Abstract

In the current era of digital and globalization, the need for fast, precise and accurate information is very important. To improve the quality of midwives' performance, at Bandar Health Center, Pagaralam City, periodic performance assessments will be needed to motivate the midwives to be more enthusiastic in increasing their performance dedication. However, it is not an easy matter to make a selection to determine the best midwife. Decision support systems (DSS) can provide information and help provide various alternatives that can be used in the decision making process. The existence of a decision support system will also have a positive impact on the sustainability of midwives' performance based on regulations and assessment results. It will be used as material for decision making that can be taken according to expected needs. The results of this process are in the form of a midwife assessment stage as a recommendation in making decision to select a midwife who is suitable for receiving an award as the best midwife. This application was created using the Visual Basic Net programming language and SQL Server/database.

Abstract

In order to build qualified and reliable agricultural human resources, it is necessary for professional, creative, innovative and global oriented Agricultural Extension workers in the provision of productive, effective and efficient extension services. Agricultural Extension is directed to carry out advisory and consultation tasks for the main actors and business actors in developing their agribusiness business, so the adoption of appropriate technology can run well and in turn increase the empowerment of the main actors, productions, productivity, income and welfare of farmers and their families. The performance of agricultural extension workers can be seen in the aspects of preparation, implementation, evaluation and reporting, development of agricultural extension and agricultural extension profession profession. In addition, agricultural extension programs should be based on analysis of farmers' needs and reflect current target audience conditions. Exponential Comparison Method in appraisal of farmer extension performance at UPT BPP Sukaraja aims to know the performance of agricultural extension in conducting counseling at UPT BPP Sukaraja. This is due to the lack of extension workers in BP3K Sukaraja. The results of the resulting assessment in the form of work performance ranking of each extension worker. Based on the result of the calculation methods show performance rankings. With this is expected to make it easy for UPT BPP sukaraja in carrying out routine performance appraisal performance of extension workers who had been a constraint in conducting appraisal performance extension. Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the Decision Support System in giving rewards to the best doctors at Hasanuddin Damrah Hospital. Currently the job evaluation system at Hasanuddin Damrah Manna Hospital is still carried out conventionally and the results of the assessment are subjective. The sample in this study was 8 data doctors where in the selection of the best doctor will be determined based on the assessment criteria used the main indicators of assessment. The assessment criteria used at the Hospital are Discipline, Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Patient Care, Writing and Completeness of Medical Records, Professionalism. Based on the results of this study, the authors designed a Decision Support System to evaluate Doctor's Performance using Visual Basic Net Weighted Product (WP).

Abstract

Abstract_The skin is the outermost organ of the body that lines the human body. The skin makes up 15% of the total body weight. On the outer surface of the skin there are pores (cavities) through which sweat comes out. The skin has many functions, including protecting the body, as a means of touch or communication, and as a means of controlling temperature. To do skin care requires sufficient knowledge. Before carrying out skin care, determining the type of facial skin is very necessary because the determination of skin care must be adjusted to the type of facial skin. The role of a skin specialist is very necessary in determining the type of facial skin care according to skin type. The limited number of dermatologists and doctor's hours of practice, very long queues and long distances are obstacles that are often experienced by most women who seek treatment at beauty clinics. Therefore a tool is designed using an expert system to diagnose facial skin types early. This expert system was designed using the PHP Programming Language and MySQL database by implementing the Certainty Factor Method. The expert system created can make it easy for users to consult about facial skin types online. From the results of tests carried out by the certainty factor method, it can be used as a solution in using an expert system to diagnose this type of facial skin care. In applying the certainty factor method, it can provide a percentage of the level of confidence in a disease. So that users can make this expert system as an application that can provide assistance in facial care.

Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that must be fulfilled and some muzaki entrust the distribution of zakat to National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS). Zakat collected at BAZNAS is then distributed to mustahik (zakat recipients) who have the right according to the applicable sharia provisions. Problems arise when in determining the suitability of potential recipients because the number is large and widespread over a certain period of time, requiring accuracy in selection. In this research, a decision support system was built to select potential recipients using the composite performance index method. The data used are criteria and sub-criteria, as well as potential recipients (alternative data). The criteria used are four criteria: residence, income, employment status, number of dependents, based on the results of research conducted by the writer.

