Abstract

The global pandemic known as Covid-19 has impacted nearly every country, including Indonesia. In addition to its impact on the health sector, the economic realm, including Islamic Banking, is among the most affected sectors. A financial institution, known as a bank, plays a crucial role in a country's economy. The sustained performance and profitability of banks are vital for the continuous operation of Islamic banks as intermediaries. This research aims to assess the impact of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Total Assets, and Operational Costs on the Operating Income (BOPO) influencing the Return on Equity (ROE) during the Covid-19 pandemic in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The analytical approach employed is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the partial study, as indicated by the t-test, reveal that CAR, FDR, NPF, and Total Assets do not exert a significant effect on profitability (ROE), whereas BOPO significantly influences profitability (ROE).

Abstract

BMT Al-Iqtishady Mataram City is a sharia-based financial institution. This company operating in the service sector uses 2 promotional media, namely online media and offline media. The online media used by BMT is websites, Instagram and Facebook. Meanwhile, for offline media, BMT uses brochures. This research is qualitative research that is descriptive qualitative in nature, trying to describe the research results obtained in the field. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data with the data sources used consisting of; General Manager, Customer Service (CS), Funding, PPOB Unit Manager, and Finance with data collection techniques used by researchers in the form of Non-Participant Observation, Structured Interviews, and Documentation. The data obtained is then processed in the form of words which are then expressed in the form of a description or narrative. The results of this research are financing promotion strategies, especially murabahah, BMT Al-Iqtishady does not carry out specific promotions per product. However, BMT carries out overall promotions where the main aim is to increase the number of members. Because, joining the community as members is one of the requirements that must be met if financing is to be carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam konteks studi Islam sebagai upaya untuk mencapai keunggulan akademis. Keterampilan berpikir kritis dianggap penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan analitis, evaluatif, dan reflektif peserta didik dalam memahami dan mengaplikasikan konsep-konsep studi Islam. Metode penelitian kualitatif digunakan untuk menyelidiki efektivitas pengintegrasian keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam kurikulum studi Islam. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep-konsep kompleks dalam studi Islam, merangsang kreativitas berpikir, dan memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk kemajuan akademis. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya pelatihan dan dukungan bagi pendidik untuk berhasil menerapkan strategi pengajaran yang mempromosikan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Integrasi keterampilan berpikir kritis dalam konteks studi Islam diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, tetapi juga membantu peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan kompleks di era kontemporer. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk pengembangan pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya fokus pada aspek akademis, tetapi juga melibatkan pengembangan kemampuan berpikir kritis, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang mendorong keunggulan akademis dalam studi Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama Islam di kalangan siswa SMP Islam di Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain eksperimen kontrol acak dengan pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di SMP Islam di Bandar Lampung, dengan sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yang dipilih secara acak. Satu kelas (n=30) ditetapkan sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang menerapkan model Cooperative Learning, sedangkan kelas lain (n=30) sebagai kelompok kontrol yang meneruskan pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis untuk mengukur pemahaman konsep agama Islam sebelum dan setelah penerapan model Cooperative Learning, serta observasi dan angket untuk mengamati interaksi siswa dalam kelompok saat penerapan model pembelajaran. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji-t untuk menguji perbedaan rata-rata pemahaman konsep agama Islam antara kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep agama Islam antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Rata-rata skor pemahaman konsep agama Islam pada kelompok eksperimen (85,3) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (72,8). Selain itu, observasi juga menunjukkan interaksi yang lebih aktif dan kolaboratif dalam kelompok eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep agama Islam di kalangan siswa SMP Islam di Bandar Lampung. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan adalah agar sekolah-sekolah mempertimbangkan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran ini dalam pembelajaran agama Islam guna meningkatkan pemahaman siswa.

Abstract

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of character values in the Independent Curriculum of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at SDN 7 Gianyar, Bali Province. The character values implemented include tolerance, national spirit, love of peace, love of reading, and responsibility. These values are instilled using an eclectic approach, combining the theories of habituation, sustainability, and change. Implementation involves making character values part of PAI learning evaluation materials and techniques. The research results show that the implementation of character values has a positive impact, including (1) building good, harmonious, and peaceful relationships between students of different religions at school; (2) increasing school achievement; and (3) decreasing levels of violence or bullying among students. This implementation succeeded in forming students with noble character according to Islamic teachings and creating harmony amidst cultural and religious diversity. This research contributes to developing religious-based character education in schools to realize peace and national unity.

Abstract

This study applies a qualitative research method with a case study approach at MA Hasanatul Huda in Sumedang. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, involving various parties such as the foundation chairman, headmaster, vice headmaster for student affairs, committee members, teachers, laboratory head, and administrative staff. Data analysis was conducted through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was examined through source triangulation. The analysis results conclude that educational financing planning is carried out through activity inventory, financing sources, and RKAM preparation. Financing implementation is divided into expenditure and financial accounting. Supervision is conducted internally by the school principal, committee, and foundation, and externally by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Sumedang Regency and the Directorate General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, using methods of inspection, monitoring, research, supervision, and reporting to ensure that budget utilization aligns with plans and the effectiveness of educational programs.

Abstract

Education is a process that makes humans better, more knowledgeable, and more skilled. The involvement of teachers and principals is very important to achieve this goal. RA Al-Aziziyah Mojokerto has high discipline as evidenced by the use of very neat uniforms, precisely when students enter and leave class according to the existing schedule, have high manners and have a social spirit. then the researcher is interested in raising the title Curriculum Management at RA Al-Aziziyah in order to form student competencies related to knowledge of religious and moral values. This study uses a qualitative type approach with 3 problem formulations, namely 1. How is curriculum management in shaping the competence of knowledge of religious and moral values  of students at RA Al-Aziziyah? 2.  How is the Management of Early Childhood Learning Environment Design at RA Al-Aziziyah Mojokerto? 3. What factors support and inhibit curriculum management in shaping the knowledge competence of religious and moral values of students at RA Al- Aziziyah? This research resulted in a finding that RA Al-Aziziyah Mojokerto has several activities that can increase students' knowledge about religious and moral values such as daily activities, spontaneous activities, exemplary activities and programmed activities, coupled with creativity in managing environmental designs to increase students' enthusiasm in learning to be one of the factors supporting success in the competence of knowledge of religious and moral values in students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) dalam pengembangan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMA Negeri 1 Jati Agung. Pengembangan kompetensi guru merupakan kunci peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan mutu lulusan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil bidang kurikulum, dan guru PAI. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang mencakup reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) perencanaan pengembangan kompetensi guru dilakukan melalui pemetaan kebutuhan kompetensi dan program peningkatan profesionalisme; (2) pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi diwujudkan melalui pelatihan, workshop, supervisi akademik, serta penguatan budaya sekolah berbasis literasi keagamaan; dan (3) evaluasi pengembangan kompetensi dilakukan melalui penilaian kinerja guru, refleksi pembelajaran, dan tindak lanjut peningkatan kualitas mengajar. Kesimpulannya, manajemen SDM di sekolah ini telah berjalan baik, namun masih memerlukan dukungan fasilitas, intensitas pembinaan, dan kemitraan eksternal.
