Abstract

Psychosomatic are all diseases and or complaints of a particular disease built by complaints based on psychological factors. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design using a pretest-posttest design model. Guidance and Counseling using information services was carried out in the experimental group. Data on Psychosomatic Understanding were collected through pretest and posttest, then analyzed using the Wilcoxson Signed Ranks Test. From this study it was found that: 1 there was a significant difference between understanding of psychosomatics in the pretest and posttest of the experimental group. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that understanding of psychosomatics can be improved by counseling with information services Psikosomatis adalah semua penyakit dan atau keluhan suatu penyakit tertentu dibangun oleh keluhan yang didasari oleh faktor psikologis. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi eksperimen yang menggunakan model pretest-posttest design. Bimbingan dan Konseling menggunakan Layanan informasi pada dilaksanakan pada kelompok eksperimen. Data tentang Pemahaman Psikosomatis dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Wilcoxson Signed Ranks Test. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa : 1 terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pemahaman tentang psikosomatis pada pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen. Berdasarkan temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman tentang psikosomatis dapat ditingkatkan dengan bimbingan Konseling dengan layanan informasi.

Abstract

Alcohol consumption by teenagers is influenced by environmental factors. To overcome alcohol addiction among teenagers, a social construction needs to be built. So efforts are needed to overcome alcohol addiction, namely through collaborative counseling. In Collaborative Counseling the relationships and conversations create something different bringing together the collection, application, innovation and expansion of ideas involving working professionals from various disciplines, contexts and cultures, by detailing what they actually do every day for individuals, couples, families and groups . This research uses a Mixed Method with the Triangular Design type, namely collecting quantitative and qualitative data simultaneously. Quantitative research was conducted to answer the first research question, how addicted the sample was to alcohol during the research. By using Time-series Design with a simple interrupted Time Series approach with a sample size of 8 people. The qualitative research used in this research is a phenomenological approach, namely research that answers what certain phenomena are about. This research will also be used to interpret meaning in context. From the results obtained in this research, it was found that Collaborative Counseling was successful in eliminating addiction in the research sample.

Abstract

Education will result in changes towards progress, as well as the insight and ability to plan and prepare for a better life. The research objective is to examine the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in developing student comprehension of the importance of continuing education in higher education. The sample in this study is 100 students in senior high school. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design and a pretest-posttest model. The descriptive statistics table revealed the pretest and posttest results, with an average score of 60.74 on the pretest and 84.07 on the posttest. According to calculations using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, we obtained a Z value of -8.684 with Asyim. The Sig 2 tailed value is 0.000, falling below 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the research group. The experimental group's posttest results revealed changes in the students

Abstract

Self-esteem adalah variabel kepribadian yang secara luas didefinisikan mengacu pada sejauh mana suatu nilai-nilai individu dan menerima dirinya sendiri. Self-esteem yang rendah telah dikaitkan dengan sejumlah hasil kehidupan negatif, termasuk penyalahgunaan narkoba, kenakalan, ketidakbahagiaan, depresi, gangguan makan. Self-esteem terbagi dalam tiga komponen, yaitu : general self-esteem, social self-esteem dan personal self-esteem. Dengan memiliki self-esteem yang tinggi akan membangkitkan rasa percaya diri anak, rasa berguna dan kehadirannya diperlukan didalam dunia ini. Sebaliknya, anak yang memiliki self-esteem rendah akan cenderung merasa bahwa dirinya tidak mampu dan tidak berharga. Untuk itu, pentingnya pembentukan self-esteem yang positif sudah harus dimulai dari baru mulai lahir.

Abstract

Bimbingan dan konseling adalah layanan pemberian bantuan yang dilaksanakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk peserta didik karena setiap sekolah tentu memiliki peserta didik dengan permasalahan yang berbeda antara satu dengan lainnya. Bimbingan dan konseling memiliki beberapa jenis layanan, salah satunya adalah layanan informasi. Layanan informasi merupakan layanan yang betujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta didik mengenai suatu topik. Layanan informasi digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan peserta didik yang berkenaan dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar atau kehidupan sehari-hari misalnya adalah masalah tentang dampak negatif media sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil kajian dan pengamatan atas proses pemberian layanan informasi yang dilakukan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk mereduksi dampak negatif media sosial bagi siswa kelas X MIPA di SMAN 1 Kelapa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi kepada beberapa informan. Selain itu, didukung oleh dokumentasi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk layanan informasi yang dilaksanakan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling bagi siswa kelas X MIPA di SMAN 1 Kelapa terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan layanan serta tahap pelaksanaan layanan dengan tujuan untuk mereduksi dampak negatif berupa menurunnya prestasi, menurunnya interaksi sosial, dan kecanduan internet. Selain itu, dapat diketahui bahwa peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam menggunakan layanan informasi untuk mereduksi dampak negatif media sosial bagi siswa kelas X MIPA di SMAN 1 Kelapa adalah merencanakan layanan, melaksanakan layanan, mengevaluasi layanan, dan melakukan tindak lanjut.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology makes it easier for users in various ways. One of them is the ease of communicating without the barriers of distance, time and place. However, sometimes in communicating not everyone applies the same norms by communicating so that cyberbullying can occur. At Junior High School number 5 Pangkalpinang, cyberbullying has occurred in the form of students' actions disseminating videos of fights between other students on social media. The method used in this research is quantitative with the data collection method using a questionnaire which was developed through forms of cyberbullying according to Robert Kowalski. As for the scoring format, it follows from the Revised Cyber Bullying Inventory (RCBI) compiled by Topcu and Backer. In processing the data, researchers used descriptive statistics. The respondents involved in this study amounted to 274 students. This study aims to find out the description of cyberbullying on students of Junior High School number 5 Pangkalpinang. The results showed that the level of students at Junior High School number 5 Pangkalpinang was in the low category, 273 students and 1 student was in the medium category. With details of 46 students who have never been involved in cyberbullying and 228 others who have been involved in cyberbullying. The highest form of cyberbullying is harassment.

Abstract

Self-esteem is an individual's ability to assess, appreciate, and accept themselves, both in terms of strengths and weaknesses, while recognizing and developing all aspects within themselves. This assessment reflects the attitude of approval or disapproval towards oneself and indicates the extent to which an individual believes they are capable, valuable, successful, and worthy. Low self-esteem can make it difficult for students to evaluate and assess themselves. This issue is observed among some 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sungaiselan, where students exhibit low confidence, such as being afraid or shy to express opinions, having difficulty refusing requests, and struggling to say "no." To address this problem, efforts are needed to improve self-esteem through group counseling with assertive training techniques. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling using assertive training techniques in improving the self-esteem of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sungaiselan. The research used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design, specifically a nonequivalent control group design. Two groups were involved: an experimental group and a control group, both of which underwent pretests and posttests. Data collection was carried out through observation, documentation, and self-esteem questionnaires. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with 16 students divided into two groups: 8 students in the experimental group and 8 students in the control group. The hypothesis testing results using the Independent Sample T-Test in SPSS 25 showed that the significance value (sig 2-tailed) was smaller than 0.005 (0.001 < 0.005), indicating that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Additionally, the gain score of the experimental group was higher than the average gain score of the control group (9.57 > 5.11). This proves that group counseling using assertive training techniques is effective in improving the self-esteem of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sungaiselan.
