Abstract

This study aims: is to determine the occupancy rate at Hotel Wisata Palu, which causes it to survive the immense competition in the hotel business sector in Palu City. In 2019, the room occupancy rate increased, with the deluxe premium room type, the number of rooms sold in 2019 amounting to 159 rooms with an occupancy value of 79.5. Only room types, the number of rooms sold in 2019, is 216 rooms with an occupancy value of 15.43. The number of superior rooms sold in 2019 is 945 rooms with an occupancy value of 236.26. Standard room types, the number of rooms sold in 2019 amounted to 1,085 rooms with an occupancy value of 180.83. Hotel Wisata Palu management maintains occupancy rates and understands market demands supported by a good marketing strategy. Hotel Wisata Palu, as a service company, can implement a service marketing strategy and see the realities of business in Palu City

Abstract

In encouraging quality early childhood education (PAUD) services, it is hoped that PAUD mothers can join hands with all elements of society and the Sigi district government, so that the provision of early childhood education services (PAUD) is optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the leadership of early childhood education mothers in early childhood education in Sigi Biromaru District. The results of the study illustrate that the leadership of PAUD mothers in Sigi Biromaru Subdistrict in providing directions about the care or guidance of their students has intrinsically strong motivation so that it has a positive impact on their students. It must be understood that the purpose of early childhood education is a basic foundation of education. The ability of educators to play a very important role in the development of basic abilities and the potential for children's intelligence which will influence them at higher levels.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the work implementation of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency according to standard operating procedures. The results of the study indicate that the quantity of work is related to work concentration, work completion, expertise and additional work time. The amount of work can be obtained from the results of the answers to the questionnaire of the state civil apparatus, which reveals that the level of work quantity can optimally complete the workload given. The quality of work at the Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency is closely related to the effectiveness of the work produced; this is due to the level of accuracy of the state civil servants. In optimizing working time, and the greater the knowledge they have, especially theoretical ones. The Regional Secretariat of Sigi Regency is a government organization that cannot be separated from services to the community, the use of time in work is required to improve organizational governance and use of resources to complete work by established operational standards

Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest in shopping for goods online at Mitha Mum Shop Palu. The results of the research on the distribution of respondents on the statement of wanting to buy products at Mitha Mum Shop Palu because of the variety of answers to agree as many as 15 people or 16.3% strongly, Agree as many as 59 people or 64.1% and neutral as many as 18 people or 19.6 %. The results of the distribution of respondents to statements referencing Mitha Mum Shop Palu products to others answered strongly agree as many as 22 people or 23.9%, Agree as many as 49 people or 53.3%, neutral as many as 20 people or 21.7% and disagree as many as one people or 1.1%. The results of the distribution of respondents to the question feel happy to buy products at Mitha Mum Shop Palu that respondents who answered strongly agree as many as 18 people or 19.6%, agree as much as 51 or 55.4%, and neutral as many as 23 people or 25%. The results of the distribution of respondents to questions looking for information on the latest products at Mitha Mum Shop Palu that respondents who answered strongly agree were 23 people or 25%, Agree as many as 55 or 59.8% and neutral as many as 14 people or 15.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine data management on the gross regional domestic product at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sigi Regency. Management of Sigi Regency Gross Regional Domestic Product data shows several uses of the final product manifested in the form of "final demand." The final demand referred to consists of components of household final consumption expenditure (PK-RT), final consumption expenditure of non-profit institutions serving households (PK-LNPRT), government final consumption expenditure (PK-P), gross fixed capital formation ( PMTB), Changes in Inventory (PI), as well as components of exports of goods and services.

