Abstract

This study investigates the interplay between sleep patterns, emotional stability, quality of social relationships, and mental health among college students in West Java. A sample of 250 students participated, and structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the relationships. The results revealed significant positive associations between sleep patterns, emotional stability, quality of social relationships, and mental health. Specifically, better sleep patterns, higher emotional stability, and improved social relationships were linked to enhanced mental health. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach to mental well-being on college campuses. Practical implications for interventions targeting sleep hygiene, emotional regulation, and social connection initiatives are discussed. The study contributes to the understanding of factors influencing mental health in the unique cultural context of West Java.

Abstract

This research investigates the positive relationships between environmentally friendly raw materials, environmental awareness, purchasing decisions, and consumer loyalty within the Central Java manufacturing industry. Utilizing a quantitative approach, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis is employed to analyze data collected from 125 respondents. The findings reveal significant positive associations between the use of environmentally friendly raw materials and purchasing decisions, environmental awareness and purchasing decisions, environmental awareness, and consumer loyalty, as well as environmentally friendly raw materials and consumer loyalty. These results emphasize the importance of sustainability initiatives and environmental awareness in driving consumer behavior and fostering loyalty in the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

This study employs bibliometric analysis to explore the scholarly landscape of Islamic business ethics within the context of the global economy. Through systematic data collection from major academic databases and the use of VOSviewer for network visualization, this research identifies key thematic clusters, author collaboration patterns, evolving research trends over time, and highlights underexplored areas with potential for future investigation. The findings reveal a robust focus on Islamic business ethics' application in banking and economic growth, the integration of technology in finance, and the sector's response to global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Less saturated topics identified include Islamic tourism and culture, Islamic social finance, and comparative studies between Islamic and conventional banking systems. The study also maps out author collaborations, emphasizing the community's role in advancing research. These insights provide a comprehensive overview of the field, revealing both its current state and promising directions for future scholarly work.

Abstract

Keywords: This research investigates the impact of business mentoring, business model innovation, and social media use on the entrepreneurial performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Bogor. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through surveys administered to 200 SMEs operating in various sectors. The study employs multiple regression analysis to assess the relationships between the independent variables (business mentoring, business model innovation, and social media use) and the dependent variable (entrepreneurial performance). The findings reveal that all three factors significantly and positively influence entrepreneurial performance. Business mentoring provides essential guidance and support, fostering skill development and strategic planning. Business model innovation encourages adaptability and competitiveness, leading to enhanced business outcomes. Social media use offers effective marketing channels and customer engagement, further driving business success. These insights underline the importance of comprehensive support systems for entrepreneurs, suggesting that policies promoting mentorship programs, innovation practices, and digital literacy can substantially benefit the SME sector in Bogor.

The rapid advancement of digital technology has significantly transformed the entrepreneurial landscape, offering unprecedented opportunities and posing new challenges. This study employs a bibliometric analysis to explore the role of digital platforms in developing entrepreneurship. The analysis identifies key thematic clusters such as entrepreneurial ecosystems, digital marketing, and social entrepreneurship, highlighting their interconnectedness and impact on entrepreneurial activities. Recent research trends emphasize the implications of the Covid-19 pandemic and the potential of emerging technologies like the metaverse. Identified research opportunities in less explored areas, such as digital artifacts, digital skills, and e-commerce, suggest directions for future investigation. Additionally, the author collaboration network reveals strong intra-group collaborations with scope for increased interdisciplinary research. This comprehensive overview provides valuable insights into the current state and future potential of digital entrepreneurship, guiding scholars and practitioners in navigating this dynamic field.

Abstract

This study employs bibliometric analysis to investigate the expansive field of sustainable tourism, focusing on the thematic evolution, research trends, emerging opportunities, and author collaboration networks from 1990 to 2024. Through a comprehensive review of the literature using VOSviewer, we identified key thematic clusters such as economic impacts, governance structures, social dimensions, and innovative practices in sustainable tourism. The temporal analysis revealed a shift in focus towards innovation and stakeholder perceptions, underscoring the dynamic nature of this research area. Emerging opportunities in the field include integrating advanced technologies and exploring the impact of local policies on sustainable tourism practices. Furthermore, the analysis of author collaboration networks highlighted the importance of scholarly partnerships in advancing the discourse, with prominent researchers playing pivotal roles in bridging various aspects of the field. This study not only maps the existing landscape but also highlights potential pathways for future research, aiming to enhance the efficacy and scope of sustainable tourism.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive analysis of the research landscape surrounding New Product Development (NPD) strategies and their impact on the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Through a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, key themes and trends were identified, including the centrality of SME growth, the critical role of finance and government policy, the importance of resilience in response to external shocks like COVID-19, and the strategic focus on marketing and competitive advantage. The findings suggest that tailored financial products, supportive government policies, and an emphasis on digital transformation are essential for enhancing SME growth. Additionally, fostering an innovative and customer-oriented business culture is crucial for maintaining a competitive edge. These insights provide practical implications for policymakers, business leaders, and financial institutions, emphasizing the need for a comprehensive approach to supporting SME development in dynamic market environments.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to examine the intersection of labor market dynamics and economic growth, focusing on key themes, trends, and emerging areas of research. Using VOSviewer, we analyze 980 publications from 1959 to 2024, identifying central themes such as "labour market," "human capital," and "economic development," which play critical roles in shaping the relationship between workforce dynamics and economic growth. The findings highlight how technological advancements, globalization, and demographic shifts have influenced labor market structures, wage dynamics, and industry-specific developments over time. Emerging topics, such as the relationship between labor markets and energy consumption, point to the growing importance of sustainability in economic discussions. The results provide valuable insights into the evolution of labor market studies and offer directions for future research, particularly in the context of green energy transitions and workforce adaptability in an age of rapid technological change. This analysis contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the complex interactions between labor market behavior and economic performance.

Abstract

This study presents a bibliometric analysis aimed at mapping the academic landscape of economic inclusiveness in developing countries from 2000 to 2024. Through a comprehensive review of the literature, this analysis identifies core themes including governance, sustainability, financial inclusion, and education, emphasizing their roles in fostering equitable economic growth. Using data sourced from Scopus, the study employs VOSviewer software for visualization of co-authorship and co-citation networks, revealing prominent authors, pivotal publications, and thematic clusters. The results highlight an interdisciplinary approach in the research with significant contributions from various global regions, showcasing the complexity of implementing economic inclusiveness across different socio-economic and environmental contexts. The findings underline the necessity of integrating sustainable practices and robust governance to ensure inclusiveness and suggest directions for future research to fill the existing gaps in empirical data and cultural considerations.
