positive and not significant influence on mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University's students. (3) Social influence positive and significant influence on mobile commerce usage activities in Padang State University's students.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the level of institutional ownership on the relationship between asset quality, leverage, efficiency, BI rate and business risk. The method used in this study is explanatory research. Data analysis in this study is the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. From the results of the research that has been done, several conclusions are obtained as follows: Asset quality has no significant negative effect on business risk. Leverage has a significant negative effect on business risk. Efficiency has a significant positive effect on business risk. BI rate has no significant negative effect on business risk. Institutional ownership has no effect on the relationship between asset quality, leverage, efficiency and business risk.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to see the effect of use Mind Map Media (Mind Mapping) on student learning outcomes in social studies class IX at SMP Negeri 1 Lubuk Attitude. This research uses a quantitative approach in the form of Quasy Experiment . The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling , so that the samples were students of class IX.6 (Experimental class ) and students of class IX . 4 (Control class). Data collection techniques in the form of objective questions as many as 30 questions. After obtaining the data, a normality test and homogeneity test were carried out on the learning outcome data, then the t-test was continued . The results of the study show the average value of students who use Mind Map Media (Mind Mapping) that is 77.53 higher than students who use conventional media that is 70.5.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of lending and an educated workforce on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data, namely Credit Distribution and Educated Labor Against Economic Growth in Indonesia in 1982-2012 from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. This study uses a multiple linear regression model. The results of the study show that (1) Credit Distribution has a significant effect on Economic Growth in Indonesia with a probability value of 0.0000 <?=0.05 (2) Educated Workforce has a significant effect on Economic Growth in Indonesia where the probability value is 0.0000> ?=0.05 Credit Distribution and Labor Educated work has a joint effect on economic growth in Indonesia by 99 percent.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem in this research is the effect of economic growth, education and unemployment on poverty levels. This type of research is descriptive and associative research through secondary data. The results showed that (1) economic growth had a negative and significant effect on poverty by -1.4409 percent with a probability value = 0.00 2 (2) education had a negative and significant effect on poverty by -0.4376 percent with a probability value = 0. 006 (3) Unemployment has a positive and insignificant effect on poverty by 0.502 percent with a probability value = 0.1771.]]>