Abstract

PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Donggala as a communicator provides understanding and understanding to the community in the company environment showing its existence or presence as part of the community in the Donggala area to grow and develop in line with the development of PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Donggala. PT. Pertamina (Persero) Fuel Terminal Donggala has a goal to affect corporate social responsibility (CSR) recipients positively. The research objective was to identify and analyze the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT. Pertamina Fuel Terminal Donggala. The results showed that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program at PT. Pertamina Fuel Terminal Donggala runs optimally by the PT. Pertamina focuses on four pillars, namely green Pertamina, intelligent Pertamina, independent Pertamina, and healthy Pertamina.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of natural disaster tackling in Kota Palu by analyzing job performance at the Office of the local disaster tackling institute of Kota Palu. To measure the Office's job performance of the local catastrophe tackling institute of Kota Palu, some suitable aspects are used, namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. Research findings show that those aspects are expected to become measuring the standard of valuation of job perfomance of the organization of the local disaster tackling institute of Kota Palu.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah faktor finansial, faktor fisik, faktor sosial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palu. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. , diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 19,697 > F tabel sebesar 2,72 dengan tingkat probabilitas 0,000 < 0,05 dalam hal ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator faktor finansial, faktor fisik, faktor sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja (Y) pada kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palu. Dari hasil perhitungan X1= thitung 3,007 > ttabel 1,99125 pada tingkat kepercayaan 5% atau dengan ini nilai koefesien regresi 0.004 < 0.05 dan X2= thitung 2,597 > ttabel sebesar 1,99125 dengan nilai koefesien regresi 0.011 < 0.05 sedangkan X3= thitung 2,911 > ttabel sebesar 1,99125 dengan nilai koefesien regresi 0.005 < 0.05 hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor finansial (X1), faktor fisik (X2), faktor sosial (X3) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palu. Faktor finansial (X1) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai (Y) dengan nilai thitung 3,007 > ttabel 1,99125 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5% atau nilai koefisien regresi 0.004 < 0.05 pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palu.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, diperoleh F-hitung sebesar 36,237 dengan tingkat profitabilitas 0,000 (signifikan), dengan nilai probabilitas jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendidikan (X1), keterampilan (X2) dan konsep diri (X3) secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (Y)Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Dari hasi perhitungan uji t-hitung X1 = 2,338 pada kesalahan (alfa) 5% atau nilai probabilias 0,05 > 0,027, hal ini menunjukkan pendidikan (X1) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja guru (Y)Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Dari hasi perhitungan uji t-hitung X2 = 2,132 pada kesalahan (alfa) 5% atau nilai probabilias 0,05 > 0,042, hal ini menunjukkan keterampilan (X2) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja guru (Y)Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali. Dari hasi perhitungan uji t-hitung X3 = 2,722 pada kesalahan (alfa) 5% atau nilai probabilias 0,05 > 0,011, hal ini menunjukkan konsep diri (X3) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja guru (Y)Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Bungku Tengah Kabupaten Morowali.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil analisis terutama aspek manajemen, khususnya kinerja pegawai yang berkaitan dengan aspek-aspek penilaian kinerja yang dinilai meliputi kemampuan teknis, kemampuan konseptual dan kemampuan hubungan interpersonal dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif nilai tabulasi frekuensi menunjukkan bahwa, dari nilai rata-rata pernyataan 67 orang responden pada Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Keluarga Berencana, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kabupaten Mamuju Utara, dengan total penerapan indikator teknis secara keseluruhan jawaban responden sebesar 0,82 atau 82% pada tingkat hubungan Sangat Kuat (0,80-1,000), dimana indikator teknis, bagi pegawai dapat dipahami berdasarkan pekerjaan yang dilaksanakan serta menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan terlebih dahulu merumuskan tujuan yang akan dicapai. Total penerapan indikator konseptual secara keseluruhan jawaban responden sebesar 0,81 atau 81% pada tingkat hubungan Sangat Kuat (0,80-1,000), dimana indikator konseptual bagi pegawai mempunyai arti bahwa pegawai dapat melakukan pekerjaan yang diberikan selalu diselesaikan dengan penuh tanggung jawab, dan pegawai mempunyai kemampuan menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan target yang telah ditentukan oleh organisasi. Total penerapan indikator interpersonal secara keseluruhan jawaban responden yang menunjukkan bahwa 0,84 atau 84% pada tingkat hubungan Sangat Kuat (0,80-1,000), dimana indikator interpersonal bagi pegawai mempunyai arti penting bahwa dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan pegawai selalu kreatif dalam melaksanakan pekerjaanya, menjalin hubugan kerja dan bekerja sama dengan pihak lain dalam rangka menyelesaikan tugas-tugas sesuai dengan fungsinya dan pekerjaan yang diberikan.
