Abstract

This research is motivated by the large number of Alfamarts so the author is interested in finding out about the influence of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. However, each person has a different point of view in assessing the service they experience and the customer satisfaction they receive. The level of customer satisfaction really depends on the quality of a product, whether in the form of goods or services they consume. One of them is at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. This type of research is field research, while the nature of this research is quantitative research. The population of this research is all customers of Alfamart Sm Raja 3 Pematang Siantar. The population used is unlimited. In this study, the sample required for this research was 50 respondents.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of digital marketing on the sales of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The number of samples in this study were 98 respondents with an error rate of 10%. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. The sampling method used accidental sampling technique. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to traditional traders of the Horas market Pematangsiantar. The research method used is a quantitative approach with questionnaires and managing data using SPSS. The analytical tools used are validity and reliability tests. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that digital marketing variables have a positive and significant effect on sales results. The results of this study indicate that the higher the digital marketing it will affect the sales results of traditional traders in the Horas market Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

Dampak pandemi Covid-19 pada industri perhotelan di Indonesia tentu sangat merugikan. Namun, hotel-hotel di Indonesia umumnya bisa bertahan dan mempertahankan bisnis mereka di tengah situasi yang sulit ini. Itu sebabnya penulis tertarik melakukan penelitian berjudul "Strategi Hotel di Indonesia untuk Bertahan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19".Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi pustaka. Simpulan penelitian ini, tingkat hunian hotel di Indonesia mengalami penurunan signifikan sejak pandemi Covid-19 melanda, dengan beberapa hotel melaporkan tingkat hunian di bawah 30%. Namun, terdapat beberapa peningkatan selama liburan Idul Fitri dan liburan lainnya. Dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap bisnis perhotelan di Indonesia sangat besar, dengan penurunan pendapatan hingga 80-90% dan berkurangnya permintaan layanan akibat berkurangnya jumlah wisatawan baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Hotel-hotel di Indonesia menghadapi dampak tersebut dengan mengadopsi protokol kesehatan yang ketat, menyesuaikan pola operasi hotel, dan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan pengalaman tamu. Terdapat beberapa strategi yang telah diterapkan oleh hotel-hotel di Indonesia dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19, antara lain mengoptimalkan ketersediaan kamar untuk keperluan karantina mandiri, meningkatkan promosi paket-paket menginap jangka panjang, menawarkan layanan katering, mengadopsi teknologi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman tamu, dan menyediakan program-program fleksibel untuk perubahan atau pembatalan reservasi. Abstract

Tourism development has become a primary focus for many local governments aiming to boost their economies and enhance the popularity of their tourist destinations. The Toba Regency Government is an exemplary entity actively promoting regional tourism. One of their initiatives is organizing the F1H2O speedboat racing event on Lake Toba. In this paper, we analyze the communication strategies employed by the Toba Regency Government in formulating and implementing tourism programs related to the F1H2O event. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method, involving document analysis and observation of various promotional activities carried out by the local government. The findings reveal several effective communication strategies utilized by the Toba Regency Government, including social media campaigns, collaboration with private entities, and online channel promotions. Consequently, this study provides valuable insights for other local governments seeking to strengthen their tourism sectors through internationally acclaimed events.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran penyusunan laporan keuangan dalam meningkatkan kinerja usaha Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia. Laporan keuangan yang disusun dengan baik dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih jelas tentang kondisi finansial UMKM, sehingga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat dan perencanaan strategi yang efisien. Meskipun banyak UMKM yang belum menerapkan pembukuan yang rapi dan memisahkan keuangan pribadi dari usaha, pelatihan dan penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya laporan keuangan dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan mereka. Selain itu, penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas operasional UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur untuk memberikan wawasan yang aplikatif bagi pelaku UMKM dan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah dalam mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka.