Abstract

Aplikasi data mining untuk klasifikasi keluarga miskin dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic.Net. Untuk melakukan klasifikasi keluarga miskin, pada aplikasi telah diterapkan Metode Decision Tree dengan melihat hasil nilai Gain dan Entropy pada masing-masing cabang. Dimana cabang yang digunakan terdiri pekerjaan, Pajak Bumi Bangunan, lantai, dinding, sumber air, daya PLN dan penghasilan. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat membantu pihak Kecamatan Kerkap Kabupaten Bengkulu Utara dalam menganalisa dan mengetahui keluarga miskin yang berhak untuk mendapatkan bantuan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan, fungsional dari aplikasi data mining untuk klasifikasi keluarga miskin dengan baik dan lancer sebagaimana mestinya, dan mampu memberikan informasi hasil analisis klasifikasi keluarga miskin melalui pendekatan decision tree.

Abstract

UPT (Technical Service Unit) Dehasen University Bengkulu Library documents student theses based on study programmes using the Slims 9 (Bulian) application. One of them is the Informatics Study Programme, Faculty of Computer Science, where there is a specialisation in software engineering and networking that distinguishes one thesis from another. This sometimes makes it difficult for the library to provide information to students who are looking for references, due to the large amount of thesis data that is managed and the difficulty in obtaining information on the percentage of the number of thesis topics from each thesis document. The application of text mining in grouping thesis topics using the TF-IDF Method based on thesis abstracts at the Dehasen University Library Bengkulu can help library staff in grouping theses in more detail for the same topic or theme, help library staff quickly find theses that are relevant to user needs, and can find out information on the percentage of the number of thesis topics from each title and abstract that has been submitted, especially in students of the Informatics Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science. The system has uploaded training data as much as 25 data which is used as the basis for the calculation of the TF-IDF Method. In the TF-IDF Method there are several processes that occur, namely Tokenizing, Filtering, Stemming and the final value of tf-idf. Based on testing that has been done on testing data as much as 3 thesis data, the results show that 2 theses belong to the data mining thesis topic group with a percentage of 66.77% and 1 thesis belongs to the decision support system thesis topic group with a percentage of 33.33%.

Abstract

: This research develops a web-based attendance application using Location Based Service (LBS) technology at Dehasen University Bengkulu to overcome the limitations of fingerprint devices that often experience problems in recording fingerprints and other technical obstacles. The application was developed using the Waterfall method through the stages of needs analysis, system design, program code writing, testing, and implementation and maintenance. Designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach, and created using the Laravel framework and MySQL database.  The attendance application has two main interfaces: admin and employee interface. The admin interface allows management of attendance data, real-time attendance monitoring, verification of leave or permission approval, and configuring attendance location points. The employee interface facilitates GPS-enabled attendance for inbound and outbound attendance, leave or permit applications, and access to attendance history. The test results show that the attendance application improves accuracy and efficiency in recording employee attendance. However, the presence application is still unable to detect location manipulation and further development is expected to detect or block location manipulation attempts.

Abstract

The increasingly difficult economic conditions make the government have to play a greater role in the problem of poverty. With this free PDAM installation assistance, it is hoped that it can ease the burden on poor people who experience water difficulties. But often the provision of free PDAM installation assistance for low-income communities is still not right on target. Therefore, the author took the initiative to make a decision support system for providing free PDAM installation assistance for low-income people. The method used in this decision support system is the SAW method used to assess or select several alternatives in a limited number. The output results of this system are in the form of a ranking of community recommendations for recipients of free PDAM installation assistance which are assessed based on occupation, income, house conditions, and number of family dependents. Based on the test results of 14 samples of prospective beneficiaries in one village processed using the SAW method, the results obtained are prospective beneficiaries with the 3rd best Vi rating, because in one village only 3 beneficiaries received assistance

Abstract

White oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is a type of mushroom that is semicircular in its hood so that it is similar to an oyster shell with a slightly concave center. In the oyster mushroom cultivation business, it is not free from the risk of losses that arise if the cultivator is not diligent and careful in maintaining oyster mushrooms. New cultivators have difficulty identifying pests or pests that attack oyster mushroom plants so that the prevention that will be carried out in handling the maintenance process of oyster mushroom plants is less precise. The implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms can make it easy to find out information and procedures for dealing with pests and diseases in White Oyster Mushrooms by entering the symptoms experienced by the white oyster mushroom. The application of the implementation of certainty factor method in detecting pests and diseases in white oyster mushrooms at Rafflesia Mushrooms is made using PHP programming language and MySQL database, which can be accessed online via the link http://hamapenyakitjamurtiramputih.my.id. To determine the level of confidence in the symptoms felt against pests and diseases of white oyster mushrooms based on the user's CF value and the expert's CF value. Based on the black box method testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional of the application has run well and can provide consultation results on diagnosing pests or diseases experienced by white oyster mushrooms based on symptoms that have been selected by the user through Certainty Factor method stage.
