Abstract

The academic data processing system at ITSNU Pekalongan is not yet efficient, where activity recording is still carried out in the bookkeeping. This has the potential to cause data to be scattered and the preparation of management reports to take a long time. This study aims to design a UI (User Interface) and UI (User Experience) information system model for managing academic data at ITSNU Pekalongan. System development uses the Extreme Programming approach, where information collection is carried out by observation and question and answer. The results of research conducted at ITSNU Pekalongan concluded that with the construction of this system, it can help officers from BAAK, BAU and LPPM or LPM in managing academic data and information quickly, and can reduce errors in recording and conveying information. From testing the system, the reliability level was obtained with 65 respondents and the percentage proved 100%, which indicated that 65 respondents were suitable and there were no respondents who entered the Excluded type.Keywords: Academic information system; Extreme Programming; User Experience, User Interface AbstrakSistem pengolahan data akademik di ITSNU Pekalongan belum efisien, dimana pencatatan Kegiatan masih dilakukan dalam pembukuan. Hal ini berpotensi menyebabkan tercecernya data serta pembuatan laporan-laporan manajemen menjadi lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain model UI (User Interface) dan UI (User Experience) sistem informasi untuk mengelola data akademik di ITSNU Pekalongan. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan Extreme Programming, dimana pengumpulan informasi dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan serta tanya jawab. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di ITSNU Pekalongan menyimpulkan bahwa dengan dibangunnya sistem ini, dapat membantu petugas bagian BAAK, BAU serta LPPM ataupun LPM dalam mengelola data dan Informasi akademik secara cepat, serta dapat mengurangi kekeliruan dalam pencatatan dan penyampaian informasi. Dari pengujian sistem diperoleh tingkat reabilitas dengan jumlah responden 65 serta persentase membuktikan 100%, yang menunjukkan kalau 65 responden itu sesuai serta tidak terdapat responden yang masuk ke jenis Exculded.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi akademik; Extreme Programming; User Experience, User Interface

Abstract

The high intensity of incoming reports by members and volunteers of Garda Animalia (a non-governmental organization that deals with Wildlife) through various social media platforms has made it difficult for management to map and recapitulate incoming reports. Making a map of the spread of protected wildlife crime with each category also still takes quite a long time to report the incident. This research develops a geographic information system model for mapping and fault control of protected fauna. The system is designed using the Rapid Application Development method and the Kano model to speed up the system analysis and development process. Analysis of user needs is carried out by involving the user directly, including in system design. The test results show that the animal crime reporting process can be carried out through a one-stop channel, data recapitulation only takes a short time, and distribution maps can be made automatically.Keywords: Rapid Application Development; Kano Model; Geographical Information System; Protected Wildlife Crime AbstrakTingginya Intensitas pelaporan yang masuk dari anggota dan relawan Garda Animalia (sebuah Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang mengurusi Satwa Liar) melalui berbagai platform media sosial, menyebabkan pihak manajemen kesulitan untuk melakukan pemetaan serta rekapitulasi laporan yang masuk. Pembuatan peta persebaran kejahatan satwa liar dilindungi dengan masing-masing kategori juga masih membutuhkan waktu cukup lama dalam pelaporan kejadian tersebut. Penelitian ini mengembangkan model sistem informasi geografis untuk pemetaan dan kontrol perbuatan kesalahan Fauna dilindungi. Sistem dirancang dengan metode Rapid Application Development dan model Kano untuk mempercepat proses analisis dan pengembangan sistem. Analisa kebutuhan user dilakukan dengan melibatkan langsung user, termasuk dalam perancangan sistem. Hasil uji menunjukkan proses pelaporan kejahatan satwa dapat dilaukan melalui jalur satu pintu, rekapitulasi data hanya membutuhkan waktu singkat, serta pembuatan peta persebaran dapat dilakukan secara otomatis.Kata kunci: Rapid Application Development; Model Kano; Geografical Information System; Kejahatan Satwa Liar Dilindungi
