Abstract

Semenjak travel warning akibat pandemi Coronavirus disease 2019 dikeluarkan, pelaku usaha dalam klaster pariwisata di Pulau Lombok mengalami pasang surut bisnis. Pasca masa pandemi ini jumlah kunjungan wisatawan belum mencapai target. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi makna yang dirasakan dan pola perilaku pelaku usaha dalam klaster pariwisata di Pulau Lombok melalui tindakan persistensi dari pandemi yang menyebabkan travel warning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif-fenomenologi dengan sampel secara acak diambil dari berbagai jenis usaha dalam klaster pariwisata dan dianalisis melalui pengkodean data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persistensi bisa dilakukan jika bersamaan dengan resiliensi. Setelah resiliensi, pelaku usaha dapat secara seragam melakukan persistensi dengan menerapkan media digital untuk menawarkan jasa pariwisata baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar referensi dan rekomendasi bagi para pelaku usaha klaster pariwisata di Lombok untuk menjadikan media digital sebagai alat pemasaran utama.

Abstract

New influencers have emerged as part of the field of public relations as a result of technological advances. Communication with influencers on social media is the main focus for strategic communication. The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is increasing day by day. Research data collection techniques using secondary data are information obtained or collected data by scientists from various existing sources such as obtained from important documents, websites, books research results in choosing micro-influencers as a marketing medium, it is recommended to consider micro-influencers with attractive attractive characteristics, micro- influencers with quality expertise characteristics, and micro-influencers with trustworthy trust characteristics. By considering these three characteristics in choosing micro-influencers as a marketing medium, it is hoped that in the future it will be able to increase the formation of consumer attitudes towards good brands which can simultaneously increase buyer interest. Micro-influencers as a Public Relations Strategy in MSMEs is a strategic marketing method because many entities have recognized social media influencers as relevant intermediaries, especially because they have the ability to connect with stakeholders that are difficult to reach, such as niche markets or teenage and adult consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how digital transformation is implemented at SDN 2 Labuhan Lombok to improve services to students and parents, and to identify challenges encountered during the process. Digital transformation, in this context, encompasses changes to the learning system, administration, facilities, and technology-based counseling services. The study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that digital transformation has had a positive impact on communication effectiveness, administrative service efficiency, and parental involvement in the educational process. However, obstacles remain, such as limited infrastructure, low digital literacy, and minimal technology training for teachers and parents. With adequate infrastructure support and strengthening human resource capacity, digital transformation in elementary schools has the potential to sustainably improve the quality of educational services.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan strategi dan tantangan yang dihadapi Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kota Mataram dalam menjaga kualitas infrastruktur jalan melalui pendekatan swakelola. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara deskriptif berdasarkan model Miles & Huberman. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan skema swakelola terbukti efektif dan efisien dalam menangani kerusakan jalan berskala ringan hingga menengah, meningkatkan responsivitas pelayanan publik, serta mendorong partisipasi masyarakat melalui sistem pelaporan berbasis digital. Simpulan dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi swakelola mampu menjawab kebutuhan infrastruktur secara cepat dan adaptif, meskipun keberhasilannya tetap bergantung pada dukungan sumber daya teknis, koordinasi lintas sektor, dan perencanaan berbasis data yang terintegrasi. Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has changed the landscape of public relations (PR), encouraging organizations to adapt quickly in the way they communicate and build relationships with the public. This research aims to understand and develop relevant and effective PR strategies in the digital era, where the use of new media is the key to reaching audiences in a fast and efficient way. With a qualitative approach through literature study, analysis was carried out on various sources covering the positive and negative impacts of technology, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in PR. The results show that although AI offers efficiency and deep data analysis, there are risks of technology dependency and privacy concerns. This research emphasizes the importance of new skills for PR practitioners to be able to face modern challenges, while serving as a bridge between organizations and society. With an innovative approach, PR can improve brand reputation and awareness, and build stronger relationships in this digital era
